Irie mon Chicken as good as any we had in Jamaica. Juicy, perfectly cooked. You guys have a winner here. Slaw , plantain , rice and beans were worth jumping back on the carb bandwagon for the day. The coconut in the rice rocks. Friendly folks, family business. Check them out! Get there early, sells out fast.

Very nice gentleman. There was a glitch in the system and one of the items we ordered was not available. But he was very apologetic, he prepared our food promptly and he let me use his phone (I'd misplaced mine that afternoon) to make sure my wife was OK with the substitution. Good service, despite being considerably busy. And DELICIOUS!. I will certainly be returning and recommending.

Visited in late Fall during Girls Weekend in Cherry Valley. Was well worth the drive there from where we were staying which was 45 minutes away. After we parked, as we walked up, there was reggae playing and who we believe is the Owner (pictured) on the grill. He was super friendly, we chatted about the area and our Jamaican connections. We noticed there was what looked like a few areas to sit but although it was a beautiful day, it was a bit chilly so we decided to take our food to go. The food was fresh, delicious and well portioned. Seasoning was perfect. We had so much food that we were able to eat a full meal again the next day. If you get an opportunity to visit, do not pass it up. Would love to visit again when it's warmer and sit outside to eat while enjoying the music and conversation.

Love love love this place. I would visit my parents in the county, every two weeks last summer and on my way home order the 5 piece of legs. Over time my orders grew to include 5 piece for my brother in law in Scarborough, 5 piece for my son, 5 piece for a friend them another friend...very quickly I was ordering 6 -5 piece legs, and driving them back to Guelph, dropping off along the way...LOL. driving 3.5 hours smelling that glorious chicken was torture. Incredible...

Found this place while driving by on a Friday while visiting the PEC and we knew we had to stop by on our way home. The smell was delicious! Honestly, had one of the best jerk chickens! I had the mild sweet BBQ chicken and it came with plantain chips, coleslaw and rice. Everything was super flavourful and he gave such a generous amount. Since I live in the GTA, if I ever come by I'm stopping by since this place is really close to the 401. He takes debit and credit card here as well as cash and there's a small place to dine outside.

The staff are very nice at this outdoor BBQ restaurant. I enjoyed the vibe here. The food was great. If you want some heat, I learned that you just have to ask for it. I wrongly assumed that all of the chicken dishes would be spicy. This is my preference. Some other customers were obviously repeats, so they know what to expect. This was my first visit and I had the half chicken. The plantain chips were excellent and the rice was fabulous. I drove almost a half hour to get the food home and it traveled very well and everything was steaming hot. Some customers are calling ahead and placing orders. Others are arriving and waiting for the orders. This led to a little bit of confusion in the line as the two systems overlapped. Stated wait times are the best guess and an approximation. Whatever you decide, it's worth the wait.

Josh and Saiqa of JERKebago and Rayn Events catered our wedding in PEC and it was fantastic. Everything on the menu was delicious. The Jerk & BBQ chicken was smoked to perfection, and the sides were phenomenal. Our guests were still talking about how great the food was the next day, with a few of them even asking for their info for their own events! Saiqa was good to work with, and was very patient with a stressed couple planning a wedding. There were a couple of minor hiccups in communication in the planning stages but fortunately, our experience on our wedding day was absolutely perfect. Josh was a wonderful, cheerful and calming presence - he even came to the rescue and offered up a couple of remedies when my bride got a grass stain on her dress! I would definitely recommend JERKabego and Rayn events! Thanks Saiqa and Josh!

Great food, friendly staff. Easy to order online and flexible to modify order at time of pickup. We introduced my in-laws to Jerkebago, and they loved it too. In fact, they keep asking about it! It's definitely my favorite meal choice around here. Jerkebago's phone greeting also cheered me up when I called to check that they were open :)

First experience with Jerkebago at their pop up today in PEC. Outstanding! Healthy sized servings of chicken with peas and beans, coleslaw and plantain chips. I like spice but not overbearing heat and Josh's Scotch Bonnet sauce hit it out of the park with flavour.

Great eats, have driven by many times in the past and they weren’t open so made a special trip yesterday and it was well worth it. Got a bootleg and real deal 1/2 chicken so we could try both. Bootleg was superb and according to my 15 year old who didn’t share any of his real deal it too was great. Also tried ting and vimto will add more to the order next time. Will definitely be back for more. Thanks!!

Amazing place to get jerk chicken if you are in the area. Large portions, great tasting food and cute set-up, what more can you ask for! I would recommend ordering ahead if you are ordering for a large amount of people as they have a limited amount of chicken. Definately a must try if you like jerk chicken.

My toddler ate half my Real Deal meal. She doesn’t normally like meat. Hubby is an avid smoker and was really impressed with the smoking technique and choice of pimento and applewood in the smoker. In Jamaica the jerk chicken is dry because of how they cook it over the grill. This chicken is perfectly cooked and juicy with a wicked jerk flavour but not too much heat.
