They were so easy to work with, and worked with our wedding planner to ensure everything was delivered on time. They were really great, and I would definitely rent from them again!

It was extremely easy to draft the rental list for our wedding. Everything that we ordered came on time and in good condition. The delivery/clean-up crew were fantastic. They set everything up and took everything down so seamlessly. They even checked in with us to ensure everything being set up was what we had in mind. Even when we realized we had made a minor oversight/error on one of our orders, they did everything in their power to help us fix our mistake and make sure our wedding continued without a glitch!

I had a bad experience with this company in the Summer of 2017 however ownership has now changed. The new owner called to address and clear up my concerns and apologize for my experience. Based on my discussion with the new owner I would consider renting from the company in the future and I would recommend them to friends and family again. It's great that a local business can get some new life and improve the renting experience for people in the south okanagan!

We used westminster party rentals for our wedding in sept 2017. We ordered everything from tent/tables,stage,dancefloor, and everything from plates to serving platters. Brandy from WPR was amazing! I am so appreciative of her hard work. We sent many many emails back and forth and she was always prompt, organized, and patient! The staff who set up and took down the tent were also very friendly and accommodating. They are an excellent company to work with. We have also used them for smaller events and will continue to do so! Thanks Brandy and WPR for making this process so easy!

Super happy with this company. We rented a bunch of stuff from them, including a tent. I definitely had no clue what I was doing, and was pretty nervous about having an outdoor wedding. But they made it simple and easy. Talked me through the process from the beginning, showed up on time, and set up a gorgeous tent in my parents backyard. So I usually don't write reviews, but this time around I thought I should. My friend and I recently visited Westminster Party Rentals on the weekend inquiring about some rentals for our reunion. However, we were not acknowledged at all when we first entered the building. The young girl behind the counter was too busy on her phone to give us any service. We looked around the showroom and we were disappointed by how messy everything was. We came here because we were recommended by our venue, and so far we weren't impressed. When my friend went up to the counter to ask about a couple of the rentals, the girl kept referring my friend to the website and not really answering any of her questions. She was too glued to her phone to seem to care. After a couple of minutes of this we decided to leave. We took our business to a rental company up in Kelowna and they were very helpful and professional.

If you can, go somewhere else. Whomever runs this place was rude and unhelpful when dropping off the items, and they charged us a ridiculous amount of money for some missing cardboard dividers in boxes and for a milk crate. I would never rent from them again

This was a great experience. All staff were up to date on all that we had planned. They stayed in touch right up to the day the Tent and all rental equipment were delivered and did everything they said they would do. They were polite in delivering all the equipment and same thing when it was all picked up. They made things very easy. They were exceptional people and not only would I do business with them again, I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you Brandy and all that were involved to make this event a success.

I'm rating a 3star an not 5 because I was helped in such a tremendous by the owner(I assume) with assistance in table linen an runners for my wedding June 22, 2019. It was quite a large order an figuring out sizes needed. But unfortunately after the price I paid for rental of the linens, over 500$, I didn't get exactly what I paid for. More than half the white linens were badly stained with some sort of grease?? But no amount of professional cleaning in my opinion can remove it. An it was very noticeable on the tables. And one of the blue table linens was badly damaged along the bottom that had to be flipped underneath to avoid anyone noticing. In my opinion they are an easy company to deal with, but the product you recieve is by far not worth paying 100% for. Yes I was very disappointed in seeing more than half the white linens basically destroyed from ??? I really don't know. They may have been professionally cleaned before arrival, but I may as well have saved hundreds of dollars an went to the dollar store. Sorry guys, feeling very ripped off

We had to make changes through the last few months to accommodate guests and it was a breeze. Took away a ton of stress for me. The team at Westminster was fantastic to work with! We had a covid wedding and our original plans (and subsequent versions of plans) were thrown out the window with the changing rules. They were super accommodating and worked with us to make our day exactly as we envisioned it. We really appreciate how far above and beyond they went- it really helped alleviate our stress levels!!
