Really great place for pizza. Came here with family our 2-year old son during Victoria, BC, vacation. While I wish the pizza was bigger (although it wasn't too small either, probably just a healthy size), it was extremely delicious!!! And the staff was very, very friendly. They showed my 2-year old son around the kitchen and gave him dough to play with on his own, pretending to make pizza. Thank you!

Ordered online. Two gluten free pizzas due to allergies in the house. Only one came gluten free... even though we paid the extra for the crust. Now having to deal with allergic reactions. Not trust worthy... not worth it....got ripped off.... better places to order from in town without the worry if you have allergies..

ALERT FOR ANYONE WHO WANTS TO GO HERE!!! MAKE SURE THAT THE MANAGER IS NOT WORKING!!! We had a female come to us who was our hostess or maybe the manager subbing in and she was absolutely horrific to us. The pizza here is fabulous. I went once and everyone was so friendly and the food was so good!!! However, I go a second time and the person who was going to check our vaccination saw my friend and immediately accused him of being the rude person the night before. We’d also had a problem with her earlier when my sister made the reservation. She called and at the start the woman on the phone was nice and helpful. When she found out my sisters name she started shouting at her over the phone. Anyways when the same woman accuse my friend of being a terrible person I defended him by saying, “I don’t want to be rude but that was very unprofessional. You shouldn’t accuse someone of being a rude person like this. You could have asked him if he had been there the night before first.” And then she told me that she didn’t have to serve me and to get out! Not to mention my friend that she accused was wearing a rain jacket, a mask, and a tuque!!! You could only see his eyes and hands!! 10/10 would not recommend anymore. After all this if you still want to go just try to confirm that the hostess isn’t a rude woman.

Beautiful, top quality pizza right in the heart of downtown. The well thought-out food is complimented by warm and welcoming service. This pizza stands out from the rest with their unique recipes and traditional preparation methods. I can never bring myself to go to the regulars like Pizza Hut or Dominoes again. I gave it 4 stars as the Fhungi pizza is a bit bland, but don't let this stop you! Also great for gluten free eaters!

Incredible food, great service, and amazing atmosphere. The food here is out of this world good no matter what you order you wont be disappointed I have had pizzas, salads, soups and it is always great. The staff is super helpful when you are indecisive. Its very relaxed and cozy in here. I have been to this one and the one in Abbotsford and they both are great. They also both carry local craft beer which is Awesome.

We eat here often but haven’t been in a couple months due to COVID. We went today and the staff were wearing masks and the tables were nice and spread out. Service was as excellent and food. was delicious as always. We had Mozza Balls to start and tried the new thicker crust pizza. The Cavoletti is my favourite and go-to order.

We have visited Famoso twice in the past 4 months. The first during the COVID lockdown, with only the manager and the pizza chef, and yesterday we dined in. Both times the experience was safe, the service was solid and the pizza was tasty. A little error on the order was quickly addressed with apologies and a gift card for the next visit. Well done Rocky and team!

The food is stellar, the staff friendly and the atmosphere casual. I have always received great service, but I was extra impressed last night. I put an order for pick up on my way home, it took me longer than expected to get in to grab the pizza, it had sat for an extra 15 mins, without comment or complaint from me they took it upon themselves to make me a fresh one! And they had me out the door with an oven-fresh pizza in less time that it took me write this review!

Had been highly recommended by a friend. Went Happy Hour, good for someone new there. Great overall menu.???? Had the HH Marg Pizzetta(7") and Caesar(full). Added pepperoni and mushrooms for $2.00. ???? With a HH beer and House wine, overall bill with tip under $30. ???? Was very happy overall (food/service/price) and will return again. ???? CON: got packets of pepper with excuse COVID when asked for fresh cracked pepper. Pepper flakes and Parmesan cheese came in little containers. ???? If staff only using mills there is no excuse for not providing fresh cracked or put in containers. Alot of places do mills during COVID.

We recently had a fantastic cast dinner Famoso! They managed to turn out twelve pizzas in less than half an hour and treated us to gelato on the house. We got a reservation for 15 in no time with exemplary service. Very impressed.

