Tony goes above and beyond! He has catered a few events for me and he never disappoints. His Sandwiches, Salads, and Pastries are to die for, and a HUGE hit for all of the staff. There are never any leftovers because everyone eats everything. Upper Crust is reliable, efficient and delicious - support local restaurants! You will not be disappointed with Tony or UpperCrust.

Great food and customer services. I haven't tried their catering service yet. But, if you are stopping in for a sandwich you're in luck as they are amazing. Just call in advance for larger orders.

I’ve been looking for some new lunch catering spots as my staff requested some more variety. I’m not sure how I found Upper Crust, but we’re really happy we did. As it was our first order I spent a little time organizing the menu, especially for our gluten intolerants. Finalized on a couple sandwich platters and salads. Tony promised deliciousness and he delivered! Did require a call to Tony, and he was very helpful. Delivered exactly as ordered on time by Paul, the staff were raving about the sandwiches for the rest of the day. The individually wrapped and clearly labeled sandwiches were phenomenal. Gluten free sandwiches and low carb option (salad) was clearly labeled as well. Great quality, well presented, on time, and within budget. We highly recommend Upper Crust! Update: May 2019 - Organized catering for group of 14 today. Team cheered when we announced the caterer at our morning meeting. Seemed ever more delicious than the first time. Passes the reliability test in both taste and delivery time.

Tony and his mum operate this little sandwich shop and know almost all their customers by their first name! They have an excellent selection of sandwiches and I can honestly say everything I have ever had here has been excellent. It's a must try! They also offer catering services!

Came here near closing time hoping to grab a quick bite to eat as I was in a rush. The guy was in the middle of closing but still stopped to take my order. Incredibly friendly. Ended up getting the chicken chipotle. Was one of the best sandwiches I've ever had. Will be returning for sure.

This little gem is located across the parking lot from my work. I first noticed our operations manager going over to get lunch often, so i was curious. One day we had a lunch catered by Upper Crust and I was absolutely blown away by the quality of sandwiches we received on our platters. The quality is worth every penny. Give this place a try. You won't be disappointed!

Omg, I just went here for the first time today for lunch and I cant believe I haven't been here before. The food is amazing, I truly mean this! The service was fast and very friendly. I went with a co-worker and I think this place will be our new go-to-lunch place from now on. Absolutely amazing!

Great place, I have had some other panini sandwiches in town and this one has the perfect flavor, I always get the Chipotle chicken, the seasoning is always perfectly balanced and never overwhelming, it's a must for a good lunch.

A no frills sandwich joint tucked into an office building on O'Connor St. Don't be fooled by the modest advertising, the sandwiches here are incredibly delicious! The people running the place are super friendly and make you feel very comfortable. A must try if you are in the area for lunch!

Haven't even tried the food yet but incredible customer service over uber eats. I'd asked for a couple of extra sauces and cutlery - all of which were included, and I received a call right after the order was picked up to let me know the coffee was left behind by the courier (milk & sugar in the bag I received) and offered to call him back, and assured that they'd remember next time even though it was no sweat at all. Whoever was at work today, you're great!

One of Ottawas Hidden Gems located in the back of 267 Oconnor. Tony has mastered the art of making a truly amazing sandwich. Real Artisan bread is used for all of his fresh paninis with quality ingredients and tasty sauces. I love his unique side dishes and the price to make your panini a combo is quite fair. I always try to check out their weekly specials although his staple sandwiches are fantastic! Packed with flavour, quality ingredients, great value for your money and fast, friendly service makes Upper Crust a must stop in, or order in through "skip the dishes" or "uber eats" A definite highly recommended spot!

Definitely a hidden gem. Wouldn’t say it’s the best looking place from outside, but the food I had there was truly amazing. The sandwhich was really good and tasteful. The Thai chicken soup really hit the spot on a chilly fall day. On the plus side, they use artisin bread and carry their pastries and kronuts. NOM!! Definitely worth a try. Prices were also decent. And good customer service.

Delicious! Very friendly! Small shop, so be patient during a rush, i think it is worth the relatively short wait. Ordered the oven roasted turkey & Chipotle chicken. Sauces & Glazed red onion topping were tasty, even my 2yr old enjoyed.

A hidden gem within downtown Ottawa. This place is very inconspicuous, and I would never have known about it if I didn’t live near by. It’s no frills, family run, and DELICIOUS. One of the best, most filling sandwiches I’ve had by far. They don’t skimp out on the fillings, and the bread they use is amazing. Such a good little Sammy shop!!
