I was here to pickup my free 12 piece edible arrangements box for my bday. Ashleigh and Alannah were extremely helpful and very good customer service. They made my oder ready for pickup in less than 30 minutes of my phone order. The fruit arrangement box had great presentation and my friends enjoyed it with me. I will definitely order from here again.

Not impressed with the delivery service at all. Purchased a very pricey bouquet of fruit for a friends special birthday. The fruit was left at the door step at 3 pm while my friend wasn’t home, she did not receive any phone call even though I left 2 phones numbers for them to call. If I didn’t call to wish my friend a Happy Birthday 5 hours later the fruit arrangement wouldn’t of been found. Just happy it was still there on her porch and no animals got into it. But the fruit was not up to quality at this time and was starting to go bad. So disappointing!

Don't use this location. They botched a delivery and my personal attempt to pick up a bereavement arrangement that a good friend wanted to have sent to me today. My encounter today with the woman in store and over the phone led me to cancel the arrangement altogether. An unfortunate experience.

Honestly kind , friendly and patient customer service.. Options to customize with or without chokolate... I never asked if I could choose the fruits... maybe it is awailable. Prompt notice on delivery. Prices are acceptable considering it has to include labor and other expenses. I highly recommend it.

Walked into get an arrangement and the owner or worker came in from have a smoke and didn’t wash her hands. You are dealing with food. Wash your freaking hands that is so gross. Update: I have tried to contact the company as they told me too in their reply to my review. The phone number they gave me does not take me to anyone to speak with. I also emailed them and have yet to hear from them. Poorly run business

I called as I was in the road with no idea what I wanted. I forget the staff members name but she helped me decide on what arrangement best fit my needs. And she had it put together before I arrived. Very friendly on phone and in person. If operator sees this it was on Saturday Jun06, she definitely deserves some appreciation from the service I got!

Wonderful experience, very accommodating when I had to change the date of my order. Recipients were thrilled with the quality of the fruit. I was thrilled with the efficiency in the delivery. I have made a few people's day by ordering one of these healthy arrangements with just enough chocolate to make you feel you are cheating a little :)

Ordering online was fast and easy. I loved the different selections and options. I chose to have my order delivered but I could have picked it up if I wanted. That's a nice option. It was a total hit! I will definitely order again.

Ordered for my mother in laws birthday. Delivered to address but she was not home at the time (only gone for about a half hour) The delivery person placed the arrangement on the front step right in direct sun (plenty of shady areas on her deck to place it) When my mother in law got home and found her arrangement all the chocolate items were melted. Quite disappointing for the $ value spent.

Very unhappy customer... terrible customer service on the phone. I had ordered the best birthday ever arrangement. I thought it looked so cute in the photo and even had balloons. Well the person who received the arrangement was happy. They had sent me a photo of everything saying thank you. I looked at was she had received my jaw dropped.. ITS NOTHING LIKE THE PHOTO. I understand that things may vary. And in very small print it states the the balloons and container may very depending on stock. I’m not an unreasonable person. I get it but I do expect it’s to be similar to WHAT I think I purchased. Especially for $86. I had called the store just to voice my concerns and in a little bit of hope that they would rectify it . BUT instead the girl who answered the phone shrugged it off, saying that they just go off the computer. She didn’t seem to care nor was she apologetic about it. I even say that the person who received it was happy but me the one who purchased it wasn’t. That I felt ripped off and it wasn’t worth $86. All she said was okay and hung up. I wish I could attach a photo of it.

Just tried them out. Placed my order for V day a week in advance. Thought it was all good and it would be a nice surprise for my lady when it gets to her. Found out later that the delivery person did not even attempt to find my townhouse when she got there. Tried to call me and when i didn't answer (i was driving) she skipped me and went to the next place. I call back later now that i am home and says i have to wait 45 min to an hour before she comes back. When she does make it back she wants me to come out of the complex and meet her even after i gave her simple instructions to get here. I'm pissed that the delivery person ruined my surprise and I'm attempting to get a refund of my delivery fee.

Horrible experience. Had a Valentines surprise that was to be delivered to my place of work on Feb 13. They couldn't make it on time before I left although my husband told them what time I was done. They called and I had to drive back into red deer. Took an extra hour out of my day. The strawberries were already turning bad and had bruises on them. Called them to complain and they just said it was the delivery drivers fault. Not even an apology. Will never use them again!