Worst service I have ever had. My son and I came in for a quick bite. Was seated promptly but that is the last we saw anyone. The place was busy but we must have been there 15 minutes without anyone coming by. Just a bunch of kids running the place. I think they manager must have forgotten to train them or something. They spent plenty of time chatting amongst themselves and playing around. We walked out and went the Mexican restaurant down the way a bit. Way better service. Don't waste your time here.

I would have given this a 2 but our server handled herself well. The wife and I ordered a couple Trash Pandas beer, after 10 min and a new server she came over to tell us they were out of that beer. Then the pizza and caesar salad arrive, I notice there were no croutons in my $5 salad. I asked and she said that she would bring some over. 10 min later and almost done my lettuce and very little dressing she comes over to inform us that they're also out of croutons, but the kitchen agreed to make us some garlic bread. We finish our meal and then the bread, with no garlic on it, arrived. It's too bad because I had heard good things about the place and i was looking forward to it.

Bottom of the pizza was burnt to the point that's all you tasted. Waitress says that's how it comes. I get it, neapolitan pizza is supposed to be rustic and charred but this was beyond that. Paid for the pizza and left it, won't be back.

A casual dining experience, with consistently good service and food. We love their pizza options and they are the closest thing we have found in Victoria to authentic Italian Napoli pizza. It does get busy on peak days, so reservations are recommended. Weekdays and non peak hours are fine for walk in and a casual bite.

Ordered from Skip due to Covid. Delicious pizza with lots of dishes to choose from. Closely resembles what you get from Italy. Wings are meaty and pamersan dips works well with the flavour. Cheesecake dessert was on the small side.

mozza balls, sweet bbq chicken pizza with tomato bisque. pizza flavour was the wrong choice. I don’t like sweet sauce on my pizza it turns out, I better stick to my classic flavours. The mozza balls were awesome, wrapped in prosciutto i think and not fried, Baked! drenched in tomato sauce with fresh basil. it cane with yummy garlic bread. A nice choice if you haven’t decided what to eat in the area.

We headed in to Famoso as we had heard about their awesome thin crust pizza. What a beautiful pizza oven. The management has taken great efforts to ensure the safety of their staff and patrons in this time of Covid. They also created a new take out window where we saw regulars and Skip the Dishes drivers being dealt with professionally and in a friendly manner. There is a new outdoor area, where patrons can be served food and drink. We can't wait to try it! We ordered two thin crust pizzas - leftovers are da bomb - and headed home. What a treat! They were flavorful, crispy, and well worth the cost. I recommend this tasty Italan restaurant. Don't forget to enjoy some gelato while you are there!

Myself and my boyfriend came in for a little lunch date with a Groupon. Alastair served us and provided us with exceptional and efficient service. He was kind and lovely and when the remaining total of the bill came to under a dollar, said he’d found a spare toonie and didn’t want us to pay! It truly made our day to have such an amazing dining experience topped off with a lovely gesture like that. 10/10 Alastair, you’re amazing!

Ordered takeout. Pizza was burnt (had to scrape the bottom and pick black crust off the top) plus crust was soggy. How is that possible? The meatballs were fine but that hardly makes up for it. Possibly the worst pizza I've ever eaten. You need some quality control in your kitchen.

Just had the best experience ordering take out! The service during the phone call was great, and they advised the pizza would be ready in 10 minutes. When I got there, I was immediately helped by someone at the bar. Payment took less than 15 seconds overall, during which they brought out the pizzas. Margarita pizza was delicious, great sauce, the basil taste really came through, and it didn't have too much cheese. The prawn pesto pizza was one of the best pizzas I've ever had. Cannot wait to come here again! A+

Got a couple of pizzas as take-out from here with my girlfriend when we were in town. I had a Primavera and she had the Roasted Cauliflower pizza. Both were delicious! Also had some Tiramisu for dessert that was really good! The staff was very friendly and welcoming as well, even knowing that we weren't staying. Recommended!

