Friendly service and ok prices BUT do not like the fries (a simple crinkle-cut fry would be awesome) and website says they serve homemade gravy on their poutines, which it is not. Disappointed but would still like to try the perogies.

Twice I have had food from Pegs and this is some horrid stuff. Latest is a veggie stir fry. Usually a stir fry is food that is actually fried, not raw veggies thrown together with oil dumped on it. Very unappealing. And maybe some rice??? Or a carb?? Or hunk of day old bread even to soak up the pool of oil. Tried the perogies, rubbery and tasteless. I would never recommend this place, there are places in regina that actually serve decent Ukrainian food.

So amazing...it reminds me of when I used to dance for Poltava,every weekend a bunch of the cutest little Ukrainian ladies would make perogies&cabbage roles,mmm it smelled so good.. walking into Peg's smells the exact same!

Was great service. Clean table and store. Food hit spot. At one time we was only table and after wards someone sat behind us when we supposed have this 6 foot. Just remember were all in this together and rules for all our safety.

4 stars for the food, the breakfasts here are PHENOMENAL. Deduct one star for pricing, it's a bit on the expensive side ($20 for a pan scrambler, no drink) Atmosphere is so-so, nothing special. Place is fairly clean.

No where better in the city - especially for catering. We hire Peg's almost all the time now for events at work. Since the first tray of perogies arrived in the building and went in the lunchroom here at work, and our very successful Christmas party I'm constantly being asked (better word might be begged) when we'll be utilizing Peg's Kitchen again. We can't thank them enough for their exceptional service, consistently amazing food, and adaptability, whether we're having 13 people or 113! Way to go Peg's!

Ordered a number of lunches for a customer. When I arrived that packaged all 13 Ukarian lunches in no time and I was on my way to deliver them. The gang lived the meal, it was very tasty and appreciated. Service was quick and friendly. First time here, but I'll be back.

Place was very clean but when you hear the cook say "are you serious!" in an angry voice when she reads the ticket and sees the order ( I guess she doesn't like making spaghetti and meat sauce) you know your late lunch is off to a bad start. We thought it was expensive, had to buy water and even though fries were homemade they were under cooked. And no toilet paper in the washroom, guess we're stopping at a gas station. Won't be back!

A group of us have been on the search for the best pan scrambler in Regina. Came to Pegs and found them to be at the top of the list so far. Price is reflective as they are more costly then most places. Lots of/ maybe too much cheese. Potatoes a little undercooked, but lots to eat and very tasty. Recommend going there for pan scramblers if you are hungry.

Went for lunch with my girlfriend. I ordered the Ukrainian lunch dish. Came with perogies, sausage and cabbage roll and bun. Girlfriend had chicken fingers and fries. I received my food 10 minutes later while she waited 25 minutes and they said they cooked fish by accident. Not busy at all. She had to get it to go. Food was good. Service not so much.

Had the Ukrainian lunch which consists of 1 cabbage roll, 6 pierogi, 1 sausage and a bun. There is a dining room but it is self service. You order at the front and they give you a tray to bring back to your table. Pitchers of cold water and lemon are available at the front. Probably the best pierogi I've ever had. They are served with sour cream and a garlic butter sauce. Sausage was tasty and the cabbage roll was delicious. A little pricey at $14.95 but well worth it if you want to treat yourself to some good food. Would gladly return next time I'm in the city.

I use to order the cheeseburger poutine almost every Saturday and it was the most amazing poutine in the city great burger in the middle with lots of amazing fries and loads of amazing gravy, more then a generous portion that would fill any appetite, the last time I ordered this the price had gone up and I barley had any gravy and hardly any fries I could see the bottom of the pan they put it in for take out, very disappointing, It went from being a 5 star poutine to a 2 star poutine, wont be back again unless I hear things have changed back to the norm To add to this Peg had called me and assured it wouldnt happen again. After my next time visiting them am satisfied with the overall display and quantities of food. May have been a one time deal

Best home style cooking in regina. Top notch for the money( not at all expensive by todays standards. Shy on parking and weak on decorum this mom n pop resturaunt has delicious food and easily the very best cinnamon buns ive had to date

I use to have an office 2 blocks away from Peg's Kitchen and was never there. I was extremely impressed with the lovely dining room and the fabulous food. I would and will be recommending Peg's to my friends and family. A great and good place to dine.Reasonable prices.

The food wasn't great. I had a breakfast and the bacon was burnt, toast was burnt. The service rushed in ordering and did not greet us just waited for us to start our order. Their was a couple watching the news on their phone extremely loud at their table. I will not be returning. Too many things wrong for one visit.

The cabbage rolls were still frozen and soggy, tasted disgusting. The sausage was spicy and the perogies were store bought not homemade like advertised. We paid $52 for 2 people and a baby. The portions are extremely small and it's very expensive. The staff was very rude as well...ignoring us. Won't be back
