Disappointed with the service. The delivery guy told me that there will not be any extra fee for using credit visa for the delivery and it seems like there is an addition of $3.50 charged as cash advance fee. If he told me that earlier, I would have used my Visa debit instead. I’m really dissatisfied with the service and knowledge of associates working on the firm caused me to pay extra money for nothing. I will never ever order through them again.

Ordered at 5 pm, called to check at 715 after being told it would be there at 625 (1hour 25 min) 740 speak to them again told me the driver delivered it....was not there, told theg would reorder and deliver in 18 mins delivered 820. I think they should have offered a discount or meal credit. Driver went to check and left the food at the wrong address.

I wanted to support a local business rather than ordering from Skip The Dishes. Unfortunately, I have been disappointed in the quality of service I have received from CB Eats. Orders have been missing items several times and the initial driver response is to blame the restaurant and to tell me to phone them directly. If I am paying CB Eats for a service (in the form of their fees), why am I responsible for contacting the restaurant myself if items are missing. This afternoon more than half my order did not arrive. Initially the driver wanted me to call them but I insisted he call CB Eats management and make things correct. Again, the manager I spoke to blamed the restaurant and initially did not want to send the driver back. I advised I would be refusing the order if it was not correct. The driver went back to the restaurant and brought my correct order. I was still charged for delivery despite waiting more than 30 minutes for him to come back with the rest of the order. This is not the drivers fault (he was very nice) but it is indicative that there is something wrong with the ordering system. With other similar businesses, incorrect orders are corrected far more efficiently and credits are offered for incorrect orders. I also wonder if the businesses who use CB Eats for their delivery know that their immediate default is to absolve themselves of blame and blame the restaurant. Just not very impressed.