I love the atmosphere and ambiance inside the restaurant. Absolutely amazing service. I flew in late Thursday night and needed a place to eat around 9pm. I ordered my pizza but somehow the order was lost and I waited 45 mins. Without any hesitation they picked up my entire bill and apologized profusely. It was a delicious pizza. I went back that Saturday before flying out and not only did they remember me but they thanked me for coming back after my previous experience. It was another delicious pizza and all of the staff were so very personable and friendly, taking time to chat with me after I recieved my order. Next time I am in Victoria I am coming here first thing, they really know how to create a positive experience.

I have heard good things about this place from my host daughter but after how they treated her tonight on her birthday, I will never step foot in there. I have never heard of an owner treating future and returning customers so bad. The owner was accusatory on the phone with my host daughter when she called to make a reservation just because she had the same name as someone who was there the night before. Then she accused a young man of being rude the night before and he wasn't even there. Not sure if she was being prejudice because they were young adults and she had a bad experience the night before but it is no reason to be rude to others. When my daughter went to his defence, she refused them service and wouldn't let them in at all. You can have the best pizza in the world but I will never recommend your place to any of my future host children or my friends or family

We were a group of 8 and had the worst experience in our life. The pizza was not even cooked then after changing the pizza we all got such a bad food poisoning and we are still suffering. Looks like their hygiene is very primitive and the washrooms were not inspected. I do not recommend this place at all..........in fact we will take legal action. 4 days later based on the request of 'Luca' from Famoso retaurant - We tried to send email. Their email is is invalid!!!!!!!

You know it's always the challenge and anxious to pick up right on time especially pizza - now I don't need to worry about it! Went mid-week, for dinner. Restaurant had customers but wasn't very busy. Ordered a bottle of Prosecco when first seated, after 15 minutes of waiting the waitress returned to tell us they had none left, and took a replacement drink order. Another 15 minutes passed after ordering the Margherita Pizza, still no drinks or replacements, so we explained the situation to a passing server, to be told our drinks were "sitting on the bar" and she would have them sent over. When our waitress returned, we were basically told off about their staff shortage, and the fact she (our waitress) was new. At no time had we complained up to this point, just tried to find an update on our order. Pizza arrived, possibly two tablespoons of tomato sauce, topped with four small, half-leaves of basil. Zero interaction from our waitress after that. Was almost surreal in the rudeness and lack of service, and the payoff was adequate at best. Certainly disappointed, as we are very close to the food scene in Victoria, and although we understand the current labour challenges, failed to understand how we, as customers, were personally responsible. With the famous Il Terrazzo directly across the street, I doubt I'll be visiting here for Italian Cuisine again.

Waited 30 minutes to be seated, another 20 minutes for water, then another 20 to order. Wasn’t busy. Host was just on the phone the entire time (same call, not taking orders). When they finally came to take our order, they told us they weren’t making half the items on the menu. Left and got Mexican next door, where the service was great.

Been about 3-4 years since we last came here. Mainly because we had a kid and she doesn't like pizza. So we took a break from this restaurant until today. Had some couple time so tried them again for a date. Things have gotten even better! I am so happy they changed their ordering system. They have servers and table service now. (No more ordering from the counter). Lots of upgrades and menu changes! Kids menu looks fantastic with pasta and mac n cheese! Enjoyed their pizza today with a homemade soda.

The food was good, the service was a different story. Our simple order (2 pizzas no changes from menu, and 2 lunch specials) for a party of 4, took almost 1 hour. Our server told us they were short staffed - though other tables who arrived after us had eaten and were in their way before our food arrived. Our drinks sat empty until we hailed the waite over. No offer of compensation or earnest apology.

