We went to Olive Garden with a group of friends a couple days ago for supper to celebrate their engagement. Everyone’s meal turned out great except mine. Unfortunately the pasta was cold and the sausage was over cooked. We mentioned something to our waitress and she immediately got the manager and he fixed it right away and had a new meal out to me in about 7-10 mins. It was then taken off the bill which was very nice of them! I joked with the manager after when he asked what else he could do. I said “a bottle of your confetti wine would be great!” Next thing you know he came out with a free glass for each of us! I can appreciate when restaurants correct a mistake and go above and beyond like this. It’s what keeps me coming back to Olive Garden!

We just had a late lunch here and the service was phenomenal! Normally there’s a line up because this place is relatively new but we came at the perfect time (after lunch and before dinner) and got in right away. Overall the vibe here was very friendly, the place is very clean, and all the staff were wearing masks as a response to the pandemic. Our server Ashlyn was also very awesome. She was very attentive, helpful, and went above and beyond our expectations. We will definitely come back!

Went on opening night and everything was really good. Bryce was our server and she was awesome. We had a small mishap but it was quickly correctd and they even offered us a free dessert. We were so well taken care of. Probably one of the best service experiences i've ever had. I was back today for lunch and the lunch sized menu is great, the same delicious food, slightly smaller portion for a fraction of the price. Good service again, the people at the door were especially good.

We had Tori as a server and everything was just amazing. Today was my first time visitng our saskatoon location and the hype build up was DEFINETLY matched if not better than expected. Breadsticks were absolute fire, salad totally on par, we ordered the stuffed ziti fritta and was a banger, the entrees just immaculate!!!!!!!! So happy with the atmosphere, experience, and service!

My parents, new husband and I came in for a celebratory supper after getting married; we had a bit of a wait due to covid but it was nice to know they're taking precautions. But we were greated with very friendly staff, the drinks were balanced and easily enjoyable, and the food was filling, flavourful, and was brought to us fairly quick, we were even given a little just married cake (pictured below). It was a great experience and we look forward to returning on our next visit to the city.

If you have ever been to an Olive Garden in the past few years you will already have an excellent idea what you will see and what you will get. The seat this location was a little spotty and on the slow side. Having said that, the staff was helpful and friendly. The food was good as usual. The restaurant was clean and well maintained. The washrooms were clean and well stocked. I would have problem recommending an Olive Garden restaurant in general.

Lovely lovely staff. Extremely helpful and willing to point you out to the right direction when need be. The portions are humongous, eat then takeaway the leftovers for another meal, kind of massive. Bottomless salad to grated Parmesan until you ask to stop…. How can you not love the place?

This is my third time visiting the Olive Garden in Saskatoon... not remotely close to the Olive Gardens that I've tried in other locations (Edmonton is by far the best). The house salad was very comparable to the iceberg salad from a bag just with added onions, croutons, peppers, and olives plus there was very little dressing on it (not impressed). I had the Tour of Italy... not impressed at all as it closely resembled a microwaved meal and my chicken parm was a bit over cooked (crusty and dry) as was my lasagna. The Shrimp Fritto Misto was however delicious... and of course the service was great. They were incredibly busy last evening but that shouldn't be reflected in the quality of food... also a little too pricey.

Checked online to see what the wait time was, and told there is a 40-50 minute waitlist. Waited over 1.5 hours with no contact, so we went to the location and there was 4 hostess waiting doing nothing with space available to dine in. This can be partly overlooked, however when entering, one of the party guests recently lost their drivers license and did not have any other forms of photo ID except his temporary drivers license and a photo of his old ID and credit cards in his name. NONE of them were taken or even considered and the hostess just was firm on a no. Definitely not proper customer service and rules aren’t in line with other establishments.

When we arrived, the wait was 45 minutes, which was no surprise. They took our name and number at the front door, and texted us when the table was ready, which was great! The whole experience was awesome. Our waiter was wonderful and knowledgeable, the food was delicious (the peach bellini iced tea is to die for) and everything tasted fresh, plus the restaurant is beautiful. We will be going back very soon.

