Shockingly bad customer service! I do not know if these gentleman were just having a bad day on the weekend or if this is the typical behaviour of the staff. After reading the incredible reviews I thought that I would really enjoy my visit to this place but was sadly wrong. The food wasn’t bad, but I would’ve really enjoyed my visit more if I was treated a little bit nicer. I may try my luck again as it’s a convenient location from where I have moved to, but I hope if there is a next time that it is much better.

The fries are freshly-made and delicious, but expensive. This fry trailer has short opening hours, except during the summer, so I'm never sure if they will be open when I'm in the mood for fries. As the trailer is outside, there are customers who are not wearing masks (during the COVID-19 Pandemic) and some who smoke very near the waiting area. This really spoils my appetite.

It was really fun getting a pizza from a vending machine and the area looked nice around the machine. The pizza was better than what you would think. The price is not great, but I would not consider it expensive either. Overall, a pleasant experience and if it was the only option around I would be happy getting it again, but would not deliberately drive to one to grab a pizza when I have the option of a traditional pizzria

Taste good, crispy edges, center was a little to soft. Was nice and hot, I had to wait a bit for it to cool down. Price is a bit to high for what is offered (avg $11-$13), as it is a small thin crust pizza. I am glad I tried it, but no need to get another. Great for truckers or someone on the go that can't stop long. If it were a bit larger for the same price points, I would give it five stars.

Absolutely disgusting pizza. I bought a meat lovers for $14 and change The meat was dried out, it smelled bad and tasted horrible. Only thing open at the time so I figured buy it and try it. I won't eat there again. 1/5 stars for sure I'd give it zero if I could.

Update.... I have changed my review from a 2 to a 5 because of the excellent customer service response I received. We will definitely be trying it again. Thank you PizzaForno. We ordered a Hawaiian & Pepperoni Pizza for the first time from Pizza Forno on Oro-medonte. Sadly the pizza tasted frozen and was quite cold especially in the center. Not sure if you're supposed to continue cooking the pizza at home. It could be there was an issue with machine, We were really hoping to love it.

The food was mediocre and overpriced compared to similar tasting food at other restaurants. A previous time we went here, they closed the truck 10 minutes earlier than indicated by their hours, and we couldn't get any food. This time, the owners were too busy eating their own food and getting fill ups to serve me. Average dining experience overshadowed by poor service quality. It is very unprofessional to eat at your own restaurant in front of customers during service hours. EDIT: The owner has responded and rather than apologizing for my experience, they are unwilling to accept my criticism and call me a liar. Well, it did happen, and I certainly won't go back now after now 3 instances of poor customer experience.

We were camping at McRae Provincial Park and decided to look for a pizza place. I read the google reviews for a few places in the area (we didn't want anything from the big chain places), and this place showed up with good reviews. Well, after my experience I must give a similar review. Very good pizza, generous toppings,and most importantly, a very welcoming environment. I knew I had made a good choice when I was told it would be about 20 minutes as they made everything on request. Definitely a good sign. The only reason for the 4 stars is that it was a tad pricey, but you really do get what you pay for. If you want a $5 pizza, you can go get one somewhere. If you want really, really tasty and good, go here!

Had the hawian pizza cold tonight. $12. Very good instructions, very good pizza! Definitely recommend trying it! Great price and impressed with flavour and crust. Cool idea that is worth trying. Remember, it's a new concept, and not dine in. My friend and I agree, it is worth it. And I will try other combos.

Pizza forno is an odd experience hahahahahahaha. Never thought that I would be ordering pizza from a vending machine, yet, here we are! What a world. The chicken pizza's actually pretty good. Was definitely surprised. Worth the money? Heck yeah. Mainly for the experience, but even for the quality it wasn't that bad. Would I go again??? I dunno. Maybe.

I got a Hawaiian. It turned my stomach and smelled like gym socks. I honestly would not feed this to my dogs. Crust is soggy and the ingredients tasted spoiled.

Stopped by for lunch on my way to a job site today and wasn’t really impressed at all. Food was incredibly mediocre and the fries were mushy. The advice I can give is to make better fries and to make better gravy because it was super salty and clumpy.

arrived about 3:30 pm today intending on ordering from their menu but didnt realize they didnt open til 4. went the fry truck instead to get an order to go. we had a utility trailer behind us so we just pulled up off of 12 and parked as close to the entrance without blocking it. got our fries ( owner popped out of restaurant to tell us to move our dog off the wooden area of chip truck in a not so friendly tone or words). returned to our SUV and had trouble starting. so we made some calls and were awaiting caa when same owner came to our SUV and we thought he was coming to offer assistance but instead got all nasty when we said it would be 45 mins for caa . all he could say is "not good" and "you didnt park right" .. "it's about to get busy and you are here". no offer to help although he said we cant push you because of the trailer. then he stormed back to his shack and that was that. we managed to get it started a few minutes later and left but while we sat we ate the fries and gravy.. both were horrible as the fries were mainly small little pieces of toothpick sized black potato and they were very mushy and old tasting. the gravy was like grease mixed with a little bovril. we never got any food from the shack to critique and after his conduct we never will be stopping there even though we pass it twice a weekend.. food might be decent but actions speak louder EDIT my reply to the owners response is simply this . "waddled" ?? what are you implying by this and since you have no respect for people who don't like you or your food I will add this. my wife doesnt appreciate such vile comments especially since she completed her chemo and radiation treatments. I hope you feel good about yourself and take your judgements of people and throw them where we threw your fries. maybe if you had signage for where trailers can park it wont interfere with all 3 cars that showed up to order your food while we were stuck there . As pet owners we are very respectful of others property and although our dog did sniff his way around all the empty tables he did NOT piss on any areas where patrons might eventually show up to order his food during their "busy " time. An owner who replies to ANY situation by calling a customer a waddling idiot doesn't deserve to continue to be patronized regardless of his quality of food. Customer service should come first for any owner of any business in any situation. SECOND EDITION since you obviously saw us pull in or when you spoke to us when we ordered our fries it might have been proper to mention the parking on the west side of the building then rather than use this as a piece of your rant. there was no animosity whatsoever until you decided to confront us and create the animosity. the fries and "gravy" we purchased would have received the same critique even if you had delivered them to our car with a smile . the thing that people need to pay attention to with any business is how they handle criticism. . .

Today I had the absolute pleasure of trying the fillet minion special. The steak was cooked to a perfect medium (something that I rarely find, even when dining at particularly expensive restaurants). Above all though, the flavour of the steak, and its accompaniments, we’re impeccable! The fillet was tender and had an interesting, yet pleasantly subtle, and classic, wine sauce. Paired with it were rosemary roast potatoes, and grilled peppers. Worthy of mention is the degree to which the roasted potatoes were prepared; the texture of the outside maintained its structure, while the inside was soft and smooth. The rosemary spicing was elegant and present throughout the whole side. The kind owners, staff, and fellow customers; along with the wonderful food, all make for a great experience!! The quality of the food can be summarized by the following: I’ve had dishes that may cost three times more than the one I enjoyed today, and I have to say that this dish was superior to many of those in every way. (This applies to all of the various dishes/offerings at Ciao Chow Ciao.)

Stopped by to grab a burger and fries decided to get a bacon cheeseburger with poutine instead. Excellent burger and some of the best chip truck poutine I’ve had. Burger was very thick and juicy poutine was huge for a regular size a nice beef gravy and real cheese curds. Staff is super nice and friendly prices are very reasonable for the amount of food you get. When in the Bass Lake area highly recommended stopping by
