I recently threw a birthday party for my five year old daughter and went with these guys for her bouncy castle. I’m so glad I did - I loved their online booking calendar and they were above-and-beyond friendly on the day of the party. The castle itself was a hit - really good size that fit all the kids at the party without feeling crowded. Truly fantastic experience, all around!

Called to inquire about some bounce houses and did not hear anything. I did go ahead and book online, and have since called and left 4 different messages trying to get ahold of this company. I had heard that they often do not show up to events, and after 3 weeks and 4 voicemails, I can confirm that this is an awful company that you cannot rely on. Fortunately, I did not pay at the time of booking. I would not recommend wasting anytime looking into their products as you will never hear back.

UPDATE: Backyard Bounce saved the day AGAIN! We used them a second time this year. The kids could not believe their eyes when they saw the mega waterslide. I came to write another 5 star review but I guess you cannot review a business twice. Backyard Bounce made our last minute back yard birthday party a huge success! The dolphin and robot style bouncy houses were a hit with the kids. I don’t know what we would have done to keep the kids entertained. We got a quick response to our request and the staff were easy to communicate with on the day of set up. They came on time and were great at problem solving setting up two castles in a smallish space. Highly, highly, recommend!

We called Backyard Bounce in a jam- we were having a school party and our rental with another company had been mixed up. They showed up within 30 minutes of us calling, helped us find a great location and had the kids bouncing in just a few minutes. Backyard Bounce was awesome to deal with, very friendly and helpful. It was easy to make the payment & they took care of taking everything down for us at the end of the party. Thank you Backyard Bounce!

I highly recommend Backyard Bounce for any party event. They are great, friendly. Always on time. I have rent castles from other businesses before and I have to say that Backyard is the best. Their castles are high quality and most importantly clean.

I had another company no show for my preschooler graduation party. I called Backyard Bounce in a panic to see if they could help me out. The woman said they were super busy but she didn't live far and had a castle in her car and would be right over. After over an hour I checked in to see where she was. Her response to me was that she should have told me "no" because she was too busy. If that's the case, why bother telling me you were on your way and didn't live far. Unprofessional knowing I already have been screwed over by another company.