Really good pasta. Had the tour of Italy. The chicken parmesan was my favourite. The chicken gnocchi soup was also really good. Went around 8pm and there was no wait. Service was good. Social distancing and sanitizing was going on from what I can see. Very good impression. Goes without saying. Their breadsticks are great too!

We were hoping to celebrate an early Mothers Day and enjoy a meal at the Olive Garden. When we arrived I informed the hostess it would be 4 adults and 2 newborns. I was told as per covid regulations "only 4 breathing souls per table " and they would not allow our 2 newborns in carseats to sit on the floor beside us. We would need 2 tables and they were "really busy" and couldn't seat us. A man, whom I can assume was the manager, also told us abruptly that we would be treated the same everywhere we went. They were apparently too busy to accommodate us. The hostess was abrupt and quite rude which we did not appreciate. I understand that you're busy, but I don't think anyone is too busy to be kind...We would have loved to eat at Olive Garden but unfortunately we're not given the opportunity, we went elsewhere and were easily accommodated.

My family and I went to Olive Garden to celebrate my birthday and my Grandson's GF's birthday and had a wonderful experience. Although their policy is to present a free dessert to the person celebrating their special day the GF'S birthday was next day so they presented us with 2 special desserts. Our server Tracy was incredible and the food was delicious. Highly recommend OG!

This was my first time going to Olive Garden. And let's just say, it started off usually. As we enter, the fire alarm starts to go off (apparently a child had flipped the switch in one of the bathrooms). The reason I even mention this is that basically none of the 6 staff we saw and heard knew what it even was or what what going on. It's clear that Olive Garden doesn't do Fire Drill training with their team. Everyone just kept going as if nothing happened and proceeded to sit us. The only reason I give 4 stars is to help Olive Garden see and maybe give their workers some training. There were a lot of people in the restaurant and if it had been a real fire, things would have turned into Chaos quickly. ???? Now, onto the food. The all you can eat breadsticks, salad and the Chicken Gnocchi Soup we're amazing. All five other adults loved their dishes. I had the cheese ravioli with meat sauce and had added Shrimp (pictured - sorry for the bite - forgot to take the photo at the start). This tasted great. The shrimp we're supposed to be sauteed however they looked and tasted like they came from a shrimp ring tray. I don't recommend them for the 4$ they cost to be added. But overall, I'd totes go again and go more hungry than I did today. It really was a good and fun experience.

Fantastic and friendly service from the manager, hostess to Tori our server. We arrived at 11:15 on a Wednesday morning, with no line ups or waiting. Please note that they do not take reservations. The booth was in rough shape for being only 1 year old. There were some scratches on the plexiglass and the paint was chipping off the way on a few spots. The bathroom seemed very narrow and crowded with only 2 people in in it. For just opening for lunch, the floor seemed dirty and stained. The lunch price was very affordable at around $11-$15 with the unlimited soup or salad. The salad has a pickled pepper that had a nice kick to it. The chicken gnocchi was quite good and the bread sticks were warm and yummy. The shrimp pasta with asparagus was good...I would have preferred my asparagus in longer pieces rather than chopped. Of course, I love the grated cheese on everything. Surprisingly, there was no salt, pepper or chili flakes at the table (Covid-19?). The very best would have to be their drinks-lots of sweet and tantalizing cocktails. Be sure to enjoy the zeppolli or Italian donuts with both chocolate and raspberry sauce.

During quiet times they like to cram all together in small quarters and will not accommodate if you want to be seated a little further away from other tables. Some servers are better than others. Our first time there, the server never explained that soup or salad came with the entree so we declined thinking it was an extra charge. The next time we came we had a fantastic server who explains the Olive Garden “rules” and how guests can maximize their experience.

