Super love it! Popeyes is one of our favorite place to go so wherever we go, my husband and I will try to look for Popeyes...and this branch didnt disappoint us!the staff are great and very friendly. The food especially the chicken and fries and mashed potato are excellent! perfectly cooked and prepared! We will definitely come back and highly recommend this branch!

I love Popeyes. Had it before, but now I realize, it's great. Nuggets are nothing compared to McDonald's or KFC nuggets. Popeyes are the best, and let's not forget the Cajun fries and gravy!!

I'm just not one happy customer. After everything was done and said. Went through drive through and paid for a 5pce chicken tender. The lady told me to park in front. After about 5 min the Guy ahead me got his order after 10 min of waitin, I went inside. They didn't even have my order ready. Asked for a 5piece chicken tender and mac salad and a pop. After waiting another 10 min to get it ready, I left. I get in my car and I have 4 piece chicken. I didnt even get to eat cause I had to go back to work. Just disappointed in the service and how long it took

Orders have been wrong in someway every single time. Chicken is over cooked on the outside and undercooked internally. Have gotten entire family sick twice. So no doubt that it's the popeyes. Never eating there again, do not recommend.

When I purchase a 12 piece bucket of chicken there should be some pieces of white meat If I would have known there wouldn't be at least 4 pieces I would of went to KFC there was only coleslaw for the sides nothing like whats posted in there menu which was good as were the biscuits I love the Saskatoon store but will not return here extremely disappointed would appreciate a refund

This was my first time here. I ordered the chicken sandwich with Cajun fries combo. Apparently they have no fountain drinks so they charge you an extra dollar more for a bottle drink that's smaller than what you'd normally get. The bag the food came in was almost see-through due to the grease content. I've been to Popeye's in other cities and none of them were even close to that greasy. It's like they took the fries straight from the fryer and put them into your bag without shaking of the excess grease. Sub-par experience from one of my fave brands.

Bought a family meal and many extras on the grand opening day. we were short a large piece of chicken out of the meal and were feeding a lot of people so it mattered. We called in and they said next visit we would get a free piece of chicken. OK great. So next visit this last weekend we presented the bill and asked for the free piece of chicken as well as were also going to use the 2 for 1 chicken sandwich and side coupon we got in the mail. They did not honor the coupon and said it was for the grand opening day only. We didn't want to argue more and just ended up sharing one chicken sandwich since we were there already to see what it was like. Well It was dry bread, not what we expected/not very good. plus took forever to get the order. The piece of chicken was the smallest wing piece they could possibly give us when the meal before we were shorted was a large piece. Very upset with there customer relations, also cheeping out and dealing with problems. Upset they didn't honor there coupon that expired the 30th of November. Wont be going back ever. There is a reason why KFC has been around so long.

When this location first opened it was fantastic! I fell in love. But, sad to say its gone downhill since. Often out of spicy chicken, fries portions are half what they used to be, and some days chicken tastes like it sat all day under the heat lamp...its not fresh by any means. This is an all-to-common pattern of new restaurant in PA.

Fast, friendly and very comfortable environment to enjoy our lunch in. First time ever having Popeye’s and I will never see popcorn shrimp and fish the same way again. The cashier was so helpful with our order as we’ve never been here before. The restaurant was clean and had a comfortable atmosphere, very enjoyable. 10/10

Between Popeye's and skip the dishes, very unprofessional and bad service. Ordered through skip the dishes and the order was cancelled, called Popeye's and they said skip cancelled. Contacted skip, they said Popeye's became unreachable. Contacted Popeye's, screened my call, called again, they hung up, called again to speak with a manager, very rude and argumentative.

