Excellent food in a very cozy location. We had food here during the first night of our stay in Penticton, and it was absolutely incredible. From appetizers to dessert, everything we had was delicious. Very reasonably priced for the quality and quantity of good. The service was equally incredible, and Nikita treated us great during our dinner here. Will definitely be back and I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant, especially if you’re into Greek/Italian food.

We just finished a late dinner and were absolutely blown away by the food and the service. The Spanakopita and Roast Lamb are spectacular. Some of the best lamb we've eaten anywhere for any price. We were the last people in the restaurant by a long shot but we were not rushed in anyway. Our server Barry was a pleasure to interact with and consummate professional. If you have the opportunity to dine at this delicious and well run family owned restaurant do yourself the favor of making a reservation.

Had dinner for 4. Calamari dinner x 2, the lamb souvlaki and the prawn dinner... the food was excellent and Brian our server was great as well.. Our first time there was a good one.. Definitely have to try the family seafood platter next time... thanks to everyone there!!!

Fresh delicious seafood, the pescatore was perfectly portioned and loaded with prawns and scallops. Great drinks and our server Barry was amazing. He was hilarious and went above and beyond to make sure our meal was perfect. Thanks to all the staff here, we will be back! 6 stars if I could (Edit) Even with being insanely busy on New year's Eve we were still very well taken care of and there was still as great attention to detail as the last time I went :) the staff here I've dealt with are ywonderful and do everything to make your experience and good one. It was our weekly night out for dinner and we had never been here before. The atmosphere was very nice and we loved all huge plants growing inside. The service was fantastic, and more then one server when walking by would take finished ates, fill drinks and served the food. Great team effort. The food came so fast and was absolutely fantastic, such amazing flavours. Thank you all for a great experience, we will be back.

Ordered their Minoe Platter, labeled as "All About Family - Eat Like a Greek". I was surprised with how little rice was sprinkled on the thin oven liner tray they served their platter on. It literally came in a used Pepsi Tray covered in tinfoil. There was not enough rice or potatoes to feed my 4 year old and two year old, let alone my wife and I. When I called to inquire why it was served with such little rice and potatoes I was told by the owner, after being on hold for fifteen minutes, that the platter is just meant for two. Last time I ordered it came in a much deeper tray and completely filled the family up, thus the shock and proceeding phone call. I can't imagine they would write a headline like that above their platter menu and proceed to tell you it is a meal for two.

I had the lamb lemonato (slow roasted lamb shoulder) and it was phenomenal. The portion size was extremely generous too. The restaurant is really cute. The patio has tons of vegetation with grapes vines hanging from the pergola. I did not try any drinks but the restaurant has several awards on display for their cesars and other cocktails.

The food was pretty good, especially our appie, which was the spanakopita. The issue was I ordered one of the house reds. Then ordered it again as a second glass, and it may or may not have been the same wine. It smelled and tasted like vinegar. I sent it back, and I’m pretty sure I received the exact same glass the second time. I then had to order a higher end wine, with the server saying it must be the winemaker. No, the first glass of the house wine was great, and it was the bar trying to repeatedly serve wine that was obviously off, due to being open past it’s time. It was uncomfortable. I paid for a the higher end wine, but the first one would have been fine if they weren’t trying to serve outdated wine. Not impressed and we won’t be back.

Decent Greek food at its proper price point. Very nice room and good service. Drinks were good. I ordered the steak and lobster. It was likely near the worst steak I have had in a restaurant, including the midnight specials in Las Vegas. Ordered medium, received rare. That rareness was a blessing though as the steak was very tough. It was also way over-seasoned to the point of tasting of char and salt, and not much else. I am not even sure it was the cut as stated on the menu a NY....it was much more like a 1/2 inch thin sirloin. The restaurant did offer a redo which I declined due to eating too much of the wonderful appie platter.

