We hired supertent for our recent wedding and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a tent rental. Jeni from the beginning was kind and open when we discussed our vision and she was able to make it happen! COVID certainly messed up alot of our planning, but Jeni was able to help us navigate what she could from her end and made things much easier for us. Although there was one hiccough between the time the tent was set up and the big day, we contacted Jeni about it and she was quick to remedy the situation and was open to what we wanted. We absolutely would recommend Jeni again. We had seen a negative review on google that had us hesitate initially but we talked with Jeni about it before we hired her. She was honest about what happened and we are so happy we chose her to help with our big day. We plan to use supertent in the future!

My wedding was August 2020. It was honestly the best day of my life. However, the days leading up to the wedding were traumatizing. I would never recommend this company to anyone. The management is not professional. There were so many awful experiences however the worst one was there was no locating survey completed before they showed up to set up the tent (before digging you must call One Call to ensure there are no hydro Or gas lines). I truly believed there would be no wedding at this point. My brother in-law worked with the tent company for 12 hours to get it up before the wedding day, however there was no time to decorate. The company shorted things I ordered (less tables and smaller dance floor). The smaller dance floor was noticed by a wedding party member and so was corrected the day of the wedding. we had to ask some wedding guests to bring tables to cover the ones they took away. I should’ve used Kent Tent.
