The quality and taste is there, however, the problem is really the quantities. I recommend people to try the experience, however, despite the quality of the dishes, I'm not sure that this is the kind of place we visit periodically. Ce qui est loin d'être un problème :) Comme la dernière fois, l’expérience gustative était au top. Les plats sont beaux et goûteux. Le décor est beau et chaleureux. La seule raison de l'étoile en moins est le prix des repas qui est selon moi un peu exagéré. La qualité et le gout y est cependant, le problème c'est vraiment les quantités. Je recommande aux gens de tenter l’expérience par contre, malgré la qualité des plats, je ne suis pas sur que c’est le genre d’endroit qu’on visite périodiquement.

Small but essential scotch selection, delicious tapas (especially the vegetarian ones), and a nice, homey feel. Pricing is about average as we paid $90+ including tax and tip and drinks for 2. Wow blown away by the food here. Never expected to find such a fine dining experience in such a small place that Sherbrooke is. The only downside is this is their only location so you'll have to come here to experience it. Amazing food, tapas style with awesome service from Olivier and a wine and drinks selection second to none. Over 40 different rums on offer but I did notice a gap where the Jamaican rums should be. Hopefully this will be rectified when I return ;) Truly well satisfied and once more must thank Google for the recommendation

The antipasti starting (for 2 people, there is really a lot), is really a must, a real treat for the taste buds. the fact of choosing dish by dish as the evening progresses avoids waste, It's a concept that I like a lot !!! The alcohol menu is well stocked, everyone will find a drink to their tastes.