We started off by ordering the heart of artichoke and cauliflower dip, this was very tasty and the highlight of our visit. Before the starter arrived at the table we were ready to order our mains but the waitress never came back to the table. The appetizer arrived and we ate it and the waitress still had not returned to the table to take our pizza order or refill our drinks. When she finally returned we ordered a pizza to share. The pizza came out about 15-20 minutes later- very burnt!!! I asked the woman that brought out the pizza if she sees many pizzas this burnt she said “no” and took it away to get a new one. At this point we had been there for about an hour. 10 minutes later the replacement pizza came out- it had no cheese on it. At this point my wife and I were frustrated and decided to leave. We paid for our drinks and the appetizer was free of charge for the inconvenience. It was very disappointing and frustrating. The support staff were very good.

SERVICE: Good service and friendly staff. FOOD: food is good and there are a lot of light items. The pizza is good. The dough has a good consistency and is not sugary, it has that good bread like flavour. The sauces are a nice consistency and a good flavour profile that works with their topping selections. ACCESSIBILITY: The entrance is ground level and a single pull door. The floor is level and tile. There is bench seating and free standing tables and chairs. There is a large accessible bathroom with rails. No gantry.

When we first got there and asked for table but no one showed us to our table so we were very confused and just stood there for a while til we finally seated ourselves. Also we had two servers both friendly and nice but the second one brought our cake boxed unlike other restaurants where they take it out of the box and light the candles. And other servers would refuse to serve saying that they go out and call our server. My husband and I were in Victoria celebrating our anniversary, last week. I was in no mood for pizza, especially since we've been to Italy and have had the very best but the smell drew us in. To our surprise, the pizza here was VERY good. It was authentic and delicious. We met the owner, Luca who was very charming and welcoming. He gave us the best seat in the house and topped it off with dessert on the house. The Margaritas were marvelous and the salad was scrumptious. The restaurant, coupled with our experience was truly a 5 out of 5. We look forward to checking out the Famoso here in Toronto.

My wife and I were sharing a pizza at this location last night. The food was great and it pains me to write such a negative review. However, reviews must be based not just on the food but the customer service as well. My wife and I overheard the manager make a very inappropriate joke that included the word "Retard" which caught us off guard. Our daughter is mentally disabled and this comment really hurt us. Someone who makes jokes that cross the line in ears reach of customers should not be in a position of authority. We asked for his name and were told it was Cory. We will be telling our friends not to go there either. Had eaten there a few times prior however we will no longer be back. I ordered two pizzas. They both had floppy soggy dough in the middle and was overall extremely chewy. After the second peice that I tried my jaw was tierd from all the chewing. The flavours were ok but nothng to write home about. I have eaten pizza from many places around Victoria that were excellent for the same price or less. Both pizza's ingredients were sparse and the cheese seemed low quality. Not good.

Hi, I'm a famoso lover but yesterday was a horrible experience. My mom was visiting and we took her there and a) the food took forever to come b) the pizzas were so so bad the dough was under cooked. We ate the food as we were for fasting but were not well after it. The only good thing about our experience was the server who was very polite and nice and apologetic about the delay. He said the ovens are new.

Changing my review after our recent takeout experience. Ordered prosciutto wrapped mozzarella balls and San Andreas pizza. First, came with no napkins or cutlery so literally couldn't eat the mozzarella balls. Sauce was bland. Pizza was awful. Avocado was literally black it was so over ripe and not edible. Barely any chicken and also bland taste. Will not return.

It takes 90 seconds to cook a pizza at those temperatures, but then why does it take SOOOO long to get an order. Three times and each time the wait was longer than it should have been. Seeing that I frequently stop by Market Square to charge up my laptop and other devices, I’ve had the opportunity to enjoy pizza now and again from the nearby Famoso, which backs onto the square’s fabulous courtyard where I sometimes work during the afternoons. Happy to report that each experience has been a delight, thanks to the friendly service and absolutely delicious food. Pretty much the ideal Neapolitan-style, in my opinion, and definitely worth checking out if a thin-crust pizza, slightly charred to perfection, topped with a generous amount of fresh, quality ingredients is what you happen to be craving.