My family (7) of us were to Olive Garden Saskatoon locationAug 26/20 we were greeted by staff in a friendly manner due to covid had an one hour wait. Our group was split to speed up our wait time but Brighton came over and said he would place us as close as possible, Nicole was super friendly and quick with some drinks kianna and Felicia also were our servers and were extremely accommodating with plenty of great service the food was fabulous but the service was beyond fantastic. We just finished a late dinner at this Olive Garden. We were basically alone dining late on a Sunday and perhaps this explains our experience. Our server was excellent , friendly and attentive, the salad was as per the usual Olive Garden fresh and tasty however my pasta dish came with 2 badly burnt Italian sausages and my granddaughter’s lasagna was on the edge of burnt. We were here for my daughter’s birthday otherwise I would perhaps made more of an issue of it. We were offered new sausages, a wait of another 8 minutes, and we were not charged for the sausages. My thought is why would such badly burned sausages ever make it out of the kitchen. My advice when ordering is to stick to their soup and salad.

The breadsticks where the best you can get anywhere, and the servers and staff the best you can possibly have, Jessica our server Is the most friendly and bubbly person I have ever met, she made my day 100% better just by her friendly demeanor. I can not stress this enough. This is the definitive best place for anything pasta related. If you don't come here you are missing out on everything here.

It was pretty good pricing- roughly $20 a meal and unlimited bread sticks and unlimited soup and salads. Made my stomach hurt a bit, and the bread and some of their food was really salty, but their staff is great and the restaurant had nice decor. Also for adults theres free wine sampling were you can choose any two wines and you get about an once of each (if you were to put them together you would have almost one glass of wine in total).

I hate to give the 1 star. It only applys to the food not the service. Service is 5 stars. I remembered the olive garden in Ontario having the best ceaser salad and bread. There was no ceaser salad and the bread sticks were sub par. The hair in the pasta I could have done without. Although like I said service and the manager were fantastic the overall experience was not good

The salad was the best I’ve ever tasted but the chicken scampi was completely tasteless. There was suppose to be a sauce but there was none to be found. You would think that with red an green peppers and garlic it would have taste but it was truly disappointing. The service was acceptable but still in the learning stages. The menu is very limited and nowhere near their other restaurants in terms of quality. They asked if we were celebrating a special avent and we said yes our 38th anniversary but there was no mention of that or any special desert when we were seated or afterward. My question is why ask if your not prepared to do anything. I think disappointed would be the word.

Unlike most fast food style pasta joints with batch made food, this location is quite different than all the rest. Even though the food was run of the mill it was still properly prepared and very very tasty, the pasta was al dente and the meat sauce and meatballs were awesome. Garret, our server was great. Super friendly attentive and helpful to our party when we had questions. The chocolate brownie lasagna is to die for! So dense and rich! We had an amazing time and will be back!

Good Evening Chris, I just arrived home after having dinner at your restaurant. It was my first time dining at this location of the Olive Garden. After completing several errands in the area, I received a phone call from my father's care home asking if I could please help them out in approximately an hour as he was extremely confused and anxious. Instead of making the drive home, I decided to dine in and calm my nerves before continuing on. My waitress was amazing! She engaged in meaningful conversation of which I appreciated. Showing up at timely intervals....not too soon and not too absent. She was extremely pleasant and created an experience that made me want to come back. In addition, I observed very pleasant encounters between other staff with their customers. I also witnessed another co-worker speaking with respect as she explained the employee food discount and guidelines for family members. I was about to summon you over to my table to express my pleasant observations of such great team cohesiveness until I encountered a conversation between you and a young female staff member. It appeared that she made an obvious mistake that needed to be reconciled, however your approach absolutely crushed her spirit. Her eyes and body language was a sign of defeat & embarrassment. Instead of you taking this opportunity as a 'leader', as a 'role model' to empower & educate her to achieve a better outcome.....you embarrassed her and made her feel worthless in her position. REALLY?! You could have created a learning opportunity with kindness and compassion....but you chose not to. You pinned her to the wall with your words stating, "tell me they paid their bill?" That statement alone implies shame. And if that wasn't enough...you stated it a second time and asked her to call them.....a second shaming to the circumstance. Wow! No support. Then you proceeded to tell her that this would be recorded as a 'careless conduct'. You would benefit from a service management course & interpersonal communications course. In addition, you owe this young lady an apology & the customers that witnessed your poor management

When I compare the food here with the one that I have had at other olive garden restaurants, I think this place falls short by a considerable margin. We tried many things - soups, breads, fettucini Alfredo, chicken Parmigiano, lasagna, tiramisu- I don't think I will b coming back again here.

