Love having Corbin in the neighbourhood! We have picked up dinner countless times - loved the lasagna, many salads, guac and chips and the chicken skewers were amazing! Just recently did a catering order for lobster rolls and corn dogs - absolutely delicious! Lobster rolls were fresh and incredibly flavourful and placed on a perfect roll. Corn dogs were a hit. Food eaten so quickly that couldn't get pictures!

Corbin Catering & Foods is a boutique store offering a great selection of delicious prepared foods and high-quality dining accessories. Walking in, you will be greeted by an overload to your senses, from the smell of the candles and food available for purchase, to the beautiful glassware and unique condiments hard to find anywhere else (I highly recommend the Honey Mustard with Champagne - so good I could have it with just bread and be satisfied). Corbin has done an exceptional job curating his inventory, and I honestly can't think of anywhere else in the city with similar items, let alone at the fair prices offered by Corbin. I briefly spoke with Corbin himself, and from our conversation you can tell he is not only passionate about food, but also knowledgable about his offerings. I am certainly going to go back to Corbin, and you should too! Definitely worth the trip out of the downtown core just for this boutique shop.

I love this place. It is so convenient to pop into anytime. The pantry food is fresh, delicious and easy to prepare for serving. I have also used Corbin for catering. I have always had an amazing experience. Try the beef Bourgogne, the roasted sweet potatoes, the cheddar biscuits, the quiche, the soup, bread and sweets. The ingredients are fresh and the flavours are amazing.

We got married on August 14th and Corbin provided the catering services. But he actually was so much more - his professionalism and expertise were appreciated in countless aspects of our planning and event execution. He is an excellent collaborator and visionary for beautiful events and was invaluable for our special day. The event staff were extremely attentive and pleasant. The food was high quality (shout out to the Prosciutto Wrapped Baby Spinach!). Take away: I would recommend Corbin and his services to anyone.

I used Corbin's "In Good Company" service to host a party for 10 people in my backyard. Corbin met with me to see the site and discuss general likes and dislikes. After that, everything from the table setting, to canapes, the signature cocktail and the five-course dinner was a surprise - and every one of them beautiful and so delicious (well, not the table setting, it was just gorgeous). Corbin is so engaging and talented, and his staff were wonderful. A truly memorable dinner. I can't recommend Corbin Catering highly enough and can't wait to work with them again.

Recently celebrated by husband’s 40th birthday where Corbin Catering provided all the food and cake. I wish I had photos to share. The food was not only delicious but stunning to look at. From lobster rolls to a beautiful board to the most insanely scrumptious BLT sliders. With only 4 days notice, Corbin was efficient, worked within our budget and delivered a fantastic feast. Highly recommend and look forward to working with Corbin for future events.

We tried Corbin Catering for a special family lunch and everything was delicious. We ordered the lobster rolls, chicken tenders, chips, salsa & guac plus greek salad. The food was so FRESH and did I mention it was delicious? I ordered and paid online which was very streamlined and easy. I chatted with the lovely Chef Corbin when I picked up my order - he is so kind and has a great sense of humour! We will definitely be ordering from Corbin Catering again. The lobster rolls were next level delicious!

We recently booked Chef Corbin for his In Good Company Dinner Party. Everything, from the five-star food, to the decor, to the place settings, was phenomenal. Each course was meticulously prepared, and every guest raved about the quality of the food - taste and presentation. Chef Corbin is engaging and passionate about his craft. I ordered the Mother's Day hamper and it was fantastic! My wife felt thoroughly loved! It was a great meal for a celebration. The price is fair when you consider this is food prepared by a quality chef. Lobster stuffed devilled eggs - I will never go back! lovely refreshing minty watermelon and cucumber salad. Chicken was juicy and full of flavor. Chocolate covered strawberries were huge, juicy and just the right kind of sweet. This is wonderful clean tasting food with great personality. I also asked Corbin to make me a red velvet cake. it is the best one I have ever eaten. Thank you Chef Corbin!!

He was wonderful and warm and took a deep, genuine interest in helping us plan an experience that reflected everything that was important us for this event: hosting a beautiful experience for people we love. We have used Corbin Catering on multiple occasions and the food is always fresh, delicious, and of the finest quality. Everything that we have tried has been amazing. Most recently, Corbin planned a menu for a bridal shower for my future daughter-in-law. Everything was flawless .... the food was delivered by Corbin himself and the presentation was beautiful. All of the shower guests commented that it was the best meal that they ever had at a shower!! So glad to have Corbin Catering in the neighbourhood ... it's a gem!!

Absolutely divine food! We tried a a number of the summer salads, the chicken skewers, crumble and more and was so impressed with the high quality ingredients and superb taste of all the food and our daughter and guests loved it so much! Wonderful experience as Corbin accommodated a fairly large order that I placed only a day before and just loved visiting his storefront as well which has delicious goodies, breads, olives etc. Can’t wait to try more of his dishes soon!

Great chef prepared food, reasonable prices, and tips on how to use your items from the chef himself. He recommended the bread for French toast - just made French toast for dinner much to my kids’ delight. Was well worth the trip out from the other side of the beaches. My wife and I separately on multiple trips in grabbed multiple lasagnas, a Mac and cheese, a southwestern inspired burrito salad, a loaf of bread… looking forward to consuming all of it - our freezer is stocked!!

I had the pleasure to attend a backyard birthday party catered by Chef Corbin and his team - not only was the food OUTSTANDING, but the decor was stunning. Chef Corbin was personable and engaging, telling the story of each dish beautifully. There needs to be more than 5 stars as an option here. Highly recommended.

Chef Corbin came to our house and catered a private 50th birthday dinner for my husband. I don't even know where to begin with this testimonial. The whole experience was incredible and very professional. They came and decorated our table, they brought their own dinnerware, utensils, glasses and even place cards. The food was outstanding, in every way. The flavours of all dishes including the canapés were delicious and what we really loved was that it was a surprise menu! After the dinner, my kitchen was immaculate, as if no one had ever been there for a few hours, preparing a specular dinner for 8 people. I would absolutely be asking Chef Corbin and his team to in come again for a special occasion dinner.