The staff was friendly, and the order was ready on time as arranged, however I was sorely disappointed that the size of the arrangement was so small. At closer to $100 than not, I was surprised that there was so little involved. If there was a an entire melon's worth of fruit and half a pineapple with six strawberries for $100 I'd be surprised. I am glad I really like the person I got this for... Not likely to return; poor value proposition....

I have order online twice from this location, both being deliveries. Not only are the staff kind, courteous, polite and professional but the service and quality of what they create and produce is excellent. Their fruit is fresh and delicious in all the ways it should be and if you crave sweeter, chocolate covered strawberries and pineapple have you covered. Add-ons to your arrangements like balloons, edible numbers and even teddy bears will add a personal touch. It's a great place, with a great idea, doing a great thing well!

This place is our go to for birthdays, staff incentives and just to make someone feel special. The staff are friendly and tentative. Our orders always arrive on time and no issues.

PROBLEM FIXED - Justin called and advised the situation, agreed the communication was...not to par, however it's now been resolved. ------------ Not sure how to start. The 1st week of Dec/19 I placed an order to be delivered on the 20th of Dec to a business customer. Transaction at that point was fine. Got an email on the 20th stating "undelivered". I called my customer and they WERE open (shared business center on Parsons), but was told by this provider the doors were locked so what time did they try to deliver??? Answer is unknown...

So for Valentine's day this year I decided to order my girlfriend some chocolate covered strawberries from edible arrangements since I work out of town. Just got called by the Southside location to be informed that they're no longer going to be filling my order today. They waited until 7:30pm to tell me! So long story short, Valentine's day is ruined for us. I expected better service after shelling out $100 for a few strawberries and a stuffed teddy bear. Very disappointed.

In an oversight they sent my client a happy birthday balloon arrangement on Dec 24th. The receipt is blatantly for a holiday arrangement with merry Christmas balloons and cost $183 so you would think that one would notice that kind of thing. I was credited for the balloons. I naturally insisted they send my client an apology for sending the wrong gift. I could not recommend this particular location to anyone and will not be buying from them again.

I live in Toronto and called this location up to do a deliveryforr my nephew in Edmonton. Katia was super helpful, made great suggestions and kept me on budget. The custom order was perfect, delivery was on time and the look on my nephew's face? Priceless! It was a wonderful experience and I'd definitely use their services again.

Giving edible arrangements is a great gift idea! I have received edible arrangements twice as gifts now and both times, I was quite disappointment by the taste. The fruit wasn't sweet, and the chocolate tasted too dark for my liking, it didn't complement the fruit. Hence, I would recommend picking out sweet fruit and making it at home yourself. It will be significantly less costly and much more delicious!

I paid $6.00 for a 2 and an 8 (the 2 was broken) the #'s were very small. Although the arrangement looked different then online it was acceptable. I ordered a trio of balloons. 2 were the same and one was partially deflated...... disappointed for the money I spent!

I placed a last minute order on a Good Friday for delivery on Easter Sunday but chose the wrong date. I called Edible Arrangements Gateway Edmonton to advise of my mistake and spoke with Kory. He assured me there was no problem changing the date and did so immediately. Saturday morning I realized I had also given the wrong street name. It had been one of those day????. I ordered an arrangement for my wife and scheduled it to be delivered to her work on Valentines Day. When I called to check on the order I was told they were very busy and wouldn’t get it to her before the end of her work day. I offered to stop and pick it up between 5 & 5:30pm on my way home, I was told it wouldn’t be ready by then but they would deliver it to our home (Perfect) I thought, I received a call a half hour later informing me it would be between 9&9:30pm and that the owner would deliver it, I again said I didn’t mines picking it up but was assured it would be delivered. The last time I checked my phone for the time while I waited at home for my wife’s gift was midnight. No email, text message or phone call with an explanation or apology. If there were an option for negative stars I would offer that here.

Gateway Blvd terrible experience never get my service again. And a very rude manager, who hangs up on you. Not very professional. and all she can say, we’re they happy with there stuff. ???? I’m not happy, I purchased a balloon bouquet, a celebration bouquet, turtle pie treats as well as a card. That you put a person’s name in it. This was for my Uncle a little something, on his retirement. I found out that when they delivered this to them, they didn’t know who it was from. So who sends a card with no name, Gateway Blvd does they had my name. They didn’t put my name on the card. The information said to Uncle Ken Congratulations ???????? on your retirement, it’s about time. Love ❤️ Donna

Can I give a 0 star? Could not find the address and accused me of having the WRONG address? None the less when I called in the evening, they have told me they made two attempts but no phone call to me? or the receiver? They made the Third attempt after I complained and got an answer at the door saying "the receiver does not live here anymore." THEY STILL FAILED TO CALL ME to notify me. Ruined my Valentines and wasted my money. I called the next day to ask what happened, they accused me of wrong address again and hung up on me!!! SUCH A HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. What is going to happen to my order and my money??