Went with my family for the first time and the restaurant didn't disappoint! Amazing service and super friendly staff, especially from the servers from last night. My family loved everything we ordered (Mostly alfredo sauce based dishes) and the breadsticks just kept coming (mostly from my little bother eating all of it up with the alfredo sauce that was served with it). I would love to come here again and I hope we get the same amazing service!

We were served by Jesse R. What a great guy! Very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Even though the restaurant was full (50% capacity due to covid) he made us feel like we were getting his full attention. The restaurant has long wait times but well worth waiting for. It is a little frustrating not to be able to reserve a table, but I know it's the same policy in other provinces. We were given an 1hr and 20 wait time and were seated in exactly at 1 hr and 20. Overall great food, service and employees.

Terrible service! If I could give no stars I would. Being a younger party of two seemed to have a big part in our experience. We didn’t feel welcomed, we understood it was busy even though our server only had a few tables. We only got checked on once after we got our food, just to finish and wait for our bill 20 minutes later while the other tables are being tended to. It was very clear we were done with everything, and when it came to the bill, we weren’t asked if we were splitting it and just gave up after that. Not impressed.

When you go you have to check in with the hostess and you get put on the list, which is super simple because they text you as soon as your table is ready. They were very kind and welcoming. Our server was not the best though we sat without water or drinks for quite awhile I had to flag down another server to bring us drinks. Our server was awful. But everyone else was super amazing ????. The food was excellent and they gave us an appetizer for free for the wait time and issues with the server. The food was hot and amazingly amazing.

We Waited for an hour to be seated, in a small table in the middle. Which made us so UNCOMFORTABLE the whole night. We asked the host(person in front) if she can give us a bigger table or somewhere else, but she told us that the other table is for someone else and she didn’t even bother to check if there is any available table. To celebrate Mother's Day and my daughter's birthday, the family had dinner at Olive Garden. Staff are friendly and accommodating, spacious restaurant with own parking lot, health protocols are being followed and great Italian food. Staff intermittently visit our table to check if everything is okay , waiting time is short and food arrival is on time one after the other. We loved every dishes that we ordered up to dessert. Not pricey because you get your money's worth and given that we had 2 appetizers, 2 soups, 2 famous house salad, 5 entrèes, 2 drinks and 1 dessert ($182 for 4 persons). ????????????????

Food was mediocre at best. Definitely not worth the $74 for a salad, appie and two pasta dishes(with 2 non-alcoholic drinks). The mozza stix looked like they were dumped out of a box from Costco and when we were offered a dip for our breadsticks, we weren't told it was an additional charge. $6 for a dip is outrageous. I'd probably only go back for the drinks.

Awesome. I got the Italian Feast. It was good. But, I do think the Chicken Parmesan was deep fried. I do like mine better. Had the Gnocchi Chicken soup, and it was pretty good with huge tender pieces of chicken. The salad that comes with the meal is HUGE! And the parm doesn't end.

We ordered supper from here there must of been a shortage of food as we had ordered the pan dinners, 2 of them, one spaghetti and sauce and the other was shrimp alfredo, we asked them if that would be enough to feed 4 adults and 2 small children was told oh yeah no problem it's lots you'll have left over, we had to order salads as they are extra when you take out, we got 6 bread sticks which I guess was ok , it cost us $160.00 and I had to make more pasta to feed us as the pans didn't even have enough to cover the bottom. I have been to a lot of Olive Gardens across the country and this by far is the worst one, Don't order any of the Pan dinners as you'll starve your better off to order individual dinners I would think it is cheaper and you'll probably get more food in the end,, Very disappointed!!!!

Definately a victim of their own PR, they are not as affordable as their $$ would indicate. If they bothered to research local markets, they might find $25.00 for one entree to be more along the lines of $$$. To further show how little they understand their market, they are the ONLY restraunt in the city that you have to place your delivery order the day BEFORE you want it. During a pandemic. I have eaten your food before but it is not worth the cost in dollars or days. When you discover how to serve food via delivery to stay in step with current reality, we may do business again. For now, I will feed my family with a company capable of same day delivery. Man, that is hillarious. Order a day in advance. Get a delivery service, pumpkin.

