Farm's Gate was very professional from our first conversation. Michael catered to all of our requests throughout the process of deciding all of our options. Unfortunately, we have had to cancel our wedding. Michael and team have once again been accommodating and have offered a full refund of the deposit we have paid. They clearly showed compassion during the pandemic, and for that we are extremely grateful.

We hired Farm's Gate to cater our wedding at a private residence. They were extremely flexible with planning the menu and setting up in my parent's yard. They had no problem with the small handful of people in our group with dietary restrictions, and were easily able to come up with an alternative entree for my dad, who has many food allergies. We got rave reviews from everyone who attended. Still dreaming about the polenta!

We recently took advantage of Farm's Gate online ordering and delivery service and it was AMAZING! We ordered 2 frozen lasagnas for my daughter's birthday. That made life way easier for me, and we all got to enjoy a locally made, super delicious meal! The lasagna was something that we will definitely order again, not your run of the mill grocery store, but real high quality cooking. The 2 lasagnas fed 3 adults and two kids with leftovers for lunch the next day. The delivery service was seamless. I highly recommend you treat yourself to an elegant chef-made meal delivered to your door! Keep it up Farm's Gate!

We just had the most amazing frozen dinner by Farms Gate to celebrate our 15th wedding anniversary during this crazy time in history. We’ve also been to several catered Christmas parties. Their food is incredible! We still talk about how delicious their potato salad, bread pudding and roasted vegetables were. The guys are so talented. Easily the best food we’ve tried in Duncan. ????

We recently met with Farm's Gate to plan our Wedding Menu. Daniel helped us put together a really great menu and was really accommodating to help us with our wedding budget. If you are considering these guys for your wedding or event let me tell you that after meeting them you'll feel waaay less stressed knowing they are in charge of your food. Very professional and respectful and not pushy. I genuinely got the feeling that they see making food as an art and it reflects in the quality of their food. If you want to try their food, then you can often find them at the Duncan farmers market which is where my fiance and I tried them. I'll be sure to update this review after our wedding, we are excited for our family and friends to try their food!!

Wow! It was a great experience hiring Farm's Gate Foods and Catering to cater our wedding of 20 guests in Shawnigan Lake. Michael was very easy to communicate with and helped answer many questions I had during the 7 months of planning prior to the wedding date. On the day of, they arrived right on time, set up a pop up tent very quickly, and got to cookin'. The food was so good! All of our guests were happy with the food and the perfect service. We had several celiac guests, a lactose free guest, and a few more diet restrictions, but all of that was easy to deal with and easy to work through. I may have eaten more than my fair share of polenta cakes. But they were just so good, and I was the bride so it's ok...... :) Also, I should mention, the rock fish was a guest favorite. Thanks again. I will for sure recommend you to anyone looking for catering in the area!

We had farms gate cater our wedding and it was phenomenal. We had to change so many things due to covid and they were super responsive and kind and patient with us. We had so much fun choosing a four course menu with them and they came up with some really creative stuff based on what we liked. Day of the wedding everyone was so impressed with the food, and we had multiple people say it was the best wedding meal they have ever eaten. The lamb we knew would be awesome and it was, but the salmon was cooked perfectly which you don’t often find for a biggish group and gave the lamb a run for its money. Anyways honestly i can’t say enough good things just book them.
