We were hosting peri-wedding event. Our experience was off the chart great. The catered picnic was hampered by intermittent rain and she had to work extra hard to keep everything dry and warm. She saved our event. The food was fantastic. Service unbelievable. I couldn't recommend her more highly.

We ordered Parlato's catering for a 70th birthday celebration. It was my first-time using a catering company and my expectations were greatly exceeded. Delivery was made on time and the food was very warm, just ready to serve. My guests raved at how good the food tasted. Highlights were the lasagna bolognese, chicken marsala as well as the grilled mixed vegetables. The 'fried-to-share' appetizer platter was also great. There was so much food, guests were only happy to take leftovers home. Overall, a really great experience, highly recommend and will definitely use them again.

With the current pandemic restrictions, I was in a quandary as to how to handle my husband’s funeral. I came up with the idea of a “tailgate sendoff” and sought out Sonia to put together box lunches. It was a beautiful day as family and friends gathered to pay their respects and say goodbye. I used Parlato's Catering services in August 2020 for my wedding. I had such an amazing experience with Sonia and her whole team. Getting married during a pandemic was extremely stressful, but Sonia made the catering process so easy and comfortable. From the beginning, she worked with me to find the best menu for my day. I informed her of all the food allergies and food sensitivities as well as the number of guests. She did not try to upsell me whatsoever. In fact, she suggested that the amount of food I was ordering was way too much for the amount of people I had. She made great recommendations, and ultimately we had more than enough delicious food for the day. Her prices are very reasonable for the amount and quality of food you are receiving. Her service was outstanding prior to my wedding and the day of. She personally delivered and set up all the food herself. All of the dishes were absolutely amazing! All of my guests were blown away with their meal. Sonia checked in with me after my wedding date to ask how everything went and if I was happy with the food/service. It is very clear that she is serious about great customer service! I find her to be very personable, easy to work with, and professional. She respected all covid-19 protocols by wearing a mask and keeping distance from my guests while setting up the food (even though we were outside). I would recommend Parlato's Catering to anyone looking for exceptional food and service with a reasonable price. Thank you for all of your hard work Sonia! She was lovely and responsive to my many questions and not at all pushy with the menu options. She was very flexible with my ever-changing menu and guided me in the selection of food items to meet my preference and budget. Sonia arranged my order for tent/tables/chairs with another vendor as well, which made things much easier for me. On the day of the event I had spectacular servers, Claudia and Sue. They went above and beyond what they were expected to do and were very attentive to all of our guests' needs. I can't thank them enough. The food itself was delicious and very plentiful. I particularly enjoyed the steak (very tender) and roasted veggies (very flavorful). Excellent service overall! Definitely recommend.

My husband and I hosted an 80th birthday for my mother in law. I searched for a catering company in my area and found Sonia’s website for Parlato’s Catering. In reading the story of how Sonia came about creating her company from recipes from her dear grandmother which pulled a string in my heart, I reached out to Sonia for her help. From the time she stepped into our home I knew that we would be in great hands. Her attention to detail in what to serve and where to locate the serving stations was reassuring that our party would be a huge success and we could not wait to taste her delicious meal. The day of the event Sonia arrived extra early to ensure the guests would arrive to an extraordinary presentation, from a beautifully designed charcuterie board to a variety of hot pasta shells,meatballs,roasted potatoes, roasted vegetables and eggplant Parmesan to the finale of delicious desserts consisting of Nutella filled heart shaped donuts and mini tiramisu and custard filled tarts with fresh blueberries and strawberries. Our guests were amazed at the presentation and the quality of all the food. My mother in law was so delighted and reiterated over and over how delicious all the food was. Throughout the whole process Sonia made the experience seamless. The quality of her food was second to none. I would highly recommend Parlato’s Catering and would not hesitate to call upon Parlato’s Catering for future events.
