Best place for subs i reccomend the Turkey Bacon Ranch Sub, packed full of meat! The brownies are gooey and yummy as well as their Cheddar Broccoli soup is always hot and pairs well with any sub. Honestly the most consistent sub place I've been to its my go to.

Excellent customer service - fun & friendly staff... Sandwich was very good, but cost $16 for the smoked beef & cheddar not including a drink. Would ask for less bbq sauce on it next time. Also, while I was waiting for my sandwich to be made, I found an old photo of my father hanging on the wall which was pretty cool.

I love the subs here. The only reason that this is not a 5 star is that tonight I ordered through Skip and this is the 3rd time that I have ordered a Coke Zero and received a regular Coke. I just ask that you check the order more carefully. Even if it was out of stock, the logical solution would be to either replace with a DIET Coke or contact the customer. Although 3 times is a little strange. If you don't carry it, remove it from your menu on Skip. My sub was delicious though.

Very tasty! Meat is smoked in house. Bread has perfectly toasted texture. Topping are done right. And the soda machine has all kinds of flavours. All kinds. We need one in Toronto!

Ordered online. It says the order will ready by 4:11. I arrived in at 4:11 and order was not ready. Staff took 15 extra mins to prepare one medium sub. Not very pleased with the service.

Loved this place! So happy that there are franchises open in Canada now, as I've only seen them in the states before. Great tasting food, welcoming atmosphere and timely orders. The staff was super helpful as well with my questions!

Oh man! If you want a BIG sub and thats actually filled with meat and everything else you want come here. They have the best selection and their subs are on ????! The best in town for sure. Might cost a bit more then the other places but definitely a different in size and man they good. My favorite sub place.

Just simply because of the time it takes ordering from this store. Do you have over 30 minutes to wait for a sub? Is that worth it to you? Then this place is for you. If you think you can order and walk out with food within 5 or 10 minutes you are going to be out of luck. I can't fathom what takes so long but I cannot ever sacrifice that much time for "fast food" I swear I have literally gotten meals faster at a sit down restaurant.

Was surprised when I saw they are closing earlier. ???? The night I posted about them closing earlier. It showed on here the store was now closing at 8:00pm Mon, Tues, Wed and Sunday. I was going to the grocery store and planned to get subs for supper. It was after 8:00pm when I came here to get the phone number to order ahead. Then I could pick it up just b4 closing. It was then I noticed the new closing times. When I went to No Frills. I looked over towards Firehouse and noticed it appeared to still be open. By then it was to late for me to make it to both places. Today I got an email from Google thanking me for my review. This reminded me to check and see what your hours said now. Now they are back to what they use to be. I don't know what's up with that. Maybe someone hacked in and changed them.

I would definitely recommend trying this sub shop out. It's a little pricey but is understandable because of their fresh ingredients, quality of food, and amazing customer service. I especially like their new Chicken Gyro Sub. Keep up the good work????????

This review is in regards to my first visit to Firehouse Subs on September 19th. Went to pick up a quick lunch and was curious to try Firehouse Subs as I had noticed we were having one open up soon in Bowmanville. The menu was legible and I was able to quickly make a decision, the engineer, and my girlfriend ordered a create your own sub. I took mine however it came and overall it was just a great sandwich. Everything was fresh and had flavour which I find is what lacks at other sandwich chains. Very pleased and would come back for it again. My girlfriends sandwich on the other hand was missing about half of the toppings she had asked them to put on it. She was disappointed but still enjoyed what she had. Overall solid experience. I will try again once they open up in Bowmanville. Maybe staff could be a little more attentive to what the customer requests on their sandwich. My girlfriend and I are very reasonable but I know other patrons are not so best be careful.

Best sandwich I've ever had all the way from NS to BC Expensive but it's like heaven nestled into the biggest, most delicious, yummy sub and a half, ive enjoyed in years. Big thumbs up on the broccoli soup too.

Delicious! First time trying Firehouse subs. My favorite food is BBQ so I tried the brisket sandwich. First bite was awesome! I got the medium size and it was not big enough. I suggest the large it's both longer and thicker than the medium.

Very clean and covid friendly. Delicious and filling, first time there and it won't be my last. Whole wheat bun was light and airy not heavy. Corned beef was flavorful without extra salt. Lettuce was very crispy compared to other big subway chain.

As usual, their subs are quite delicious. We got the NY Steamer and the beef and cheddar brisket. It was recommended to us and so worth it. For three large subs, it cost us $47 incl tax. A touch pricey for subs, but they were quite large and very good.

I was not impressed with this company as it was my first time. I ordered a large steak and cheese with mushrooms. The order taker was not friendly at all. In addition, it took a while- around 10 minutes. Lastly, the order was luke warm. Will not be back and sadly it was a waste of my hard earned money.

Stopped by for lunch and once again, was totally satisfied. Friendly staff, quick and efficient with order taking, got the order right, food was hot and very tasty! Prices are a bit higher then their competitors but subs are better, fresher and very filling! I highly recommended this restaurant.

Great food, delicious and good portions and price value. Service was great and friendly as soon as you walk in through the door, especially Brooke, who takes the time to remember who you are and your order. All in all would highly recommend.

Very good subs. My new go to. Prices are higher but considering the size and meat portions it is fair. The large sub was bigger than I expected. Most other sub places, I would feel hungry again after 3 to 4 hours.

Did an online order, arrived 5 minutes before my pick up time & the cashier took my payment. Waited another 20 minutes, went up to ask if my order was ready & I was told to wait in line again, when I could see my order sitting on the back counter this whole time. I waited a total of 30 minutes for an order that was supposed to be ready and everyone ordering after us got theirs and left and was still waiting. Asked for a new fresh sub, and all I got was my sub sitting there re-heated.

First visit to Firehouse Subs. This is a class act sub. From the buns to the ingredients everything is fresh and tasty. Heavy with meat and toppings, it is excellent. As a sub and sandwich connoisseur I can honestly say this is an excellent sub. To top it off the staff are really friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Great, attentive CSR. Tasty but other than that it’s overpriced and there’s not enough ingredients (meat/veggies) in inside of the sandwich - mostly bread. Not worth the value. Better be off with Pita Pit (as they never disappoint) or any local Shawarma place.

I think the food here is delicious. Tonight I went and got a sub for my dad and I and the service was great. The staff were friendly and gave me honest opinions when I asked them their opinions or what they recommended. The girl who served me was named Brooke and she was so nice. Her and another staff helped me with my order and it tasted great. I will definately go back some time and hope to get the same great service and experience as tonight. I know that wont be an issue. Today was my first time trying Firehouse Subs, I am very happy! The staff were incredible and the food was delicious! The staff are very welcoming and immediately greeted us as my partner and I walked in, the environment is very positive, professional and happy. The food was great! A lot of flavour and a massive sandwich! I can’t wait to come back and try the other items on the menu!
