Recently renovated in its original location in town. Parking lot is incredibly easy to access compared to the original lot but it seems tourists still can't understand how to use the lot properly. Selections inside are quite ample for a small town location. Offers more than the Rossmore location but not as much as Belleville or Kingston locations.

I really liked this LCBO location. It's big, brightly let us a great selection. The walk-in beer cooler area is also fantastic, given that many people wants to enjoy a chilled beverage the moment they hit the cottage. Of course, in the beer aisle they focus on many of the micro breweries in the immediate area. Props to them for supporting the little guy!

I asked the check out person whether there were any bottles of a recommended wine in the store. She checked through the store's electronic inventory and said there were twelve bottles. It was not at all busy so she left the check out and went to the back of the store to see what she could see. A few minutes later she returned with an unopened case of the wine. I added three bottles to what I had already gathered and checked out smoothly. It was a confluence of lucky events for me. Being in the store at a quiet time and dealing with a staff member who really believes in customer service. I'm glad that I live in Prince Edward County!

I think the best LCBO in Quinte area that I've visited so far. The building is rather unique (not square) so the store certainly 'feels' different and searches for rare wines usually turn up available in this store.

Warning - do not buy anything there as they wont refund wine even if it is corked. We went to Sandbanks from Wednesday to Saterday. We bought a few bottles of wine Wednesday for the trip. Unfortunately, one of the bottles of wine (not very expensive) was bottled (corked). We tried to bring it back to either have it refunded or changed. When we got to this store, the manager told us we could not have it refunded or changed because of the COVID situation, and ironically, when she was saying this, her clerk was holding the bottle in his hand. She was extremely rude and condescending.She wouldn't even talk to find a solution and told us "to just leave if we were not happy". It is ashamed that some stores like this one takes advantages of the covid at the expense of consumer protection. How is it they sell a product which is not consumable and then not reimburse it. Never returning there again.

Small town big LCBO. Wow, this is a Toronto size LCBO with great selection and walk in cooler for craft beers and ciders. Well stocked, well organized location with friendly staff. It’s is very clean and brightly lit. Only down point is the small parking for this big location which can get crowded even in off season.

The Picton lcbo is a gem. Their local Ontario wine selection is extensive. Their vintage wine section is well curated with excellent choices from all the major wine regions of the world. They also have a large walk-in cooler filled with an extensive craft beer and cider section. Large, spacious, well stocked and friendly staff.

Relatively large LCBO for a small center. Large cooler area for beers and coolers. Parking lot is horribly designed so be careful pulling in and out.

Clean, large. Great beer selection. Even have some local stuff on the shelves which is a really nice touch. Not their fault, but the parking lot is kind of awkwardly shaped and it just (probably) seemed that when I was there only the most selfish of drivers also wanted to shop.

Good selection of products, but the one member of staff was judgemental and a bit rude. I kept saying I wanted to pay with debit (via my phone), they kept selecting credit and when I finally had to dig my bank card out of my wallet they were irritated I was taking so long????. Also felt the need to ID my 23 year old son for helping me carry my purchases, and seemed upset he could produce said ID. Will not go back.
