Very beautiful dress, but the owner was disrespectful to my family members. Very rude to my family. My family is quite clearly not white (while I am quite pale), and once they left the owner was a million times nicer to me. Would not recommend. We came from out of town as well, to come to our appointment.

Sons girlfriend got a dress from here and when she got home over a dozen diamonds were falling off if it. He tried to call her and she hung up on him. Expected better for the money we spent on this. Do not go here

I cannot express how awesome Delicate Petals was for our wedding this summer. Customer service is truly amazing and the products were freaking beautiful. Violet understood my vision and brought it to life, even if she didn’t have something on hand, she would design and make it herself. All you need to tell her is what you want and she’ll make it happen like a fairy god mother!! ???? We also used the set up and take down service that I would totally recommend as its one less thing for you to worry about on your special day. Would definitely use them again for any occasion, not just for weddings.

Worst customer service ever. My girlfriend bought a $800 dress from this place and and we got it home and most of the diamonds were fallen off. Called the lady to see what could be done and she wouldn't help and hung up on me. Do not waste your time here.

We are originally from Prince Albert and moved away 7 years ago. My daughter got engaged and decided to have the wedding back home. I thought OM GOSH how am Will we possibly plan a wedding from Toronto and have it work out 2 provinces away? Well Violet saved the day right from the beginning she was awesome! She recommended florists, DJs, venues and caterers and everything was amazing.! She totally understood the decorating scheme that my daughter wanted and made it look better than she imagined.With our procrastinating and slowness in making decisions she was patient and understanding. Great service even during the pandemic. They did everything possible to make sure things were sanitized and wore masks. Besides that it was a pleasure to work with the staff. They went above and beyond helping me pick my dress and did an amazing job decorating my wedding. Purchased my wedding dress here.. And cause of this pandemic.. I had to prospone my wedding.. Was told to wear a mask and had pointed at the door rudley like I was a wet dog and told to wait there when I arrived. And said i couldn't come in to try on my dress if I didn't have a mask.. Not to mention I had talked to these ladies multiple times on the phone before entering the store and they never had mentioned it. And said well have you read our guidelines on our webpage.. Well no I said i didn't have time to browse her webpage. Anyway's then I was told how did I want to take my dress? As is? Cheap plastic bag that was over it or for an extra 12$ for a zip up for my dress. Plus I had paid 300 for my decore i picked out and didn't refund me the whole 300 back. She said she was taking off 100$ for canceling my wedding. First of all I didn't pay her for decorating my wedding we agreed I would pay that for next time! Anyway's thought it was horrible to wait at the door like a dog! NO MANNERS! Rainy day! And asked if I just wanted to take my dress as is with cheap plastic on it barely covering the bottom! Paid extra for it to be bagged properly and not even a full refund cause I wasn't sure when my next wedding date would be!. Left super emotional and very angry about the whole situation how she handled my time getting my wedding dress! Thank's!

We were very excited renting the decor for our wedding from Delicate Petals but a month before the wedding it became a nightmare. There was confusion regarding the deposit that was originally paid, we were told the quotes weren’t quotes but estimates, the terms and conditions were changed without us knowing and she tried to withhold money. Violet was very rude when I tried to discuss things with her. A week before the wedding she changed our pick up day and that we couldn’t drop off until Tuesday. Even though she knew we lived in Saskatoon and our wedding was at a lake north of PA. Meaning we had to drive back to Prince Albert on Tuesday after the wedding. For someone who is supposed to help you through one of the happiest days she was very difficult to work with. The overall experience ended up horribly and I would not recommend.