If you don’t mind waiting 15min for your food it’s definitely worth the wait, I’d recommend ordering supper from here and picking it up after work, but I’d definitely shy away if all you have is a 30 min lunch break or if you’re in a hurry

We went there upon opening excited for the new Popeyes. We were greatly disappointed when Our experience through the drive thru was horrendous. We ordered a bucket of chicken, fries and 2 sprites. We ordered each of them about 5 times. The most common answer was "huh?" , "what?" Asking for the sprites was almost comical. Two sprites please. Sir do you want apple pie?. No, two medium Sprites. Two fries? I already got those. Two sprites, soda pops. What kind of pop? Sprite! Ok sir move on. Still no sprite. Thought it was just the machine. Heard the place still gets those problems. Back to KFC i go.

the manager that was on duty was very rude... i went in and asked for a platter of tenders and he gave me regular chicken.. I then noticed when i got home that it was not what i ordered.... i called and said it was the wrong one. he said to come in and i did go into the store and he then proceeded to tell me i was wrong and i said the wrong order... "it is your fault, you asked for a number 3 not a 3 pc tender" and i DID NOT! disrespectful and sick of the attitude that came from him.... CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT EVEN IF I DID SAY IT WRONG... I ordered 20 wings on drive through, the girl taking order on drive through should have some patience and doesn’t need to unnecessarily rush. I go to Tim Hortons and they don’t even rush for taking order as this location does and that’s not the first time. We ordered food through Skip the dishes,when delivered it was missing the drinks’ the delivery woman stated that there was no drink given to her with my food order,when I phoned Popeyes this woman who answered the phone said she is Naomi was incredibly rude. Instead of atlease apologizing to what happened she insisted it wasnt their fault that the skip delivery forgot to brought my drinks, when she was told shouldnt be their responsibility to make sure that everything is completely given to the delivery person she then said they were busy at drive thru like what?.after her being all rude and telling me that I should go there and get my drinks that was my last draw and told her I dont care whatever she says they should do something about it. I would have let it passed not having my drinks which I paid for but her rudeness made decide not to let it go.

How can in b/w 20 seconds they can say they are closed it not even 11 when they said. Makes no sense, otherwise closing time must b updated 5 minutes before

It was my favorite place to get chicken. Today, the front desk was extremely unwelcoming. It took her over thirty minutes to greet me and take my order. Finally, she took the order and asked me to wait another 20 minutes to make the food. So I cancelled my order, and went to KFC instead. I will not go back to this store.

Incapable of accepting a skip the dishes order, Incapable of delivering the meal I ordered, and the botched replacement came with a big black hair stuck to it. Phoned the restaurant to tell them and was met with the most unprofessional lie of an explanation and took absolutely no ownership of the situation. 0/10 shouldn't be on skip and shouldn't be licensed to serve food.

The place is always clean and the staff are very accommodating and nice. It’s a very warm and friendly environment. Their chicken is always crispy, their fries and biscuits are especially good, the sandwiches are delicious, and the heat really delivers to those who enjoy spicy food. I once had a coupon that would give me a free Coke with the purchase of a family meal. They didn’t have any Coke bottles so they gave me two apple and two orange juice bottles instead! I can’t wait for my next visit!

Oh emgeee I love their strawberry cheesecake Pie .... a must try. Their chicken are big, crispy delicious and tender on the inside and their staff are super friendly and go beyond of their way to provide options if items are not available. Strawberry Cheesecake Pie. Try them you won't regret it :)

I've eaten in American Popeyes and theirs seem to have better tasting chicken and fries. The chicken here is inferior and fries are always inedible. We had some on Oct 30 in Vegas and was far better than the stuff here even if the ingredients are the same. Kinda like Flin Flon KFC is superior to Saskatchewan KFCs not sure what the secret is.

Tenders are okay and the chicken sandwich is good if they ever get it to you. Seems like there is no management there. Last night at 6:30pm there was only one person in the place and I sat in my car out front for over 10 minutes waiting for my food. Finally went inside and they still didn't have it ready. Looks like all reviews here are poor except for the 5 stars posted by the owners. They better start running this place a lot better if they want to survive.

Have been to Popeyes on 6 or 7 previous occasions, all around supper time. Twice they had what I wanted. Of that once I accepted a mix of chicken spicy and mild. On 1 occasion I changed my order 3 times in order to get something. 3 times I drove away. I like the product, especially the coleslaw however a customer should be able to order what they want. I think the franchise needs to be owned by someone other than the current proprietor.

Food tasted like it was fried in old oil, burned the back of your throat. Presentation, fries, busted burnt onion rings and shrimp all scattered all over. All the food tasted the same and fried in 10w30 used oil. First and last time , left it and walked out.
