Great food, great service. These guys are very lenient with my requests, deliver to my home or work and always deliver the food with such care in the allocated times. So far I've never had any issues such as over cooked meals which is rather surprising considering I'm picky when it comes to food, and their customer service so far is second to none. Normally I hate salmon but I accidentally ordered the Thai baked salmon I believe it was called and it actually changed my mind about salmon! Looking forward to new meals on the menu! Love the branding as well, I'm a sucker for that stuff, Love it thus far!

Meals are convenient and a lot to choose from though make absolutely sure you pick manually; I forgot one week and ended up with a week's worth of unpopular meals. Normally I wouldn't mind but I pay extra to be on the Protein Plus - low carb plan and many of the meals delivered had hardly any protein as they were largely vegan!

After having bad experiences with a few other companies I decided to try Mealfix. Amazing customer service compared to other places I have dealt with. Food is decent although I have had a few times where the steak is basically seared and very under cooked. Lots of variety every week and not very often do I see the same meals. Pricing I would say is fair and decent portions.

Most meals are either really good or pretty bland. Would not recommend getting the no-carb option as you'd essentially be heating up salads for every meal. Portion sizes are pretty decent for the average person.

Portion could be a little bigger since I opted for the Protein Plus selection during my meals. And I don't have any way of knowing my specifications are taken into consideration at the least when listing them each week while making food selections. There are 4 types of meal options, Regular, Protein Plus, No Carb, and Keto. I opt for the Protein Plus with No Carb (add veggies instead of carbs). So essentially I would like a comprehensive caloric breakdown to keep track of my calories vs. the sticker they slap onto the lid of the container that provides a broad overview of ALL the meal options and not what I specifically ordered. Other than that, FANTASTIC service and food tastes AMAZING!!!! Well packaged, reusable containers,

Their meals are both delicious and healthy. I have a very busy schedule and I usually ordered food or eat out before I stumbled upon MealFix. It really helps not having to think about what I'll be eating for lunch or dinner since everything is already prepared by MealFix. I generally like various types of cuisine so it really worked out well for me. I am not quite sure how picky eaters would fare in this program but, it definitely works amazing for me.

Price, delivery conveniences, packaging is comparable to the others but the food is better across the board. The best GTA meal delivery service we have tried by far! Customer service is SUPERIOR. Aliya is always working hard to keep the clients happy. And unlike others, she listens and implements changes wherever possible. Kudos to customer relations team, or just a team of 1 perhaps. For example, when we had an unexpected power outage last summer lasting half a day, we requested a delayed delivery. They did one better, they loaded up the bag with extra ice to prevent food spoilage! Although things started out a bit rocky, they quickly improved. Quickly they moved from once a week (Sunday only) to Sunday and Wednesday deliveries ensuring the food is always fresh. The food flavours and portions are awesome and they will make adjustments to your orders (e.g. NO CARBS) at no cost. Sure, there was an occasional mix up, but I can attribute that to growing pains and new staff. Majority of the time things work out. Mealfix saves our family time on cooking while providing variety of choices each day. If you sign up for a subscription, you get a discount and they also offer referral discounts/bonuses so you can try without risking too much. It’s not for everyone but it definitely works for us. Two areas of improvement: ordering system and even greater meal variety. Ordering system is a google sheets form. It’s fine but the biggest issue is A) seeing what you just ordered and B) checking later whether you actually made the order – you can’t. Usually a quick email to Mealfix gives you the right answer but it’s not self-serve and makes extra work for Mealfix staff. Meal Variety: Although there are usually 8-9 menu choices per week, some of them are only available for Sunday delivery while others only for Wednesday. If I *REALLY* like the turkey meatballs (and they were awesome, bring them back!) and want to order them for all meals, I can’t. This reminds me, the weekly menu changes by swapping out 2 meals so sometimes your favourites get replaced by not so favourites. This happened once and a week later we had more delicious choices to pick from. Anyway, those are minor issues that shouldn’t prevent you from at least trying it out. Food is generally tasty and filling. Customer service rocks! Mealfix saves you time and you get a discount to try it out (with a referral). You have nothing to lose; give it a shot!

