Food is always excellent, service is perfect! All you can eat buffet, changing menu everyday! They have a super deal this summer for take out, for 10$ (including tx) they give you a plate that you fill out as much as you want. These plates worth at least 20$ at places like Olly Fresco's and Marcello's buffet. The quality of food is not comparable.

Surprisingly spacious basement restaurant downtown. Lunch buffets offer a take out option. Fill a styrofoam container for take out for $10. Food was plentiful and was replenished quickly. Dishes change every day and even on the same day. Lots of options to choose from. A bit limited in terms of bar selections but should be a great place for large parties.

Good buffet if you are hungry. Make sure you are hungry because the 18$ cost is only worth it if you stuff it in. Challenge accepted.

Our school went to this "restaurant" for our graduation trip in Ottawa. The food our school was served is a complete joke when compared to scrumptious food shown in the photos. Despite the food being so generic (eg. fries, pizza), I genuinely don't know how the food could be this terrible. For starters, the inside of the chicken was pink and uncooked, while the meatballs were just as soggy as their pizza. While their fries were probably frozen, they were also overloaded with salt. Furthermore, the mac and cheese smelt like dirty socks continuously worn for a week, while tasting just as bad. The croutons in the salad were harder than the dry, cracked wall of the establishment. I could rant on and on about the food, but I think you get the point. The service was just as horrible as the food. I went to get a smaller plate because I wanted less food, and the waiter gave me a dirty look, telling me to put it back, despite the plate having food on it. Someone yelled "I hate this place!" aloud, and I really don't blame them. In conclusion, this is a horrible place to eat, with rude, underpaid staff. There are many better alternatives around the Ottawa area. For example, the next day our class went to "Le Buffet des Continents", which offers a better selection and food.

Went there with school for a trip. I expected something quite fancy and all. Was disappointed. First of all because they made us sit at 3 big tables with uncomfortable chairs instead of letting us go to the part with the white chairs. Then there was the food. This was not really a buffet actually... Meatballs (they were really really good but they gave us like... 3 each and they were so small), cafeteria vegetables, some cold cheese and seafood mix, fries (they were sooooo tasty), salads and weird pizza breads (cold too). The dessert seemed delicious but I didn't have the occasion to take a piece of it since I was too late and there was not enough. The beverages were cans of Diet Coke and water bottles I think. Oh, and how could I forget the annoying DJ-like ambiance music. Prinzo is not that bad and I didn't find it disgusting... But from a place calling itself a fine caterer, I was highly disappointed.

Excellent service and amazing food! Prinzo catered my son's wedding. The manager stayed on site for the entire event, supporting us and helping us every step of the way. When I looked around at our guests, I saw that everyone was eating, enjoying themselves, we had plenty of food, the portions were generous and all of my guests raved about how amazing the food tasted! Thank you Nino and Nick for your wonderful and excellent service and amazing food!

This place is just too good, $16 for the lunch buffet or just $12 for a stirophone take out dish that you can stuff more food than you could possibly stomach for lunch. Not only is ridiculously cheap, but the venue looks better than 90% of restaurants today and the food quality is amazing. They have a different food theme everyday varying between French, Italian, Greek, tex-mex and Asian so you'll never get bored. This is probably the best place to get Lunch at downtown especially at that price point and most people don't even know about it! I've showed up Friday at noon and am able to get my food within 5 minutes. I guarantee this place does not disappoint you!

I worked as a caterer for this company. They threw you into jobs with zero training and expected you to figure everything out (it was not difficult to figure out but some guidance would have been appreciated). The tips we received on a job would not be redistributed to the employees but rather kept in full by the owners. The meals and service we provided was great, but as an employee, I would not recommend working here.