Last night a friend and I went to olive garden at this location for the first time. We walked in pleasantly and excited for the whole experience. We walked in to be greeted by a manager saying "Did you get a page", barely looking up at us..and then stated the question again after we replied pardon me. He then realized we were unsure what he was asking and asked if we just came in to which we replied yes. He put our names on the list and said it would be about 35 minutes. We agreed to wait and went back to the car. We then called to see if we could sit at the bar and wait for a table to which the manager replied that we should go to somewhere in Sutherland or to Leo's in evergreen? Basically implied we should eat somewhere else as well? We continued to wait for 45 minutes and got called in. The waitress was very friendly, but did not bring a water for one of us and waited until after our appetizer came to bring our initial drinks. This wouldn't be an issue if we knew she was busy as we are quite understanding but one of the waitresses told us each server only has three tables, as a server I know drinks can come out before a 10-15 minute wait appy. Our appetizer came, we ordered the chicken with scampi sauce...it was raw. Not a little pink. Raw. The manager came over and said we will bring you a new one and you won't have to pay for it. As we are young girls in our early twenties we felt as though he didn't care at all and had we been an older couple he would have cared more. The second appy came and the chicken was still pink, we didn't eat it. When that came so did our salad and breadsticks. We got a few minutes with our salad before the real meals came out. Barely touched our salad and already had our hot food out, not very timely... We both concluded we won't be returning.

Maybe I'm out of touch, as I typically dont eat pasta, but went because it was a family celebration. AND, tho we had told them when booking, and again when seated that it was a birthday celebration, there was no promised treat for birthday celebrant. We mentioned that as we got bill, and waitress apologized and offered something then, buy we were packed and leaving. That was disappointing to my nephew ☹️. The thing that was really good was offering $7 take out order for those who ate in. We took a few home for the freezer!

The Olive Garden in Saskatoon was the worst experience I had in a long time in the restaurant food industry. We waited for over an hour for a table, despite being told it was going to be a 35 min wait. We are now sorry we waited. Once we got in to eat, the service was minimal. We didn’t get water, two of us had a salad entree with our meals and we were expected to share? That has never happened before? The food was bland, same with the bread. Our waiters kept changing. When we finally wanted to leave, it was another 15/20 min for our bill!? The restaurant was not even full, half capacity. I am not sure if they knew what they were doing, or if it was because they didnt want us there? POC beware!

Great first time experience! The food was served quickly and the service was tip notch! Shout out to Parker who gave us a pleasant experience and explained the menu very well and was incredibly polite and friendly when serving us. My wife had the Watermelon Moscato sangria. A bit on the sweeter side but very good! We had the lunch special which included the choice of unlimited soup or salad and breadsticks. Our favourite were the Chicken & Gnocchi and zappa Toscana soups. Healthy serving with lots of flavour. The breadsticks are also great! Hot and seasoned with bit of garlic butter coating. Our main lunch specials were the shrimp Scampi and Lasagna classico. Both were very delicious! The shrimp scampi had plenty of shrimp withi the dish and pasta was cooked well and the garlic sauce was just right! The Lasagna was also on point! Everything topped with unlimited fresh parmesan cheese too! I would highly recommend anyone to come check it out. The prices were fair and get plenty of food to go home with a full stomach or even left overs! 10/10

It was my birthday and decided to go to a place which is new. Morgan was our server and did her best. She was so friendly and helpful. She helped us to pick a great wine and food. They greet you with fresh bread sticks. We had Alfredo Steak and Salmon. They tasted perfectly. The taste was so unique and Italian. The spices were just right. The peperoncini in the salad gave it a special taste. She brought us more when she found I am in love with them. They offered me a free dessert due to my birthday which made me so happy. She gave a greeting card with her hand writing at the end. I appreciate her for her kindness. Once I had a great experience @cactusclub and the second time here. I enjoyed every single moments from the beginning till the end. Also, because of covid-19 you can reserve a spot earlier if not by the door you can stay in the line and they will text message you when there is a table available. I recommend everyone to try this restaurant, a little pricey but it is worth.