Hi Google-ites Meal Fix frankly has a great concept just like other Prepared Meal delivery service providers. As one of their several customers, I would expect a wholesome, filling meal with adequate package and quality or taste of the food I order. MealFix has a simple meal plan with a simple interface to order the meals I wish to have over a week. I opted for a 5 meals pack, which I received in an insulated bag with ice packs in them. Firstly, the meals were individually packed in environment friendly boxes but oddly the lids were pretty loose and flimsy held together with a band. This didn't impress me. Next the meals are just not enough for dinner or lunch. I had to have something more after having one of the Meal Fix's meal, which I wasn't really expecting I had to do. Finally, the taste of some of the components of a meal wasn't really tasty and I had use a sauce or salt or pepper to have the meal with some satisfaction. Frankly, I wouldn't opt for Meal Fix again in my opinion. But nevertheless you all should give it a try and experience it. Hope this helps. Stay safe. Stay healthy. Cheers Rishi

Portion sizes are a bit small but to be honest, you get used to it fast and you start to realize the amount of over eating you would otherwise eat. We ordered it for the three of us at the office. I've been using MealFix for about two months now. Due to my having Fibromyalgia, it got to be too difficult to prepare healthy meals on my own -- and my health was deteriorating from lack of proper nutrition. Enter MealFix! Now I just pop a dinner in the toaster oven and it comes out tasting home-made. (They say it's okay to microwave it as well). The food is nutritionally well-balanced and they even have options for Keto diets. Frankly, I can't live without those meals now. My life is so much better. The staff are sensitive and responsive to any requests. The food is consistently high-quality and fresh tasting. Highly recommended!!

The food is high quality!! There's a new dish every week and because the food is good, I often buy the new meal of the week to try it out! The portion size is perfect if you'd like a normal calorie diet. If you're looking for a more heavier diet, MealFix may not be as ideal. My favourites are the Salmon, Udon Noodles, Pesto Chicken and Jalapeño Dip ????

We have been using mealfix for our weekly lunches/dinners for about 1 year. The food has been consistently outstanding. Made with fresh ingredients/ no processed “crap”. The portioned control amounts of their meals work great for us, and yet are very filling. My wife and I have been using MealFix for the last three months. We found the quality and variety of MealFix to be great. Most week you get a variety of meat protein choices. There are also vegan choices that are fun to try sometimes. The price is similar to ingredient delivery services like Chef's Plate, but it comes cooked, so that is definitely a plus. We used Chef's Plate for a year, and we would only recommend it to people who actually enjoy a cooking experience and not recommend it to people who want a convenient eating experience. The price is reasonable. Compared to eating out, we are saving hundreds a month. I highly recommend it.

I've now tried 2 different items. The chicken taco bowl and the Turkey meatloaf. In both cases they tasted great, were not oversalted or over spiced and the meat actually tasted fresh like you would get it from the grocery store, unfrozen and prepared yourself. It cannot be overstated how rare it is to have meat from a prepared place that actually tastes like the way you would make it in your own kitchen. Too often it's oversalted to keep, or over seasoned to hide the lack of freshness. In this case there is nothing to hide; It's home cooked food and fresh. Really well done, and I'm picky so trust me when I say this was great. Oh and I'm Greek so I expect a good portion and that was also accomplished.

I have been ordering from MealFix for the past few weeks. I was looking for portion control, nutritional balance, convenience, good value, and food that don’t taste like typical diet meals. There are some service that deliver ingredients that require you to cook them prior to serving. I just wanted ease even though I cool well. So I tried MealFix thanks to the first-order discount incentive. I was happy enough to keep ordering. It was easy to place my weekly order, the delivery comes on time and well packed, the meals are in individual containers with full nutritional breakdown, and the food was flavourful yet healthy. Sometimes I am surprised by the caloric count because of what I am eating. But a well planned menu can manage calories without sacrificing flavour or volume. I have a protein such as grilled sirloin strips or coconut crusted tilapia; a carb such as sweet potatoes or barley and lentils; and a vegetable like okra or green beans or kale/tomato salad. The food is cooked and seasoned well, and does not feel bland or unsatisfying. MealFix is also an economical option. As someone who knows how to cook, I am conscious of price of ingredients. But it is the time and effort to cook for one that adds a hidden cost to the process. My order covers my meals for the weekdays during my work time, keep me on a regimented diet, and leave room on the weekend for my own cooking and social dining. I am happy with the service.

