Lovely ambience.. very friendly staff! We ordered eggs, pancake, spaghetti and we didn’t have any complaints. The pancakes were not crispy, they were very soft but actually tasted good!

I went to this place on a Sunday for brunch. Overall, I had a very nice experience and strongly recommend this place. A positive point is that this place is quite close to the Basilica of Sainte-Anne de Beaupré where you can enjoy visiting a piece of Norman-Gothic architecture. Positive: Very nice and clean place. I liked very much the decoration and the pictures hanging on the wall. Friendly staff. We got coffee refills every 5 to 10 minutes. I ordered the Country-Style Breakfast “au gratin” and I really liked it. Good food quality and fair prices. English and French menus are available. No negative points.

We came to this restaurant for lunch, to celebrate a birthday and it was amazing! We were a large group and we ordered a lot of starters which were great. For the main course, the chef had gotten our order wrong but our waitress was only too happy to take it back and give it back to us, better. Dessert was so good we had seconds... We had a fantastic experience here and we wouldn't hesitate to come back(even though the food was quite expensive)! Huge thanks to our extremely helpful waitress.

Like the previous reviewer I found the breakfast somewhat greasy, but I'm cutting them some slack because I was not in the best shape to really evaluate anything. I had a cold, did about twenty hours of driving before grabbing a motel next door, and wasn't relishing the drive back. Doubt I would return though, there are probably better places out there.

The food was good, staff was polite, however all the food was oversalted to the point of it being beyond an issue of personal preference. It was nearly impossible to eat anything after the soup as I just felt too sick to proceed.

An interesting American/ Italian style restaurant. Lots of Italian decor and a cool menu. Putting spaghetti bolognese with a schnitzel is always a favorite. The prices were reasonable and the service was good. I am keen to go back for breakfast. We went back for Breakfast and it exceeded our expectations - great service and food :-)

The food was great and the atmosphere was hometown diner. The only thing I could say that would be iffy is the price. 6 of us ate and it cost $180CAN. All in all great place to eat though. Also, it is located close to the basilica.

Came in very hungry after skiing all day, and they sure didn't disappoint. We had nachos to start and they were great. I had the salmon and shrimp and the portions were large. Followed with the creme brulee. The creme brulee wasn't the best I have had. The staff was awesome and spoke English fluently and made our time very enjoyable.

The place was so nice and clean and the waitress was so polite and positive. The waitress came every 10 min to refill our coffee and the coffee was so hot and fresh. My plate was so great, hot and delicious. The portion was enough for me and I really enjoyed my breakfast.

Wish I could give this place a minus 1. I called once today and in English I started asking a question about their bookings, the person who had answered the phone in perfect French and whom I am sure speaks perfect English, hung up. Thinking that no one would be that obviously rude I called once again and asked if we had been disconnected or did the person hang up on me...this time, a snicker and then a hang up...what a rude, arrogant person and place that I would never ever go to.

Tourist scam alert!!! I usually try to share my worst experiences publicly to make people aware and to avoid the same situation like us. We went to this restaurant for dinner after traveling the entire day around Quebec City and before heading back to our hotel. We arrived at 7pm for dinner with the whole family. Got seated after waiting for about 20 minutes. Since none of us barely speak any French, we ordered our food in English with the server and we clearly marked on the menu on exactly what we wanted. The appetizers came in after another 20 mins. Guess what they brought in the wrong order. We ordered 2 French onion soups and 1 vegetable soup as appetizers. They brought in 3 plates of onion rings!! Okay we accepted the fact that the server did not understand English properly and made a mistake I mean honest mistake. She went back and after 10 mins brought in the correct order for appetizers although the vegetable soup was cold. Since we were starving we didn't complain much and finished eating. The manager came down to double check the order for main courses to make sure we are all on the same page (this happened after an hour when the server initially took the entire order including main courses). Having finishing off our appetizers we waited for an hour for the main course to be served. In the meantime I asked the server if we can get some bread since we are all very hungry after a long day. She brought in some bread and few minutes later gave us a plate of nachos saying it is on the house aka complimentary (around 8:45pm). The main dinner came at 9pm and by the time we finished it was around 9:30 when everyone left from the restaurant. The next thing that happened was horrible. The bill came and it showed that they charged us for the complimentary nachos. I asked the server why is she charging us, her answer was the manager that gave you the offer has left and the current manager in charge does not want to offer you that. I asked her to call the manager as we never ordered the nachos and we only had it because she told us it was complimentary since they kept us waiting for 1.5 hours just for the initial appetizers. The manager showed up and said sorry we don't offer free food as if we are pledging for one. We said we didn't ask for free food and that the server told it was complimentary since they made us waste over 2 hours now. The server infront of the manager was like Sir you ordered the nachos (this time her English sounded 100% proper and made it clear to us she was pretending the entire time). And my family backed me up saying she was lying upfront. This is absolutely disgusting and disgraceful service and we think they tried to scam us intentionally after everyone left knowing the fact that we were tourists. So anyone planning to visit here be very careful of the servers if you are not speaking French or if not local. Food we would give 4/10 service 0/10. Not sure how they have 4.1 Google rating.

Food and service is mediocre, ordered pancakes which were flat and rubbery. Couldn't serve omlette with no ham....ordered Spanish omlette...seemed like salsa was store bought. Worst was we ordered Morning burger which originally did not have bacon but they served bacon.... the waitress insisted it comes with bacon...then got the menu and voila there was no bacon on menu. The only plus is they have menu printed in English

Terrible place. The restaurant was crowded despite stating they follow strict COVID protocols. The table beside us arrived after us but was serviced drinks, appetizers and food before us. Our pop was flat and we were not offered refills. When asked about the size of the fries with our meal, our server MF, pointed to the picture on the menu then showed us the length of one fry. The bacon was missing on one of our burgers and instead of taking the food back she brought it out on a plate for us to add ourselves. She never apologized and just laughed. When she brought the bill (ref: 1894766) to the table she had already programmed the bill into the debit machine with various tip amounts (no option to enter our own or leave none - we normally leave the tip on the table). When asked to give us some time she just stood there waiting for us to pay, Very disappointing.

2 years ago we had a very good sit down meal. Everything was good and they had a good selection. The following year, we had a really good pizza and the next day a very good breakfast. Prices were reasonable and the service was good. They were quick enough overall, we would definitely eat here again.
