Since I've been coming to this hotel back in May 2016, the improvements to the hotel is excellent. Breakfast is out early for us guest who are heading or coming back from work and the staff is very helpful and friendly. The rooms have become much better, no more awful smell they use to have and very clean. I would like to thank the staff and management for the wonderful stays I've been experiencing and keep up the great work. Thank you all Phil Racicot

My usual stop when traveling to Timmins on business. Hotel is fine for my needs and staff was very helpful. Timmins and most of the Northern stops are a bit pricey in comparison to other areas I frequent around on the province. Choice Hotels are my brand of preference. I like the consistency the brand provides.

lack of courtesy and politeness at the front desk check. room was expensive and we had to take care of our own trash and bag our towels no breakfast available due to covid but there were suppose to be bags with yogurt a juice and an orange but those were very limited. We recently stayed at Timmins Comfort Inn. We always chose This chain for our stays. Have always been happy with our rooms, and great staff. But Timmins Comfort Inn, had the sweetest most helpful staff, and we had a very beautifully, cleaned room. I would highly recommend anyone travelling to Timmins, to stay there!!

I have stayed in this hotel many time over the years and has always been a pleasant stay. Staff and accommodations have always been great. Easy access from Hwy 101 and close to restaurants and the downtown core.

The hotel staff are pleasing and offered good service. The room is very clean and the bed is quite firm to give me a good night's sleep. WiFi is strong and fast that enabled me to do video chat with my spouse. The breakfast area though had some trouble with their cookery and was not able to serve eggs and sausages/bacon.

The customer service at the front desk is excellent. The rooms are clean and spacious. I have to give -2 for the kitchen however. I would give it a +5 otherwise. It should be a buffet style hot breakfast and not a server giving out a limit of two very small pieces of bacon, a bit of sausage and or a small egg and cheese omelette....a guy working a full day needs a lot more calories from meat, eggs etc... That he can't get from the simple carbs of the ordinary breakfast that is offered. Also, the server is not always around to serve it and you have to wait to eat. I would give a -3 almost for the non style buffet breakfast if I could but because the ladies at the front desk were awesome and the rooms were good....