When all the other reviews say excellent customer service, they really mean it. Mealfix is very accommodating wether I want my meals delivered to work or home. I like that the meals are labelled so you can track your macros. The website and branding is great. My boyfriend orders meals with another service in toronto and he's been through a lot of trouble dealing with no meals from "technical difficulties". Not sure who's behind the brand but Aliya is great. She provides really good customer service - I have been ordering for months now and took a break when I went on vacation. No trouble cancelling/switching meals plans with her. Kavi the delivery guy is also great! I love also how the meals change every week and you're not stuck eating the same meals. Even better that they offer customer loyality discount if you do weekly subscriptions with them.

By far the most exceptional meal prep service in all aspects across the board. I have had the opportunity to try 2-3 other meal prep services and they were not comparable to say the least. Mealfix food is clean and cooked to perfection...juiciest chicken I've ever had, steak grilled perfectly (not leathery), the burgers (even the black bean burgers), salmon cakes, tofu, ground beef/turkey, curries...EVERYTHING has the most perfect texture...and the flavours are remarkable. The sides are perfectly seasoned - grains are always cooked just right - not over nor under. One thing that really amazes me is the level of authenticity of the different ethnic foods that they offer. My meals are always neatly packed and tidy in thermal bags and are always kept at a good temperature in case I'm not able to intercept them right away. The customer service is outstanding. The staff is extremely polite, professional, and prompt. The delivery service is reasonably priced and very accommodating. Love love love them.

I was first apprehensive to use this service but having a disability during these trying times has been a hard to get quality service and MealFix team has gone above and beyond. These prepared meals offer me a chance to enjoy the keto lifestyle with no effort on my part and they are so generous that I can quite often invite guests over and we'll share from two or three meals to make a dinner presentation for everyone to help themselves to any of the different portions available. Food is always fresh and tasty and the Lexus are thing is I would not have thought of that go together very well. Decent food, reasonable portions and pricing. My delivery however, the second portion (7 meals on Wednesday) did not show up. When i contacted customer service i was told that their driver could confirm that my delivery showed up on X date between 9:30-10pm (Luckily i have cameras that proved differently). When I brought this to their attention they claimed that it was sent to a different address. Ended up having the cost of 7 meals refunded, but they still charged me for delivery... No effort was made outside of the refund for the inconvenience of not receiving my shipment and being charged for a delivery i did not receive (I figured they would at least offer me a discount on my next order). Too bad, i would have continued using the service had they handled their error in a more professional and customer engaged manner. Based on this experience i would not recommend them.

Y'all, I have tried this for 3 weeks now, I love it; the amount is just right, you can taste the high quality ingredients and tastes great. I order 5 meals per week, extra carb-protein potions and is enough for me (late 30 male, athlete). The good thing is that they change the menu weekly and you don't have repeated meals in a row; highly recommended if you don't have time to cook.

I received meals for the week of May 28. The meals I received, with the exception of the chicken pasta, were tasteless and generally not good. It felt like an absolute chore to eat MealFixCanada meals. I don't regret trying them out, but I will definitely not be reordering.

There are several healthy options to choose from weekly and the portion size is quite sufficient. I am also really impressed with the quick and courteous email communication from their staff. Meal fix is awesome. They deliver quality foods that fit your macros. Love the delivery, it is always on time and food is very easy to store in the fridge. When you warm it up after a few days it tastes amazing and still fresh. Keep up the great work meal fix.