Pathetic... greek family run restaurant. . Underseasoned reheated bland food. The treatment by owners towards staff is disgusting and rampant. I'd say if you never heard of your food being underseasoned you haven't eaten properly prepared food. And the staff doesn't respect you.

We had a party of 5. We all ordered something different, Vegetable Plate, LaCasa Special, Flamebroiled NY steak, except 2ĺ had Lamb Souvlaki. My husband order a Caesar Salad..it was huge!! He shared a bit with me..it was delicious!! Probably one of the best I have tasted in ages. I wished I had ordered the Caesar Salad too!! Steak was perfectly done!! I ordered a Vodka Lemonade then another..it was delicious!! We had no dessert as we had birthday cupcakes waiting for us at home. Everyone enjoyed their meals immensely...no complaints, great service, very enjoyable evening.

Wow! What a popular restaurant! Make a reservation. The food was great. The place was as packed as it could get during Covid so service was slow but friendly and helpful. My only complaint was noise. The whole restaurant was fairly noisy, as you'd expect when it is so busy, but we were placed in a small nook with only 6 tables. One party was extremely loud. There are no baffles or dividers so the sound bounced off the walls. It got so loud we could not carry on a conversation.

My wife and I were in for lunch the other day and I must say the food and service was unbelievable!!! We also were in La Casa when the customer Marlene Wycherley (whom left a 1 star review because she was unable to use an expired gift certificate) was unbelievably rude to the lovely server, owner, and other customers enjoying them selves. I would like to say that management and the staff handled this embarrassing customer with the utmost respect even though she obviously has no idea what the rules and regulations are. Thanks again La Casa for a wonderful lunch and we will be back for sure!!! Cant beat the ribs

I Placed a take out order and showed up 10 minutes after the time I was told. Had to wait double the time as when I got there I had to wait another 25 minutes. I was told my Order was just about done when I arrived. when I received the food most was burnt, definitely not what I was expecting

Took my parents out for a belated birthday and Father's day dinner. We are so happy we found this gem of a place. From the helpful staff on the phone when I made the reservation to the warm welcoming hostess, attentive and friendly server and the amazing food, it was all top notch. I would definitely recommend. My mom loves lobster and it's hard to find a lot of restaurants in and around the area that serve it. We drove from Cawston. So worth it. Very large portions. My dad had a perfectly cooked new York steak and I had a delicious spanakopita. The only thing that surprised me was pita didn't come with our meals. Every Greek place I have been to in the lower mainland, I have had it with my dinner. Everything else was truly amazing and I can't wait to go back. Go early because it fills up fast and I can see why!

Ordered Fettuccini Alfredo in a white sauce and ended up with a Red Sauce. It was the House Special which was okay because I made some changes to it except the waitress did not confirm that with me before we finalized the order. I specifically told her to that's what I wanted White Alfredo. As Red Sauce and Seafood aren't suppose to be mixed. Luckily the meal was okay and not to Red so I did not mention it I also don't like to waste food. The server was very friendly but they should always explain in detail what exactly is in the meal to the customers. Just some food for thought.

Went with some family on a Wednesday night and we were early enough to grab a table before the entire place filled up. If you plan to be later than 6pm you might need a reservation. We got a platter and it was filling for 3 people. Knowing my brother, it would probably be enough for four people. Lively place, busy but cosy atmosphere.

Was busy and very slow...you need to order a drink when they bring your frist one..it will arrive on time then...didnt look understaffed ...they were busy....had the seafood platter and was very tasteless nothing special about it....honestly a waste of money....may try them one more time a try another menu item as i did enjoy the atmosphère!

Still one of our favourites here in Penticton. We've been patrons of this restaurant in their current building, and a smaller one they had many years ago. Food has always been true to their Greek roots, with many classic dishes that continue to satisfy even the most critical of foodies. I'm always happy with their vegetarian choices, and have heard kind words from my dining companions on their meat dishes.

