We were very fortunate to have Prairie Smoke cater our wedding supper for over 200 people. Food was absolutely amazing! All our guests are still talking about it, saying it was the best wedding meal they’ve ever had! 4 different meats, salad and potatoes and buns. You can’t go wrong. Food was very flavourful and the service was outstanding. Very easy to communicate with and made planning the supper extremely easy. Can’t go wrong with these guys!!

Prairie Smoke & Spice is amazing! I have had them cater 2 events, and both events went off without a hitch! Food was amazing, service was exceptional, easy to plan with in advance of both events. Great value! Definitely a 5/5!

Catered our Davidson Days supper with 400+ people! Organizing it was a breeze. Staff was super efficient and friendly, and the food was downright amazing!!! So many compliments were received. Will definitely get them to cater again, no question!

Drove up to Yorkton for my very first experience at Ribfest and tried the ribs at Prairie smoke and Spice (hey, I live close to Regina and wanted to patronize the locals). Dang...about two-thirds were tasty but the other third were dry and tough. I took some of those back and told them, “You won’t win with these ribs!” So...why at a place like Yorkton Ribfest would they serve inferior food? I’ll try somebody else next time. OK, update: The response below gives me confidence to try them again. It was a new experience for me so I’ll trust that if I have issues in the future you will make it right. I’ve up-graded you one more star for this.

This is more for their visit to the PNE, first off I was pretty disappointed in their portions with the pulled pork sandwich. The thing was like a slider, then I see a sandwich from another BBQ stand that is like a big hot dog bun overflowing with pork. All I have to say is if you are charging $12 at the same price for something smaller at least knock the price down to $8. Feel pretty ripped off, will not be visiting again, no wonder it was so short the line, either size up your sandwich or lower the price.

These folks catered our party for 50 Family Members and from start to finish, it was a GREAT experience! Devon in the office made sure all was taken care of and communication was excellent! And then there's the food - EVERYBODY LOVED IT!! Not a complaint was heard! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them for a wonderful meal, competitive pricing and excellent service before, during & after! We had the Food Truck come out to my home & it was so COOL!! Thanks again to Devon, Nicole & Joe.