We had our first meal out since mid March and the dinner at Famoso Pizza was fantastic as always. Rocky, the manager, went above and beyond to accommodate our family of four. Since they have to operate at reduced seating capacity due to COVID-19 social distancing rules it would have been better to reserve a table. We got lucky because there was a cancellation. My first experience with Famoso was in Edmonton and it was spectacular and by far the best pizza I've ever had and was an establishment i frequently 2-4 times a month. Upon mocing back to Victoria, I stopped in for lunch and waited 15 minutes at a dirty table that a server sat me at before leaving. Tonight I ordered via Skip the Dishes (again did this in Edmonton and quality was excellent) - I was disappointed. My salad was light on the gorgonzola cheese for $11 and my pizza didn't include all the toppings it was to have as well as the dough being dry, over worked (tough). Half the pizza was somewhat edible and the other half was so dry and tough. I feel that the height of the dough was short by @ 1/4 inch. The kitchen seemed to just toss the toppings on. One piece smothered in mushrooms, another in onions. Just not an enjoyable experience and my rule is i give an establishment two tries after an initial bad experience, alas I won't be back. Which is harder in me than you as your prucitto wrapped mozzarella in marinara is spectacular and the Famoso pizza concept is exquisite. You let me down!

Throughout the Corona Pandemic I've down both dine in service as well as take out, and Rocky and the rest of the staff have been absolutly fantastic with service as well as maintaing social distancing/sanatation through the use of maskes on both front of house staff and kitchen staff as well as through disposable menus and Rocky offering to drop my pizzas in the back of my car when picking up take out and touching the machine for me so all I've had to do is call and tap!

I can't speak for the chain as a whole, but compared to my experience 2 or 3 years ago at locations in Jasper and edmonton the quality here is quite poor. This may be laziness on a corporate level, or just at this location, regardless I wasn't impressed. Prices were high (over 20 dollars for many of the pizzas) and the quality+quantity of ingredients failed to make up for it. The crust was doughy, bland and thick; with hardly any char or crunch. (Felt like it had been pre made honestly) Toppings were very small and few in number. Sauce was fine, but cheese tasted cheap.

Perhaps, I am ordering the wrong thing! I have given this place a try a couple of times now, and both times, I was disappointed. That being said, I ordered pasta both times and not pizza! Maybe the pizza is the thing to get. I just found the portions of pasta were so small and not worth the price. I guess the pasta tasted okay, but it wasn't worth the amount of money you pay for it. Also the flat bread was as hard as a rock. I wanted to try the pizza at some point, but now I am hesitant to, as my experience this far has been less than stellar.

Very tasty neopolitan style pizza. Good variety. Been here many times and food is very consistent. Environment is very casual and the place is usually busy. There is a good amount of spacing between tables, so it is comfortable no matter how busy. If you use "skip the dishes" online ordering, be sure to refer to the order number when you pick up. Dinners are not in your name.

Oh, what do I even say.. you go there with a hungry tummy and they feed your tummy, heart, and soul! Its not just the food, which by the way, is lip smacking delicious, its the way they talk, laugh, and serve. Rocky is sheer delight! He makes sure that you don't just eat.. he makes sure you enjoy! Had a great time at Famoso but not in Victoria. Looked at their website that says they are all open. The sign on the door says you need your vaccine card and the doors are locked. Google maps says they're closed, and Their phone message claims that it is closed for renovations. Very topical to Victoria. No information is ever correct nor reliable.

We really regret having ordered pizza from this place. We ordered a 12" Margherita pizza for $15.38 that came with 4 flakes of basil and barely any cheese. The pizza was 90% tomato sauce and dough. Not worth the money at all. Feel totally ripped off. Other places in town like Prima Strada or The Joint or Brickyard pizza is 100 times more equal in terms of getting what you pay for.

Well, different times different days different moods, different challenges, etc. But my takeout person didn't acknowledge me at all until I acknowledged our transaction half way into it. The bartender did, but then the other one took over without any greetings. Lacadaisically tossed my pizza onto the counter and was mostly just concerned with me taking my order quietly and getting out. Bummer. edit: they called me to say someone would be getting in touch to offer me a gc to replace this garbage and overpriced pizza but, not surprisingly, no one did!

