Best fast/junk food you can get without asking yourself if you are giving yourself cancer. Sometimes the wait is a bit long for a restaurant that offers a drive thru, but the quality is almost always there. Would recommend if you want to grab something quick if you are not on a diet. They also offer breakfasts.

I've been back a couple of times in the past few weeks and the tables have been clean both times! BRAVO!! Keep up the good work. UPDATE: Went back recently (3 months later)....the tables are still disgusting (sticky and dirty) even though I've brought it up to the staff and manager's attention. I even went to far as to pass a napkin on a table and show the manager that it came back full of food scum.

BE AWARE of their coupon scam! Bacon or Sausage egger sandwich only deal. It's ok if you want the sandwich only but if you want to combo it you can not. If you order a coffee and hash brown you will actually pay more for your meal then if you didn't have a coupon. Now this seems like a scam because we all know the purpose of the coupon is to get you in the door to spend more money. I reported this to the owner and manager but they never contacted me to respond to this situation. Disappointed faithful customer no more.

I visited around 4:15 on Sunday January 30th. The clerk accidentally charges us 24$ opposed to 14. Small mistake, no big deal, but my concern was that she ignored us initially and said she could not refund us. We tried to speak with her in English and French. We waited 10 minutes for her coworker to come to the cash register and refund us with cash because neither knew how to refund a credit card. The first clerk was incredibly rude and she left me completely ignored. I left completely discontent with my visit.

Meal was hot and ready in relatively short time compared to other A&W's I've been to. But I was disappointed how pitiful my Papa Double Cheese and Bacon burger looked. In fairness all the fast food joints do the same. If only their publicity photos looked as appealing as the actual product! I'm asking too much am I? All said it tasted good and the service was great, which is why I gave this location 4 stars.

This place is great. The service is fast and as friendly as you should expect from a well run establishment. They should, however, improve the drive thru. What I mean is this: First, it's not easy to get in the parking lot, which is quite small. Second, you can't see the menu until you're right at the speaker. Third, right after the window, you need to make a sharp turn, making it hard to stay close to the window to receive your food. Fourth, once you leave the window, you have nowhere to stop, you're exiting into a street with no parking, not the restaurant's parking lot, making it impossible to settle your food And fifth, the lack of traffic light on the street your exiting makes it almost impossible to go back south bound on the 117 (curé-Labelle) without making big detour

Meal was cold and Purchased a small gravy and it was only half full. Messaged them to tell them what happened and they made me feel like I was looking for something for free which I was not. Just letting them know that they should pay more attention to what they were passing out in the drive thru. I go to this location once a week and I will take my business to another fast food business from now on. Great owners, poor staff. Hope it will change but won't be going back to find out.

We went for breakfast. Staff is really polite but we had to wait. Our order was wrong. We ordered pancakes and on recieving them were told they were out of maple syrup. I can now say after all my time of going to A&W I have tried all they have to offer in terms of food and service and they're phenomonal. Their food is just the appropriate pricing too for the quality meals and drinks you'll get. There's even plenty of coupons my friends and family have gotten before too that have amazing deals for A&W. It's a humble, comfy, nice little restaurant too with nostalgic pictures on the walls of the old A&W from long ago. I've always recommended this place to people cause it's one of my favourite restaurants and it's no different here online, I couldn't recommend A&W enough for those times you have an instiable craving for some good food.

A month ago, I was ask to leave like some kind of freako just squatting the wifi/heat after less than rejected than an hour after my second order that was less that another hour before that.