First time to this new Olive Garden (went there for birthday dinner). Always went to these while traveling with work. This one doesn't disappoint. Due to Covid (limited seating), had to wait 45-60 min once we gave our name, but it was worth it. They send you a text message once your table is ready and you have about 15 min. to check in. It was a clean and comfortable atmosphere, good food, with a great waitress (Morgan) who was top notch, even with the kids. Our family will definitely be back!

Over priced underwhelming. Got three different pastas. The lasagna was ok. The ravioli was not good. The Alfredo was... its gross. They must add suger into the sauce. Its sweet almost like a dessert. My only thought is that kids probably like it due to the high levels of sweetness but I can't see why any adult would ever want to eat this.

Went for lunch today. Our server Michelle was awesome. First day open and not long to wait for anything. The fettuccine alfredo is the best. Raspberry lemonade was very good. All In all a great place

Wasn't our 1st time here and definitely won't be the last!! Had a great time for my birthday supper. Our waitress Chelsey suggested a delicious drink! Unfortunately wrong meal was brought for me, communication error. It was fixed and my meal was brought out quite quickly. And at no charge which was completely a surprise.. we had no problem paying but it was removed from the bill. We had a wonderful time, I also appreciated the sundae and my friends planned for everyone to sing Happy birthday! ????

I certainly would not write home about it. 6/10 at best. Their marinara sauce or bolgnese sauce was all over everything. Thought for sure they would have different sauces for different dishes but I guess not. Dipping sauce, lasagna sauce, chicken parm. Sauce. All the same. Our son works in a restaurant, he even agreed to this. Had jalapeño peppers in the salad. Seemed like it should be a Greek salad, but those peppers do not belong in Greek salads. Bartender could not get a simple drink order correct Gave the right ingredients but in reverse sized glasses. Pretty sure none of the 3 of us will be going back.

Very good! Went on a Saturday at 12:30 p.m. zero wait for 2 people. Service (Bryce) was excellent! Decor-wise, Olive Garden in both Edmonton and Winnipeg are much nicer. Easy to step that up as seating capacity is limited due to the pandemic. Hang some plastic grapes on the walls and make it pretty : ) Michaels Crafts is across the street......

Enjoyed a mini personal celebration here tonight. The staff were prompt and attentive seating us. Perfect location with requesting. Our server Felicia B was a stunner, gorgeous and excellent service . We've never been here previously and she was informative with the all aspects of the menu. Delicious and plenty to enjoy. My margarita was excellent cant wait to come for girls night margaritas Parker was a great mixologist, would recommend to give OG a try.

Had the Shrimp Scampi which was very tasty. And the bread sticks are sooo good - just perfect. Our waiter was Jesse and he was pleasant and efficient. Can't wait to go back and sample some of their other dishes. We went at 1 pm and had a 30 minute wait to get in. Worth the wait!

I had a special day and wanted to celebrate with my partner and we chose Olive Garden. We called ahead of time to make a reservation. They mentioned they do not accept reservations and if it's very busy when I arrive, they will keep my number and text me. Still I did not want to wait to have dinner after work. So I asked if it's that busy today? They said, it's not that bad. Then we drove there in 15 minutes. There were few cars outside. We saw many people getting in. Then the front door lady said, they are busy and the wait time is about 1.5 hours. Although disappointed, but I tried to absorb that. Then we were about to leave and saw that they are letting more and more people to get in. I then asked the lady at front door, why is that? She then mentioned that these people had reservations by providing their phone number at the door long before me. We were then about to leave without raising much disappointment. The front door lady then asked us, if we can wait and she will see if the manager can do something. Honestly, we would go to any other well-reputed restaurant by that time, since we were hungry. Since she requested us to wait, so we waited for the manager with the hope that he can do something here. The manager came and kinda asked in a louder voice, "which people?" I was shocked to see such aggressiveness. The lady pointed at us. I got it right away that the manager somehow came here to deal with a "problem". The manager started to explain without paying much attention to what happened here. He was showing me different "policies" of Olive Garden. I realized that the manager wouldn’t be helpful. I am not sure, why the front door lady asked us to talk to the manager even though we were about to leave initially? It’s true that when I called over the phone, they didn’t provide enough information about how busy it is even though we asked, when we arrived there, the front door lady just said "No" to us right away but letting other people in, and the lady asked us to talk to the manager who would be helpful (which he wasn’t). Any restaurant, any restaurant, doesn’t matter how busy it is or how high-reputed it is, should have FAIR restaurant booking policy. And most importantly, customer service. It's not like, we will like every rules or policies set out by the restaurants. But there should always be good customer service so that the customers do not feel bad. The front door lady or the manager could have shown a tiny bit of politeness or courtesy. Saying a polite sorry can win many good things against all odds. I am sorry to say this but if we put the pieces together and from the way the manager was talking, it seems like this place is NOT for people with COLOURS.