I've been to different famosos before and they never disappoint but this place was just not good . I asked for a pizza with daiya , they didn't have any in stock .. ok understandable I'll forgo the cheese. So I get this pizza sans cheese and it is just awful. The tiniest scraping of sauce, soggy doughy crust. I am not one for wasting food so I ate it anyways, but not once did a server come by and ask how it was and then we waited so long to get our bill. Which was horribly horribly overpriced for what I got. Not impressed and won't be going back there again.

Been to many locations on the mainland, but this downtown Victoria location had such bad service and horrible organization that I will not return nor recommend. It’s sad when a franchise fails to follow the success of its predecessor and the food falls flat.

I haven’t been since they first opened but was glad I came back. I’ve been meaning to try their happy hour but just haven’t until last night. We enjoyed the meatballs, Margherita pizza which is their Monday special and the Pesto prawn. Everything was excellent and it made me want to come back again. Ate there Sunday night. The service was friendly and speedy. So many pizzas to choose from. We had the Quattro Fromaggi and the 4 meat Siciliana. Make sure to order the parmesan dip. Soooo good!

I was a little disappointed to be honest, the place had a lot of potential. The dough was good, the ingredients were good, the sauce was good. But the actual preparation left something to be desired. Great authentic pizza. It is a chain but the quality is good. They have a strange process for ordering where you go to the front to order then sit down for the server to being you your food. I still felt obligated to tip 15% but didn't get the full service. I did a groupon deal last year - $15 for $30 worth of food - it was a great deal.

Really good pizza selection. I have only had the chance to try about a dozen of their pizzas so far, but have yet to be dissapointed. Their ingredients seem fresh, their crust is thin yet flavourful, and their staff was friendly. This is a good place to bring your friends and family down for food and drink, or even coworkers. The atmosphere and selection allow for almost anyone to enjoy this place.

Had a great supper at Famoso, scenic spot right in the heart of Victoria. This is a wonderful place to take kids, before the meal they gave the kids doe to play with. They have a nice large clean family bathroom to use. Food came out super fast! I had the tomato bisque soup hot and delicious as was the pizza! Also the service was spot on our waitress was absolutely wonderful! It's amazing how filling the pizza is. You look at it think it's not, You'll be pleasantly surprised by it! Definitely wouldn't hesitate to return! Thanks for the great dinner Famoso!

I’ve been going to Famoso for years (different location) and I’ve always been very impressed with the food and service... this location is definitely an exception. Waitress was cocky and kept correcting me every time I helped my friends with the menu (what certain things were). We ordered 2 pastas and 2 pizzetas (small pizzas) and when the food came she had 2 massive pizzas and said that is was a mistake but wouldn’t charge us for it. Unfortunately she did charge us for the large pizzas despite ordering smaller ones and there were extra items on the bill that we didn’t order. The food was good at least.

It's a great spot right downtown that is easy to walk, bike or drive to (there's a parkade only a two minute walk away that is free for the 1st hour and evenings and Sundays). Good place to also just meet for drinks, and kid friendly as well.

Came here for lunch with a friend recently and was not disappointed. Famoso has a great feel to it, not super-modern like a lot of the places around there. The food was great, we had the Sweet BBQ Chicken pizza and it was delicious. The crust is surprisingly good! Coffee was great as well and was quickly refilled. The only real issue that I had was the coffee cup I received was not clean inside. When I pointed it out they brought me a new one fairly quick. Our server was great. I will definitely come back here with my family! Great job.

The quality of food is opaqued by the service. The waitress was too stress and was rushing us all the time. We ordered a pasta, pizza and salad and after the pasta we waited for 15 minutes for the pizza and when it came, waitress didn't ask or offer to change our plates. Also, she didn't offer any complement for our pizza. There were a lot of time between orders to be served and in meantime she never got closer to let us know an estimate or be available so we could ask. Finally, when we paid the tip was already included in the bill (not sure if that is normal in Victoria but in Vancouver it is not).

