thanks for the tiny rock embedded in the cheese on my lasagne tonight. pizza was all mangled inside the box, was it dropped and picked back up on the side of the road? last time I ordered from you it was amazing. this time not so much.

Pros: sweet sauce and tzatziki sauce are delicious. The Italian sausage is very nice. Cons: crust dry and overcooked. Sauce was rare to find in any substantial amounts. Donair meat was not well seasoned. Delivery took 1.5hrs I was told 1hr. I found Lucciano's menu in the desk of my hotel room. Nice menu with a delicious selection of pizza, pasta, donairs, and more. After contemplating the variety of tasty sounding pizzas, I settled on the donair and chef's special. Delivery took about 1.5hrs however the Canada vs Sweden game was on and they may have been busy. First off the donair pizza was very dry even after asking for sweet and tzatziki. The donair meat was not very tasty, it was kind of bland. The sauce that I did find was very good and was the reason I ate 2 pieces. The other pizza was titled Chef's special, with a combination of meats, pineapple, green pepper, onion, mushrooms, and cheese. Once again could have used more sauce, it was very dry. The toppings were nice and seemed fairly fresh and had quite a bit of flavour. The meats were also very good. Overall both pies left a lot to be desired, I have a lot of leftover I am not sure I'll finish.

Best pizza In red deer for sure! And 100 percent the best pizza sub I've ever had! Worked here for a little bit, the staff take pride in there work, always cleaning and washing there hands.. and making sure all the ingredients are fresh..

Haven't updated the prices on the website.... Drove in from out of town and ended up paying around $5-6 more than expected.. wasn't informed of the price change while ordering. Very unfortunate because the food is so good.

I ordered a couple of doniars from here last night with a friend, and from someone who appreciates a good donair and have tried them all, these guys have one of the best, fresh, donairs I've ever had. Great job! I'll be trying the pizza soon and definitely coming back for another donair.

We ordered two 14" pizzas (one chef's special and one half Hawaiian and half cheese) we also ordered 1.5lb of honey garlic wings. This cost $69. The food was terrible. Soggy pizza with a tough and chewy crust, disappointing taste. I couldn't even finish one slice. The wings were overdone. Like leather. We won't be ordering from here again.

Order at your own risk... This Friday happened to be my families first pizza night in quite sometime. We ordered a large pepperoni and mushroom pizza along with two separate dipping sauces. As it turned out the pizza was adequate and the deliver driver was an excellent representative of the company. However, after eating the pizza and dip my wife began vomiting. We weren’t intirely sure what the cause could be but after looking at the best before dates we noticed that the cheddar dip provided to us was over 1 month past recommendation printed on the side of the container. I spoke with the manager who proceeded to explain to me that she would look into the situation for me. After 1.5 hours with no return follow up call, i called back. I was able to reach her and she explained to me that her inventory was indeed over 1 month past recommended date and did little to try and retain a customer. She may have had “one of those days” but it was clear she was fresh out of F@cks. It’s too bad because the pizza joint has been in business for quite some time and clearly would have had to have a particularly decent level of customer service to stay in it for as long as they have. Seems Lucciano’s Have lost touch with basic business principles a grade schooler understands. All in all, pizza was okay, customer service at management level appears to be a foreign subject to them and their dipping sauce could leave you running for the toilet. I almost forgot; the manager actually explained to me that she had her staff try the dipping sauce and nobody got sick; maybe that’s why it took her 1.5 hours to get back to me... Poor staff! If Lucciano’s is perfectly fine and willing to serve dipping sauce well beyond the best before date, what else has the kitchen served knowing that their food has potentially been compromised? As mentioned, the pizza was adequate; this is simply a review of my families latest experience at Lucciano’s.

Ordered pasta trays and garlic sticks for a delivery to a hotel for a hockey team. Food was fantastic and arrived on time. They supplied cutlery, plates and real serving spoons. Was very reasonably priced. Will definitely order from them when we are in Red Deer next.

Found brochure at hotel room. ordered for the kids. They phoned back cuz didn't have proper delivery info. Pizza took an hour. Wasn't piping hot but tasty.

When I left Red Deer 17 years ago Lucciano's had the best Pizza in town. Somebody was coming down to Calgary from Red Deer so I asked him to pick me up Large Lucciano's Special ($25) and a Large Vegetarian($15) hold the Mushrooms, hold the Black Olives, Double Green Pepper, Double Onion I even texted the guy the exact order as written above so he couldn't have screwed it up. But screwed up it was. And screwed up bad. It wasn't even remotely close to what I wanted! Both had Pineapple on them .I hate Pineapple on Pizza so neither was edible to me. I had a bowel of Raisin Bran for supper instead. The Vegetarian had both Mushrooms and Black Olives on it. At least I think it was supposed to have been the Vegetarian because the other one had Shrimp and some sort of sliced meat on it with lots and lots of Green Pepper. And Pineapple which I hate. After over 15 years, I was so looking forward to my Lucciano's that my mouth was watering more and more as it got closer .Talk about anticipation being hammered down by disappointment. I soon as I looked at them and smelled their odour I new there was something very, very wrong. With the first bite I felt almost nauseas. With the next bite of the other one I actually did gag. I guzzled half a can of Coke to try and get that disgusting taste out of my mouth and headed to the cereal cabinet. I told the guy that if it was my $40 I would be going back for a refund . I guess Lucciano's must have had a management change (or 2 or 3) over the last decade and a half because the quality of there food has gone way, way down hill! And now you know the rest of the story...

Great Pizza! Didn't mind paying a bit more for good quality. Noticeably more and better quality toppings vs. chain stores and the crust was delicious. This was my first time ordering here and found it much better than most Pizza I've tried in Red Deer. Will order again and would recommend! A+

Seriously Delicious! I was only in Red Deer for a night, ordered delivery! Fantastic food and very reasonably priced. Can easily tell its home made family recipies. Yum!
