Chef At Your Table catered my wedding in July of 2021. To say I was thrilled by the result would be a vast understatement. The food and service was impeccable. Chef Bob and his team managed too cook a five star meal, with five star service, in a Barn, in the middle of a Lavender field. As a small business owner myself I can be pretty critical of how small business's operate. I have no criticism for this team. Thank you so much for making our special day that much better with your hard work, culinary excellence, and amazing service.

We recently had a 5 course birthday dinner for my 86 year old mother in law who was visiting with family from the UK. Not only did Bob provide suggestions and fine tune the menu to suit all of the guests he also provided me with wine suggestions for each course. When the night came he was more prepared than I could have imagined. Everything went smoothly, he listened to our service timeline and left our kitchen spotless. We hired Bob for our wedding reception and the dinner was fantastic! All our guests raved about the food - one of our guests actually went to the kitchen to look for Bob, to personally thank him for the amazing vegan tart he prepared! He was extremely flexible with all of my COVID changes, going from 175 people to 50 to 25, he didn’t bat an eye, even two weeks before when we completely changed venues, he had no problem with that & made it work perfectly. He came with bartenders as well which was an added bonus! Highly highly recommend hiring Bob for any party you have. We look forward to working with him in the future! There a not enough words to describe how pleased I am with Chef Bob and his incredible team! We had him cater a family wedding and as with all things COVID plans were continually changing and Bob was more than accommodating and willing to adjust to the ever-ongoing daily changes that came up. He was incredibly easy to communicate with and was very prompt with reply’s and answering any and all the questions we had. With regards the food, it truly was nothing short of exceptional! To this day the guests have raved about the meal served and have continually said that they've never had a better beef tenderloin. In fact all of the food from the hor d'oeuvres, to the entrees to the deserts, everything was delectable and so skillfully prepared. Not only did the food beyond exceed our expectations but the servers and the level of professionalism of Bobs team was very impressive and we couldn’t have been more pleased. I can say with 110% certainty that the service we were provided by Bob was truly unmatched. Without a doubt hiring Bob to cater the wedding was the best decision made, and we couldn’t have been more fortunate to have such a skilled chef prepare the food for us on such a special day for our family. We certainly will be hiring him again in the near future!!

Recently, we hosted a business party for 80 people. I asked Chef Bob to prepare some elegant hors d'ouvres for extra panache and spot-light. He gave us more than our money's worth - the guests were so pleased with his fresh and delicious offerings. He demonstrates flair and creativity in his presentation; and I enjoyed working together with him in my kitchen. I would highly recommend Chef Friesen for any occasion.

Looking back on my wedding day, there are many things that went exactly as I had hoped and expected and some things that I would have done differently. I can say without a doubt that hiring Bob was the single best decision I made during the entire wedding process and he greatly exceeded my expectations. When you want to get together for a fabulous dinner celebration with your extended family but have several young children amongst the group, it can be very difficult to arrange a dinner in a fine-dining establishment. So for my Father-in-Law's recent birthday we got Bob to bring the fine-dining experience to us! The reviews of the food were unanimously positive, Bob was a professional in every respect, juggling a dinner for ten by himself without a glitch, and as the host you can bet I appreciated not having to clean up ANYTHING afterwards. To say that Bob played an integral role in our wedding would be a massive understatement - he was like our second wedding coordinator! Bob took great care in ensuring that all dietary accommodations were made for the safety of our guests. The serving staff couldn't bring the hors d'oeuvres out fast enough and they were gone within seconds - especially the halloumi cheese pops! The entrées were literal perfection; the dessert was equal parts light and decadent; and the late night snacks were a huge hit. Every single guest at our wedding made a point of letting us know how amazing the food was - many said it was the best food they've ever had at a wedding and although we might be a little biased, we absolutely agree!
