The best Breakfast I've had in a long time. Go for the Filipino Breakfasts, you won't be disappointed! Everything taste amazing, prices are great and the crew is super friendly. This is definitely on my list of my regular Breakfast spots.

Never ever did we think there would be authentic Filipino food in a small town but man, delicious doesn't even begin to describe it. There's a reason this has all five stars! The food was hearty and comforting and filling! Good portions, great prices, excellent service, and we had such a delightful meal we personally thanked the owner. The Palabok had big shrimps and generous amounts of ground pork! The garlic bread that came with it was yummy too! My husband had the Adobo which had large pieces of chickens and the soya sauce was thick and sweet. As full as we were after, we couldn't pass on the Halo halo which is one of the best I've ever had. The ingredients blended perfectly together and it was the perfect ending to a fantastic meal. Highly recommend anyone passing by to stop here to enjoy some wonderful food!! Update: We came back for breakfast! And had the porksilog and special silog. Everything was good but the fried pork was overcooked and tough. It did get more tender closer to the bone. We ordered another halo halo because why not!

Affordable, great atmosphere , nice decor , friendly staff, awesome food! Their Filipino sausage is made in house and was so sweet and spicy and flavourful, garlic rice was perfect. Breaded pork chop was outstanding!

Processed cheese on the clubhouse is a weird choice, never seen that before, very overpowering for that kind of sandwich. Otherwise good food and good service.

If I could give them more stars I would, went on a Friday evening as they were having a bachelorette (we didn’t know) the service and food were out of this world despite the fact they were very busy. We then went back for Sunday breakfast, service and food exceptional, whenever we’re in the area we’ll be back to work through the menu. Cannot recommend here enough!

My experience eating in this restaurant is amazing. The food is so good and the price is affordable. The customer service is great and the staff is friendly. The restaurant is so neat and well decorated. If I'l be visiting Cape Breton Island again, this would be part of my itinerary and I would gladly recommend this restaurant to others. Kudos Isla Kusina!

Very friendly people. Love the view and the food. Recommend trying halo-halo, sisig and calamari ???? They also have good catering and delivery. They serve canadian food too and they have a small bar inside ????
