Irene, this review is for you. It's unfortunate that your poor attitude got the best of you today. I'm not even sure if you are an owner as I only come occasionally and because it's convenient. That being said, I will look elsewhere to purchase my fresh pasta. Convenient or not convenient I don't want to support business' that lack basic customer service skills. Good Luck!!!

I was in the Oakville store recently and there were two young men working the front. At first they seemed like they were fooling around and didn’t do much work but as soon as I was ready they were quick to help me out. I also was surprised at the maturity of the the two and how well they worked together. The pasta was also amazing. I will definitely be telling lots of people about your store!

The lasagna is amazing! If you go on Tuesday you can get a warm family lasagna tray for $13.50. All of their pasta and sauces are really good. There’s also a freezer section with a bunch of other stuff. Samples of the deal of the day are always available and they don’t skimp on the sample size. I think they make the best take out lasagna.

Very pleased with my catering order. The service was impeccable, accomodating and very quick. The ladies at the location itself were such a pleasure and very helpful. The store is also very clean. Most importantly - the food is DELICIOUS and such a great price. Definitely a hit at the office. We will be ordering from Palma Pasta again. Thank you!!!

The food is always consistently great however there is one issue when it comes to serving customers on the phone and in person. I called in once to place an order recently and wound up talking with a woman who properly shouldn't be on a phone the way she spoke to me. As if she was doing me a huge favor taking my order and the condescending manner I felt while being spoken to led to me not placing an order. This left a bad taste in my mouth and the next time I was in the area, I stopped in to pick up some stuff and find out who it was I was talking to that day. Lucky me, as it turned out the woman I spoke to on the phone previously was in the store that day. I was served by another staff member who was excellent and I asked for the managers name. Fiorella was the one I spoke to on the phone that day and just by observing her in the store while I was there, she struck me as an individual who comes across in a brusque, highly agitated manner that really demonstrates marginal people skills for customers and most likely, staff as well. As a business owner myself, having good managers is ideal as they are essential to success when it comes to clients repeat business as well as a good working environment for staff which is equally represented in how they present to customers. Usually when someone I employ comes into work in the manner I observed, the first thing I do is pull them aside to see what is going on and if they need a day or two to get themselves sorted out, no problem. Leaving them on the floor unchecked is bad for customers and staff because they eventually start to think they can come to work and treat customers and staff in an unacceptable manner. Knowing how hard the Petrucci family has worked to build their brand from humble beginnings to their excellent status they have earned, it was built in part by the knowledge that a happy team is a successful team and as a loyal customer I would be remiss to not mention if I saw something that appeared out of order because I care as much about their success as I do their food. Great store, great food, great staff. Please look into that manager as I suspect I'm not the only one she treated like some sort of inconvenience that day. If I didn't like the Petrucci's and their food so much, I wouldn't have returned.

Great Italian food with a home cooked taste. For those nights you really don't feel like cooking this is a fantastic option. We got the veggie lasagna which is delicious and we got a free garlic bread to boot. Friendly staff, pretty reasonable prices, highly recommend.

Does Pasta get better? NO. It. Does. Not. Their beef lasagna and fresh pastas are to live for! Staff can be very stand offish so you have to make an effort to get good service. Their food is too good for their poorly mannered staff's shortcomings to get in the way.

Always greeted well! They do everything they can to make your order right. They also went above and beyond on my recent visit. I have a broken oven, and they offered to cook my food. When I went back, it was fresh out of the oven. Awesome service.

So we're trying to get our badly-needed lasagna fix after the debacle last month at an Italian bakery here in Milton that shall remain nameless...and the service at Palma Pasta was simple and hassle-free. Every day they have a special - chicken parm, tortellini, ravioli...Lasagna? So on the day the lasagna is the special, the frozen serving which will feed a family is around 13 dollars. (Not the 22 dollars at the Italian bakery here in Milton that shall remain nameless!) On the days when the lasagna is not the special, a piping-hot serving that will still be hot by the time you drive from Oakville to Milton is around 16 or 17 dollars. You gotta head there after work fast, the deals get snapped up quickly. I did not experience the rudeness others have at this location and am not disputing it, but reading the comments others have posted I do notice that management at least has the decency to respond to complaints. Fresh lasagna, and cripes is it good 'cause I had a hunk of it for breakfast! It is juicy with sauce and very meaty. Very home-cooked in flavour. Not sure if the guy who posted the "no ricotta" comment knows what ricotta is, but whatever! Fresh home-cooked lasagna, no drama, and affordable. That's all I was looking for and exactly what I bought. Bravo Palma Pasta!

