Honestly, this is going to be long and I know most people will ignore it. After emailing back and forth, there was a mix-up on a meeting date. I will say it was both of our faults as neither of us put a date. Not a huge problem. At that point we agreed to do a zoom call to discuss the questions we had, epically those around possible covid issues and pricing. I sent the zoom link 15 minutes before our meeting time, and we then waited for Erik to join. We waited for over a half-hour before deciding to exit and move on with our day. At that point, giving the benefit of the doubt, we emailed a word document with our questions and waited for a response. I emailed on Dec 19th (right after our agreed meeting time) and still have yet to hear anything back. I understand with christmas, caterers tend to be busy so a full answer to all our questions was not expected. But we haven't heard anything back. If you don't want our business or booked on the date we requested since we talked that's fine. I don't blame them. But send a email back. This feels super unprofessional, and I will never try to book with them again.

Erik did the catering for our brunch wedding at an unusual venue (no potable water, no kitchen) and it was FANTASTIC! I haven't been to a lot of weddings and certainly not a brunch one, so I was a bit lost as to what to offer on the menu, but Erik was extremely patient and helped me put together a really great meal for our guests. He was more than happy to accommodate my needs and help me through the uncertainty of planning a gathering with ever changing Covid restrictions and requirements. I heard so many compliments about his food from our guests (especially the eggs and scones) and I was really impressed with the presentation. His staff was also extremely friendly and professional and did a really great job running our brunch and serving the food. I don't have a huge number of photos of the food itself, but I hope this gives some idea of how beautifully presented everything was! I added the big charcuterie board at the last minute after seeing it used in one of the Facebook videos, and I was so touched by the special mini charcuterie board the staff did up for our head table. Overall I am extremely happy with the catering we had, and I believe the price was exceptionally fair especially given the quality of the food and how good Erik was to work with. Thank you so much for making our wedding a success!

Another great experience with Custom Catering & Co. We were referred to them by a friend and have ordered on numerous occasions. We have never been disappointed! Erik is an excellent cook and a true professional. He is also supported by a wonderful team who are friendly, timely and knowledgeable. The meals are delicious (the brisket is a personal favourite) and very reasonably priced considering the quality, portion size and the fact that they are delivered right to your door. Lastly, my girlfriend is a vegetable and Erik always accommodates her needs. He is happy to make plant-based meals for her, which are some of the best we've ever had! Custom Catering lives up to their name!

Erik was a pleasure to work with. Very professional, flexible and friendly, and prices were amazing giving the quality of the food/service. We chose to do plated dinners for a small outdoor wedding. I would have preferred larger portions, but everything tasted and looked great. So happy we chose Erik to take care of our guests on our special day!!! Erik is the best! He catered my wedding on June 26th, 2021 and created the most beautiful and delicious food. He accommodated all dietary restrictions. Thank-you for an amazing catering job yesterday! We cannot thank-you enough for accommodating all our needs and serving us during the torrential rain storm! Everyone went above and beyond to make my Mom’s 75th birthday party very special. From the fabulous Hors Oeuvres to the sit down Roasted Chicken dinner, it was delicious! Extra thank-you to Greg for playing during the rain and staying longer after the rain stopped & to the bartender for helping me out with everything. You will be highly recommended to all our friends and family.

We ordered a meal for 4 from Custom Catering and we couldn't be more pleased with the value for our money. The beef was super tender and the potatoes were fantastic. Erik delivered to our door and responded right away when we inquired via the website with an allergy question. Nothing but great things to say. We will be ordering again!