Out of town family ordered my husband and I a gift for our anniversary. Delivery was attempted in -10 and when no one was home the delivery driver seemed irritated. I spoke with the delivery driver via door bell camera. I don’t know why they wouldn’t call to confirm someone is home before delivering in Edmonton in the winter. Makes no sense. If family hadn’t informed us a delivery was coming we wouldn’t of had any idea. Had we had no doorbell camera we wouldn’t of even known a delivery was attempted. no calls have been made to us to re arrange delivery. Contacted cooperate who hasn’t even been able to reach the store to find out what is going on. the first man I talked to at edible arrangements hung up on me and told me no order existed. Very poor customer service. If family had wanted to keep this a surprise we would of never known anything and who knows maybe we will never receive the gift they paid for. Atrocious customer service. Don’t have high hopes that the product (once delivered, if ever delivered) will be any good either. probably sat in the drivers car overnight in freezing temps or won’t be delivered till the fruit are fermented.

I hv always called to place orders for Edible Arrangements for birthdays and other occasions. I receive emails often for their promotions. I received notifications for free box of fruit for 3 purchases and also for my birthday this past week. I called in on Wednesday to place order for pickup on Saturday. I was told that if I wanted delivery wud charge me $35.00 I was on my way to meet some of my friends for lunch and also gift one of the boxes to friend had birthday during the week. Was suppose to pickup at 12.00 pm got there was not ready The person at the counter promised me she will walk it to my car in 15 mins Waited 20 mins. Went in nobody in the front. Woman came from the back did not hv clue and said not ready. Also there were chocolate dipped strawberries in a display with price of 6.99 each or multiple 5.99 each Enquired about it and the rep quoted me 7.99 each. I m very disappointed.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE FOR THIS LOCATION. I placed an order for edible arrangements on Feb 23 @ 327pm. It was a very special occasion the birth of my nephew. I called at 1240pm and the lady who answered kept telling the arrangement was being worked on . At 4pm it was finally on the truck . The edible arrangement was not delivered until 712pm. Extremely disappointing and extremely unprofessional to go to someone’s house who just gave birth and not to mention so late to deliver such a special gift . I will never order from this location and I also would advise anyone who has a special occasion not to. A very dissatisfied customer signing off .

My fiance bought me a surprise package from edible arrangements for my birthday and was absolutely disappointed with the flowers left at my door. They came literally rotten. Paying $140 for flowers, 4 cupcakes and a plate of cookies and some dipped fruit is outrageous and will never get our business again. Do NOT recommend. Very disappointed.

I received what looked like a beautiful arrangement for my birthday. Unfortunately the fruit was not ripe so it was not edible. When I called them about it they were very apologetic and sent me a delicious box of 12 chocolate dipped strawberries to make up for it. Awesome customer service.

Ordered chocolate dipped strawberries. Showed up 3 mins before they were supposed to be ready. Guy working there was sitting in the chair in the lobby on his cell phone....he walked to the front counter all the while still staring at his phone not even acknowledging me as a customer. Finally, I say HELLO, I am here to pick up an order. Couldnt find my order at first (probably cause he was too busy with his phone). There was supposed to be a card with the order that was missing (found out after I left). If you are going to charge $40 buck for 12 strawberries, you had better have far better customer service than this! I will not be back .

Really disappointed. Stopped in this afternoon (June 28) shortly after 3 p.m. to get a lemonade and even though the door was unlocked, the signs inside were turned off. Someone finally came out of the back. When I mentioned that the signs were turned off, she said "We closed 10 minutes ago." I said that the door was still open, she said :We're cleaning". So I said, "Well, if you're cleaning, I won't bother you" and walked out. I just checked the website for this location and their hours on Sunday are posted as 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. If you're closing early, lock your doors.

$15.99 for delivery? Are you kidding me? Sorry, but your product isn't that great and the prices are already astronomical without charging a massive delivery fee on top. I wanted to get my husband a bouquet for his birthday but I just had surgery and can't drive so delivery is my only option - but not at that price. Thanks a lot.
