I was in this evening for the second time now since they opened. The subs here are FANTASTIC! The only reason I didn't rate 5 stars is the size of the kids meal sub. It's TINY! My 5yr old was still hungry after he ate his.

$12 for a tiny sub. Not enough meat for $12. Had to go hone and eat again. They also need to find a way to communicate better thru plexiglass I.e. a speaker and microphone setup would help alot

UPDATE: My previously difficult experience has since been reversed complely, the service was very accomodating and professional, Emily did a great job, thanks. ???? Firstly, usually love Firehouse and this location; recent poor experiences center around difficulties in ordering a custom sandwich and will likely lead me to avoid this location in the future.

besides the teenager at the counter acting like I was a thief for asking for extra cheese after I paid (I was fully intending to pay extra), the food was amazing and still deserves a 5 star. I dont intend to lower my rating because of 1 lousy worker. will definitely come again :)

Excellent, best new york steamer sub , very good my new sub place yummy... one suggestion it is very noisey in there , music very load needs to be turned down , high ceilings makes it echo even more.... it hard to hear your staff .... thank you

Love this place but watch out for the Female Manager ( Emily) Usually they are super good but this time my husband went in for a custom sub asking for just Pepperoni and some veggies. The lady manager( Emily) argued with him (even though we have done it before) that she can't do that. She said you can not do custom subs which is completely untrue. So he ended up walking out with literally 3 pieces of Pepperoni. Which she said was fine.

Use to go to London. So happy Firehouse came to St. Thomas. The Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket is the best sub i've ever eaten. When my American cousin heard we got one, he's like "When i come to visit, that's the first place we're going". Love the location too. Right by many stores. Thank you Firehouse. You rule!

Firehouse subs are just generally wonderful. Portions are so huge it’s almost concerning when you finish a whole large sub to yourself just because of the sheer weight of it however, the pain afterwards is always worth it. This St. Thomas location is great. Staff were lovely on pick up. Lots of napkins and nicely packaged. My only suggestion would be a little less generous on the watery sauces - the last time I ordered from here my sandwich bread was pretty wet. Obviously I still ate it and it was delicious but it could’ve been perfect with just a tad less moisture. 4/5 stars for now friends.

It was my first time eating at firehouse subs. I loved it. Way better than subway. I will never go to subway anymore. Great customer service and food. I’m a vegetarian so just one option for me but I’m happy with it. Would recommend this place.

My first trip to Firehouse Subs occurred on October 1 and was I pleasantly surprised! I was greeted by a wonderful cashier by the name of Arielle so well-informed and efficient and as this was my first time ordering a sub I had no clue what I wanted. She walked me through the menu answering all my questions and making suggestions. I finally settled on a medium hook and ladder because as Airelle indicated that was the best value for my money (I was going to get a small). Also I’m a bit fussy ( I don’t like melted cheese ) but hot meat sounded yummy, they indicated that would not be problem! MY sub was made exactly to my specifications and was it delicious absolutely the best sub I have ever had. So thank you Firehouse subs I wish you much success and your staff were efficient, informed, and delightful. I’ll be back!

Tastiest subs ever. I love coming to firehouse, and this location in particular is the best, I don’t normally write reviews but I really had to give a shoutout. The staff were super kind, quick (despite how busy it was), and were consistently washing their hands and following covid guidelines. Adam was great, super courteous and thorough with my order. Thanks for an A+ lunch! I’ll be back :)

Delicious addition to St. Thomas, no question. Definitely not your average sub sandwiches here. Plenty of menu (and size) choices. This new location just opened, and is busy. You'll likely have a short wait as folks line up to get their food to go. No eat-in options here for now but plenty of parking for in-car munching or take-away.

I have been multiple times and it’s been great, went today and I asked for lots of pickles and I think I had one piece of a pickle on one part of my sub. Then I asked for no onions and the sub I got had random couple of onions but also had peppers and whatever else too which isn’t suppose to come with the sub I got. Sooo my guess is that they didn’t clean the area and I guess I have to be thankful I wasn’t allergic to any of those. Glad I spent $32 for that ????????

It was our first ever experience with Firehouse Subs and the St. Thomas crew is incredible. Friendly, helpful and pleasant to deal with. We had the beef and cheddar brisket and hero subs and they were both amazing. Will definitely be back again. A welcome addition to St. Thomas and so nice to experience excellent customer service. Visit was Sunday January 10, 2021.

Great subs. Not as cheap as other places but you definitely get what you pay for. A portion of proceeds goes back into the funding of emergency services so you're getting a great meal and safer community.