We have been dedicated customers for 20 years. For the first time I purchased Fettuccini Alfredo medium size, and it had absolutely zero taste. We tried to improve the taste with garlic and Parmesan cheese but no one ate it. It seriously needs improvement.

If you want the best lasagna that tastes like Nonna's, this is where my mom goes to get it when she's too lazy to make it. The sauce is great and the taste is just like a good Nonna would make. Palma pasta has great deals on Tues and Thurs. You won't be disappointed. Enjoy and remember when you go to palma pasta more often, you'll find yourself going less too Nonna's. So grab some and visit your grandma and tell her dinners on you.

Been going back, the cheese lasagna a little to cheesey for me. Lol. Family enjoy the meat lasagna and loved the eggplant Parmesan which you have to call ahead for, rarely see it at the counter. Eggplant parm is delicious there.

I’ve always enjoyed the quality of the prepared pastas. I’ve ordered large trays for my events in the past however the one issue I have is the customer service. I am sitting outside the shop and feeling pretty ridiculous that I didn’t walk out without my purchase after being treated like I wasn’t a valued customer. The older lady who cashed me has absolutely NO personality or kindness in her mannerisms. I specifically came to purchase something for a special dinner tonight and travelled 30 minutes to do so. This lady needs to learn how to be pleasant and not so rude to customers. I am a small business owner as well and I ALWAYS make sure I treat my customers with kindness. You’re going to lose customers solely based on customer service, people don’t just come for the product but for the experience. I will think twice about ordering or visiting again.

Ordered for an event went to pick-up..they gave us the wrong order...we arrived all the way home to realize it was wrong (not sure how this happened when it was under my name)...had to drive all the way back to return the incorrect food...from this point waited in store over 10 minutes, got no gift-card or any sort of benefit for the mix up....this was all for an event that was at a set time...terribly poor service.

Very great italian food, premade and uncooked. If you ever need a quick dinner its the best place for pastas, lasagnas and more. The only thing is make sure to come earlier in the day or else there is not much left of the prepared foods.

The fresh pasta is amazing, especially the stuffed pasta.... if I could make a suggestion to PP, I would love to see them add a couple of really good Italian style soups to the menu. Something like minestrone or wedding soup, or pasta e fagioli, etc. You heard it here first... I think these could do really well! ; )

I have ordered from Palma Pasta for some catering before and its been pretty good. I just tried, however, the butternut squash frozen agnolotti and all 3 of us couldn't taste the squash. It was mediocre. There seemed to be lots of other things (cheese). Was disappointed.

Okay so you want the real "Italian deal" this is it. Be going here for years, you need fresh pasta, a ready made Lasagna, Eggplant Parmiggiana, this is the place to go, and you can't beat the price. Staff are always friendly and on Superbowl Finals, the always have a Sale/discount on the party tray of Lasagna! I don't even watch football, but now I make a point to grab a Lasagna for a great deal!

I entered your empty store around 11:15 this morning looking for chicken cannelloni. There were none on the frozen shelf so we started looking at the fresh. I asked the LADY for the 13.50 size as I pointed to the sign. She FREEKED and ripped the sign off the counter and BARKED Thursday special. The sign was still up at mid day Friday. Thursday special is in small font while the product and price are larger.. I didn't see the" Thursday." Customer service ... there was NONE ... Only rudeness as she tore up that sign. I don't think I deserved to be treated like I was doing something wrong. The sign was left out from previous day, HER mistake, NOT mine... I will not return to that store and I will certainly tell others...

Pasta was delicious, service was...interesting to say the least. I was buying a lasagna to feed 9 people, and the woman behind the counter gave me the smallest serving, insisting it would be enough. I know my family, and I knew it wouldn't be enough. The lady sighed in exasperation, like she knew she couldn't make me buy the smallest lasagna, which makes me wonder if there was something wrong with that one in the first place...Then she charged it as a different item, though she was quick to fix it when I pointed it out. I think the woman may have just been having an off day, so I'd go back there in the future. The lasagna was delicious!!
