So back in the day, I had two problems: 1) I was overweight and 2) I did not know how to cook healthy meals to lose weight. Cooking properly was just so foreign to me so I knew I needed help if I was going to achieve my goals. Cuisiness is by far my favourite meal delivery option, and guilt-free as well! I always have trouble sticking to clean eating because I get tired of the same old, but Megan and her team make it so easy - Great variety, well-balanced, fresh and delicious options, jam packed full of flavours. Meals can be kept in the fridge over the course of the week, and they even freeze well. 100% recommend this local gem!

I’ve been ordering meals from this service for a while now. Not only are the meals delicious but they offer great variety at a good price. Honestly, this new service is great for anyone looking to eat healthy and especially good for people who track calories/ macros. These meals help me stay on a healthy balanced meal plan. I’ve even lost around 45 lbs eating these meals since it helps with the portion control / calorie counting. Highly recommend these to anyone who asks.

Everything is absolutely delicious! The breakfasts are mouth-watering, and are so quick to have first thing in the day. The salads are scrumptious! So original and creative! The dinner meals are excellent, too! Wonderful variety! Always a great selection that changes every week, on a rotation basis. The dinners freeze very well, and can be reheated in a matter of minutes. They can also be kept in the fridge. Everything is made fresh, with quality ingredients. I have been been a client for a number of years. Best caterer I have ever known! Once you try their meals? You will be back regularly. Also, the meals are packed in fully recyclable packaging, and delivery is done with great care and reliability by the staff. Looking forward to my protein pancakes for breakfast! The portions are very generous, as well!