For my first time ever in an Olive Garden, I was impressed. Hubby enjoyed the salad, soup and bread sticks, and I had a steak off their Gluten-Free menu. The service was excellent and so was the food. We even got a sweet note in our delicious dessert.

First time my wife and I went to Olive Garden in Saskatoon. We were looking forward to a good meal. Well, we were not disappointed. The soup and bread sticks were to die for. We could of made a meal of just that. Our decision for our main course was quite difficult. As it all looked so good. What we did decide on, we weren't disappointed by any means. Then there's the service? on a rating of 0 - 5 star rating? I would give it a 6. We will be back soon. Make sure to go early. As it buys fast.

Great service, however the food was... so bland. The calamari was old and leathery; sent it back and was given a much better plate. I was surprised at how much everything tasted like fatty nothingness. Fairly sure most of the stuff is prepackaged and microwaved. Also, they don't even salt their pasta water. People deserve better food from a place that charges so much. Maybe if you show up for coffee and eat the endless soup/salads it would be worth it. Sorry Olive Garden, your servers were amazing, but I'm going to Taverna next time.

Arrived ten minutes early for my pickup order. 6 minutes after I was meant to have my food, a car beside me who had arrived well after me received their food. Still waiting. Terrible service. EDIT: Waitress seemed a bit upset that I did not tip. Of course I wouldn’t tip with this service! Food also not good quality. First (and last) time at Olive Garden was a disappointment.

I usually love the Olive Garden. This was my first time at this location. The food wasn't nearly as good as I've had at other locations. Bread was overcooked and the salad wasn't right either. Tasted like regular Italian dressing instead of the signature Olive Garden dressing. The entre was bland. I was surprised to be so disappointed. Overall, just mediocre.

Edit: since review Olive Garden reached out and gave a 50 dollar gift card . The food was warm and on time this time. O really enjoyed the soup and main. Breadsticks were good but I found marinara salty for me. I prefer the cheese marinara but the flavor was good if you like salt. Will visit again. We got curbside. The breadsticks were out , so they took about 10 extra minutes to make more. They were very upfront and apologized. All good. The food was packaged well, but unfortunately I think it sat for quite awhile waiting for bread. My meal was really good but cold. My peach bellini said it would be iced and was not. Not sure if melted or was skipped. Tasted great though. The strawberry cheese cake was packaged well but honestly no.better than a sobeys one. I havnt tried soup because I was full. For the price, the dessert was not worth it and I would like to try the meal warmer. Service was good and overall it was okay

Waited forever for drinks, drinks came, waited forever for soup salad and breadsticks, they didn't come, Our appy came out first. Sent it back. Finally got our soup salad and breadsticks. Then brought appy out again right after! We would like to enjoy our soups and salads first, not eat it while appy cools on table! Still in the middle of eating our soup and salad and they bring the main course out!!! Sent it back! We hadn't even had the appy yet! Finished eating our soup and salad and waited forever for the appy. Wait forever for our main course. Waitresses become very ignorant one almost knocked a bowl over on my friend. Acting like we are the problem!! Obviously this place no longer knows how to bring things out in a timely manner. Just rush rush rush. We've eaten at this establishment MANY times since it's opened and never had any issues! But after this experience I don't think we will be back! Very uncomfortable place!