If you´re looking for a nice pizza, avoid it. Probably the worst pizza we ever had. Completely wet, everything falling apart when taking a slice, soggy dough. Really, really bad. We complained about it and they kindly made another pizza for us, which was nice, but the new one was the same, but with more cooking time, so I guess that unfortunately the chef just doesn't know how to cook a pizza correctly. The waitress is super nice tho.

Great pizza selection, excellent service and solid COVID precautions. No wait on a Thu around 5pm and the ingredients seem to be of really good quality. Prices are what you would expect in Victoria in general and to be quite honest around the same as a big chain that would feed you the cheapest ingredients they could find out there.

The food is spot on. The service is terrible. Our waitress asked us if we would like to move or leave after we had already finished our salad, because she had a reservation in a half hour. So we moved. The demeanor about it was horrible. Most places would be apologetic and help you move and we moved most of everything before she even helped. We then got the rest of our food, which was delicious. Then by the time we were finished we sat there for 20 minutes and my husband had to ask another waitress what was going on. We hadn't received a bill, or offered desserts. The manager was there. He did not come over our waitress came over after we alerted the other waitress, acted like nothing was wrong, didn't apologize. They have great food, pretty place....but no service.

Fantastic artichoke and cauliflower dip, the pizza toppings were good but the crust left to be desired, it's texture was kind of rubbery or slightly undercooked. Hi, last night I went to famoso and my experience there was just awful. I called to make a reservation and everything was great except for when the waitress discovered that my name was Beatrice. The night before they received a bad review from another person who had the same name of mine and she was accusing me of being the same person and she didn’t want me to go to the restaurant. At last I managed to convince her that I was a different Beatrice but when we arrived there another thing happened. I was sitting at a table with a friend and my two sisters came with another friend. This friend was accused of being there the night before and of being rude to the staff (he had never been there before). My sister politely told the waitress that she was being rude and that she did the exact same thing with me at the phone and the waitress told us to go away. Don’t get me wrong the food is great but the staff was just so awful and they used the excuse that they were stressed to justify their behavior. We had a discussion also with the husband of the waitress who was working there and he wouldn’t let me talk. So, in conclusion I want to say that that their behavior was so unprofessional and I have never been treated so badly in my life and for certain I will never go there again.

Great selection of local beers, and the pizza is outstanding. Crust is perfectly cooked, with just the right amount of crispiness and chewiness. Being cooked for 90s at 900F, or order was ready almost immediately. Excellent flavour on the spicy Vesuvio pizza we had. Service was efficient and friendly. Very reasonably priced, particularlyfor the quality of food. Open, airy atmosphere makes this a great place to spend some time

Best Pizza in Victoria, BC hands down! Great atmosphere - feels like you've travelled to Europe, great location downtown, very affordable, I've been 3 times now and always have fantastic service. So far we have had the BBQ Chicken (favorite), Vesuvio (Spicy!), and the Margherita (A pure and simple classic). The salted caramel dark chocolate gelato is the most flavorful gelato I have experienced (I have tried a lot of gelato in cities around the world), and the tiramisu is second to none. I can't speak highly enough of this place!

Went for lunch. It was our first time. Rocky our waiter was very helpful and attentive. The dining room has large windows with a great views of Jonhson and Warf st. We each had a Pizza. The crust was the best I had ever tasted. You can taste all the fresh toppings in every bit. The Price was a little high,but the flavors made up for it. I would definitely go back.

I ordered off skip the dishes. It was prepared in good time. I was disappointed with the pizza. I ordered the margharita. I love the style of pizza however, the dough was under cooked and doesnt seem to crisp well. The classic tomato base is extremely bland. Reminds me of eating straight tomato paste.

Good place to check out if you like thin-crust traditional italian style pizza. It is part of a chain of restaurants. Much more like a family style rather than somewhere to go for an intimate meal.

BBQ chicken pizza is ok, 3of5, Cesar salad was not good last time I had it. Dressing was too minimal. Waitstaff is very nice. (aug_17).
