GB Catering is a group of people to work with. I have known of and worked with the team at GB Catering since 1988 as they run the food services for a summer camp I have been affiliated with during that time. While food quality is one thing that has kept them with us for the past 34 years the other is the staff. They have worked with us to develop and refine menus, they ensure their suppliers provide us what we need, they hire great staff and they have really come to understand what makes our camp (and I'm sure others) tick. To the entire GB team, I can't wait until this COVID-19 mess is over and we can share a meal again.

I work at a summer camp that has had a great business relationship with GB Catering for decades. The kitchen team is always collaborative, helping to make special evening programs even better. The kitchen is always left in impeccable shape, and the owner even comes in at the beginning and end of the season to check up on our kitchen personally. We receive great communication and recommendations when we are in need of replacing pots, pans or other equipment, and the staff interact well with our camp staff. I would (and do) recommend GB Catering to any camp or school or wedding couple needing their services.

I have had the pleasure of both working with GB and have attended a camp that GB has worked with for over decade. GB staff even catered my wedding weekend! The food quality has always been exceptional, and the staff are always friendly! The thing that has always stood out about GB is their incredible flexibility and ability to accommodate special diets, special events, and last minute changes! Mike and his team are truly one of a kind and I highly recommend them!

It's a shame that people post fake reviews. I was sad to hear that, because of Covid 19, GB Catering, and their entire staff would be out of work this past summer. Something that I guess these fake reviewers weren't aware of before writing their ridiculously inaccurate "reviews". I've worked for GB for over 10 years, and have learned so much. They were where I started my professional career in the culinary industry. They're extremely professional, and put out some great quality, hand made food. Hygene, sanitation, and safe food handling techniques are always number one with this company. I will always recommend GB Catering to anyone looking for a caterer, and always point people in their direction if looking for employment.. Great company, run by some of the best people I've ever met and worked along side. 10/10. These past 2 reviews seem like an attack, while promoting other catering businesses.. Something smells fishy to me. Audrey has 2 reviews, both negative, and both for catering/food consultants, done on the same day. Hmm....

Absolutely love this company!! Our company has been working with both the company and current owners for over 15 years and have received nothing but excellent service. Super kind people (and wow, do they do a great job catering for Weddings too!!!)