We ventured out for our first in restaurant meal since summer 2020 and La Casa Ouzeria was great. Precautionary measures for Covid were well attended, spacing was comfortable, service was friendly and helpful and the food was absolutely delicious! Way over my expectations!!! Great food and service. Barry was outstanding, knowledgeable, funny, informative, very genuine. Had the appi platter, 4 people sharing, just enough to get us started. I had the lamb roast, fall off the bone, rich and delicious. Huge portion, I took half home. Dining partners had lamb souvlaki and a moussaka. Both raved about them and enough to take home. Highly recommend over the other local Greek restaurant everyone thinks is so great, but is over rated.

We were excited to eat here after seeing all the 2019 food awards in the entrance, but we were disappointed in the end... The service was very friendly but slow. The dinners were ok but not great. The tiramisu was AMAZING! Overpriced $$$ compared to what we are used to in Abbotsford - Greek Islands also includes a soup and a salad and bread with dip with every meal.

We were a party of 7 with reservations. My husband and I were the last to arrive and it was 6 to 7 minutes waiting in the front foyer before anyone sat us with our party. Our dinner orders were taken fairly promptly and then the wait began. It was an hour before we had our dinners in front of us. I had a dish which included a small greek salad with one olive in it, three pieces of tomato and the rest was green peppers and purple onion. Clove was the only flavor I could detect from my meal. The rest of our party enjoyed their meals but I won't be back again. Sorry.

Went on Christmas Eve with my date, our server, Barry, was phenomenal! He had knowledge of the menu, was able to reccomend and help us decide on our meals! Excellent friendly service. Went out looking for authentic Greek. Found it. Hubs got a bit of an Italian meal. So apparently they do both. Decor and ambience is very nice. Got a table in back because we didn't have a reservation at peak hour...6pm on a Friday night. It was packed...but had the best service ever And a wonderful meal.

This was the first time visiting this restaurant and definitely won’t be the last. Our server was Barry and he was so much fun, attentive and made great food recommendations. Our meals were delicious and the ambience was just perfect! It honestly felt like we could have been in Greece with the feature wall and decor. I absolutely loved dining here. All the way home we conversed about what a wonderful time we had. I would recommend this restaurant in a heartbeat.

We are coming here year after year and it never disappoint, great service and food. Same prices year over year. Same great servers, which tells you that owners care about their staff and you can feel welcome and how every waiter asks you do you need anything and is the food and drinks. Lamb shank was great. This place is superb. I had the moussaka and my dinner companion had the (lamb or beef I can't remember) souvlaki and they were both amaze balls. Dessert was off the charts, service was on point, and the sangrias and margaritas were also amazing. Highly recommend if you're dying for some incredible Greek food. This restaurant is a true gem of Penticton that you must visit. We came here with a party of 6 and they managed to squeeze us in. The server I forgot his name is one of the best servers we have ever had (server was from the lower mainland like us). The food was just amazing everyone at our table had nothing but good things to say about the food. Highly recommend this place if you are looking for the best Greek food in Penticton.

Went to eat with family first time, ordered a chicken slouvaki. The meat was charred to the extreme and was seasonless. Upon telling the sever, she just said sorry and would tell the cook. Worst Greek food around. If you can, drive out to Savvios in Oliver. It’s trek but beats this tasteless restaurant.

Very good. The atmosphere is delightfully authentic with a beautiful warm fireplace taking center stage. Our waitress was fast , friendly and efficient, and was quite happy to offer suggestions on what are the best selling, or favorite foods. Everything was fresh- salads were crisp and fresh, appetizers hot and delicious, and the souvlaki , a classic Greek dish, was cooked to perfection. The beef was melt- in- your- mouth delicious, the veggies done just right. The menu is quite extensive, so based on our first experience here, we'll be going back many times to try more of those wonderful looking dinners. Five stars.

Chicken souvlaki and seafood platter were great, and my son was thrilled with his flamebroiled steak. The ekmek and baklava were also fantastic, the latter being chock full of walnuts (even too much!).
