the grand gardens food is fantastic. and they have this wedding package that is amazing...they bring you and your parents in for a full meal to sample your preferences and decor and everything to do with your wedding dinner and reception. unsurpassed by anyone else in this city!

I ordered from them three nights in a row with Skip the Dishes. The portions are shockingly big for the price, and it tastes great. Their chicken cutlets are delicious. The pasta and meatballs that I got one night was bland but everything else (cabbage rolls, potato wedges) was very good.

We went there for a wedding, it was decorated well, the seating was arranged nicely, and staff were very friendly. The meal was very good! It was a good time there, and a good party.

The takeout prices are good and the food is great and well portioned. The breaded chicken cutlets are amazing. Unfortunately I ate them too fast to take a picture. Lol. I'll try again next time. Try it for yourself. I don't think you will be disappointed. Also a great place for large parties with a large banquet room and dance floor. The staff is also friendly and helpful.

I had my wedding at the Grand Gardens North. Ken and Lee do a wonderful job with their services and venue. I came to Ken with minimal vision of what I had in mind and he took those ideas and made a dream wedding, better than I could have ever imagined! I was blown away by how beautiful the venue was and all my guests raved about how good the food was. My cousin who travels the world experiencing all kinds of food, spoke highly of how delicious the meal was. Highly, highly, highly recommend Ken and Lee at the Grand Gardens!!

At a soccer banquet and our waitress was beyond rude . Wouldnt bring more food .when asked twice. Had to stop and buy my son food after the banquet because he didn't get enough to eat. It's pasta ..its cheap feed the kids.

The serving size way too small. Ordered 2 orders of lasagna . Basically the portion size of one. No parn chees . 2 pieces of bread for 2 order . And noodles were overcooked. Less than mediocr . Wasn't impressed the last couple time . Wont be back. Can get bigger and better tasting for same price.

Well I must say, the lady manager who works there, is beyond rude! If you’re having a bad day, don’t come into work. It’s Friday, as a full-time mom and full-time employee, I am busy. I ordered my meal for my family & was very precise with how I wanted my order. When we got home, after unpacking and living in the east end, we realized our meal was wrong. We couldn’t go back, and I called to complain. I spoke with a young girl who was pleasant and kind. She then transferred me to the manager who was ghastly miserable. Worst service ever. I support local, but never again will we support Grand Gardens. I’m glad my baby and husband could eat, but the hard working mom, did not.

Good food, great prices. Just be prepared to not get any cheese with your pasta. They never give it out, "unless you ask" and if you forget it super sucks. Like ordering salad but having to ask for dressing. Cheese should automatically come with your pasta or offer it at least when I place my order.

Called to order Christmas cookies and the lady said “You’re calling at the wrong time for Christmas cookies” and wouldn’t take the order. Then she started complaining to me about how she had thirty people in line. Avoid this place. They’re a mess and the staff is rude.

Ordered 4 different combo specials over the phone and they confirmed the order on speaker with witnesses with my exact order and received 3 when delivered, I called to adjust the order and the restaurant did not offer any resolution, absolutely unacceptable when one person in the group has to watch the others eating dinner while they have no food
