Excellent portions. I ordered a chicken souvlaki OPA! Platter, with a salad dressing swap due to allergies. When I requested information about allergens in foods, the till employee immediately grabbed the printed chart and looked it up. There was a slight miscommunication between the employees and they almost gave me the dressing I could not eat safely, but I confirmed and the mistake was caught and corrected. The lettuce was fresh and crisp, the lemon potato delicious. The chicken was tender and tasty, the naan fluffy and fresh baked tasting, the rice was the same as everytime I go to OPA! Always worth stopping in.

Absolute garbage ! Was father's day, and my wife called to place an order so when I was out running errands I could just stop in and pick the order up. She called and the person working asked her to hold on a minute which is fine , puts the phone down and she was just in limbo for close to 20 minutes. So she hung up and couldn't get through again because their end was off the hook. So I cut my errend running short to go there and the person working said they're closing in 5 minutes... Ok well my wife called you and you just left her on the hook in limbo, and then said oh well sorry I can't serve you anymore it's 5 minutes till we close. I used to work at Opa! When I was in university when it was just a Calgary based franchise. I have worked several times along the man that started the company and the level of customer service and quality of food has gone down hill severely since I worked there. Opa is no better than MacDonald's anymore.

Terrible! Ordered on skip the dishes and the order was gross and wrong! The pita bread was soggy, the Greek salad was a cesar salad, the calamari was one layer on the bottom and looked like someone had been eating it and no sauce, beef souvlaki was dry and cold and looked discusting. We live 5 mins from the Opa and took it all back. Didn't even get the proper refund as she couldn't do it, so took less money to get out of there. Other people were waiting their food and their meat and pita was sitting out and getting cold only to find out they have no Greek salad! Wow, terrible.

Service was average, I’m not sure if it was just this particular time, but the portion sizes were incredibly small compared to other Opa! locations and the employee preparing my meal couldn’t be bothered to replace his grungy plastic gloves with new ones before making my wrap. Gross.????

This was the only Opa we ever went to...until today. We usually get them to make a fresh salad, if there are no other patrons in the line. We do this because the premade mix is loaded with too many onions and soggy tomatoes, and we like our salad without. They have done this about 20 times prior, they would even bring it to our table. Today the girl at the front explained they cannot make our salad any more as it is a premade mix. My wife said fine, just pick out the tomatoes and onions out of the mix. The male co worker then rolled his eyes and turned around. After that display, we walked out. I do not have an issue with employees following new policy, nor do I feel entitled to anything. I do not expect attitude from employees at businesses I frequent. I was a kitchen supervisor in a Greek restaurant that had a show on the food network. I could handle special requests from 40 tables with two of us running the kitchen. I guess our request was too much for the two employees serving nobody when we came in. Opa no longer cares what the customer wants to eat. The eye roll was a nice touch, enjoy my review!

We have never had a bad meal here. Everything is always made fresh, salads are great especially the Greek salad and one of the best parts is a friendly hello when you walk in the door. Portion sizes are more than enough, atmosphere is nice and the restaurant is extremely clean. They can be busy and even when they are, you get a goodbye when you leave. Awesome service, great staff and we never hesitate to go there anytime! ????????????

Not enough being done for cleaning, using the same bowl to season countless orders of calamari ETC. I'm actually very upset that we spent $30 to both feel sick all night. There is one girl doing almost everything and her boss is working the grill and she is working at maximum speed just to keep up with customers and skip orders and the phone all at once lol and doesn't possibly have a chance to keep everything fresh, it's easy to see in person. The hard working girl employee deserves a raise and buddy needs to hire more help in my opinion or maybe your fridge is broken because my stomach is seriously unhappy right now. Thanks a lot. First and last visit unfortunately.

I used to go to this location all the time, and loved it! There was two lady's that worked there and it was clean and friendly. However I went in today with my daughter and husband .The Lady serving us was not covering her nose with her mask as we know it is Mandatory. There was a man sitting one table over from us. they never cleaned his table when he was done.. due to us being in phase 2 of COVID 19 this is concerning. Then I went to the bathroom to wash my hands and my daughters hands and there was no Hand soap. I let the lady at the front desk know, she proceeded to tell me to use the men's bathroom. This is disgusting to me considering the times that we are in.

2 pm changing the oil? I can not believe that they decided to change oil at a busy time and also the lady tells me it will take 45 minutes to change it, if want I can wait ???? I know it will not take that long to change it unless you spend your time gossiping in the back of the store

Having been a semi-regular customer of this location for a few years. My last visit (10th January 2022), will be my last. 1st they tried to give me another customers order. 2nd they gave my wife and I the complete wrong meal. 3rd I had to explain the difference between Cesar and Greek salad. 4th the Giros was burnt. Needless to say my wife and I will not be going back.

We went to take our kids out for lunch as a treat. Wanted to try something new for them and so we went to Opa. We order their meals and 2 ice water. When we paid, I checked the receipt and we were charged $4.81 for two ice water. The lady who served us did not say anything about the charge when we were ordering. I asked her why and she said it was for the cups. $4.81 for 2 disposable cups. I told her I wanted a refund and she did so immediately without any issues. She had rung it in as "combo pop" apparently that is how it is done for water... Both ladies wore masks, however, we realized after that the lady cooking the food did not wear her mask over her nose effectively making the mask redundant. When we entered the restaurant there were 2 customers eating their lunch, and left shortly after we arrived. The table was not sanitized during the 35 minutes we were there. Tables were decently spaced.

I think they must have been understaffed. Whoever owns the place should understand you can't have only 2 people running a store, to put together complex orders and then have someone run the till. Im trying to pay for something and the staff can't even get to the till. Who runs this place ?
