This is the third time this has happened so I figured I’d finally leave a review. Every time I stop by this place they always screw up my order and forget it. We ordered two orders of popcorn chicken and didn’t receive it and waited for 30 minutes. We eventually asked if our order was coming as we’ve been waiting a while for something that doesn’t usually take that long to make. The guy had the audacity to tell us they’ve served it to us and called our number - they only ever called the number before us, which was a similar order. They clearly saw us just sitting there waiting for an entire half an hour without receiving anything. They didn’t even apologize until after a friend of mine called them out on it. It’s honestly too bad, because every time I come here, I want to give it a chance since it’s the only Asian food place of walking distance but I’m disappointed every time. Their food could be good but they seriously need proper training for their staff.

I love coming here! I come here almost daily and it's my favourite place to go and chill. The bubble tea is amazing and I love that you can customise the sugar to your liking. The staff are always very friendly and patient. Definitely the best bubble tea in Oakville. Relaxed atmosphere, somewhere I could see myself going with my sketchbook and relaxing. Recommend!!!

Great little spot. Fresh food and amazing Bubble Tea options. I love being able to control the amount of Sugar in my Bubble Tea. Getting a Milk tea without any added sugar is a blessing. Kinda hard to find because the sign isn't up, but worth the effort

Love the location and their drinks are really good. I wish they were open later though. I usually don't get a hankering for bubble tea till I've had dinner and relaxed a bit. By then the place is closed.

I live nearby and come here very often, all the taiwanese fried chickens (any of them) and most of the food items are very good and very close to what you would get in Asia! only issue I have with them is that food service is a little slow, and they have a tendency to mess up the order, however they will usually change it if you tell them. Personally i'm not complaining I'm just glad to be able to get good asian food near Sheridan!!!

I was impressed by the place when I walked in probably due to its location in a plaza that doesn't have much for students at Sheridan but everything here looked new and was decently priced unlike everything that's near the school. I wasn't impressed with the staff though, took forever to get my order. When I finally got it they made the wrong order and even got the order# wrong. They had to remake it, this time it was done in half the time and it wasn't even made right......they had to take it back because they forgot the ice cream. Despite this I wouldn't mind coming back since it's probably the best thing in the block right now for students, but not ordering bubble waffles from here again. The bubble waffles were okay. Seemed like it was put in the waffle maker and sprinkled some stuff with an addition of ice cream. Something you can do yourself.

At first we just had real fruit - quite a bummer for most of us bubble tea lovers. But this place really takes the cake! Now I don't have to drive all the way to Mississauga for Chatime everytime! Keep up the great work.

Cute place! Finally a good bbt place in Oakville! I tried the signature milk tea and it was very good! I like the option to control the sugar and ice level. Lots of great board games too. I wish the hours were later so I could satisfy my late night bbt cravings after dinner.

This place is not as good as it used to be. Milk bubble tea is garbage. No more dim sum. Fried chicken?!? Lol Not sure about anything else. The syrup they use curdles to the bottom when they shouldnt be using syrup at all. Which means they dont know what theyre doing. Tapuoca was wayyy to overcooked. You never know. Might change.

It’s at a pretty good location, which gave it a lot of advantage, the service not so much. First even though they have a closing time, they stop selling the food like 2 hours before that, which is just weird because their operating time is already very short (2-7pm, only 5 hours???), you need to check before you come, because they also likes to change their store time. They take very long to make food and drinks, be prepared to wait 20 minutes for a bubble tea. Not sure if this still happens anymore, but they seem to have no coordination between the staffs, sometimes they’re out of tapiocas or other food/topping, but they don’t tell you until you get your drink, and you see no tapiocas and have to go ask them yourself. The food and drinks are not bad, it’s just the service part that needs a lot of reinforcement.

Came here to try this place out and it was very disappointing as we waited for 15 minutes and our order wasn't even taken while the one worker was running around fulfilling one take out order and dropped the drink and had to remake it. It was sad ......... someone help this woman out.

I go here every week with my friends to play board games with. The bubble tea is always so amazing and authentic. Their original bubble tea is definitely the best in Oakville. The store itself is also very clean and the cups have beautiful package. Highly recommend!!

It's okay. I feel like the old place used to be better. They used to have non dairy options (soymilk), but now they really only have the fruit juice option for non dairy. I ordered a drink with tapioca, but they forgot it. Might be that staff is still learning though. Decor is nice though, and place has a cool vibe. Maybe things change a bit more in the coming months.

None of the people making foods and drinks wore gloves, mask, coveralls or head dress. Hygiene practice is nonexistent. I ordered two types of bubble teas and both were horrible. Stay away!

Very good, just hope they can work on getting the orders right a bit. I ordered 1 of my bubble tea without pearls but still got them and my Brown Sugar Milk tea was not sweet at all, I put 50%. Also didn't have the dripping tapioca lining on the inside of the cup it usually has, it was plain milk tea. It was confusing because I ordered through Ubereats, all instructions are there digitally. Because it was delivery, I couldn't change it. Otherwise, really tasty and good portions. Bubble waffle will be better with inside or outside topping .

It's a really nice ambiance and it's cool that they have boardgames for patrons to play with, but the bubble tea quality isn't the best. Majority of the milk tea is from powder and more often than not there is a bitter aftertaste. Sometimes the cashier won't ask for how much sugar you want in your drink, or maybe the music is too loud to hear their question, so make sure you say how much sugar you want in it if you want to have an enjoyable drink. For food, they usually have it made and ready to serve, so for the ideal quality maybe come midday while it's still kind of fresh. On the other hand, they actually make the dessert for you. Personally, I think that the food is in the pricy side for the amount that is given, but they can have some pretty decent deals too. Overall, it's *o k a y* but don't come in with high hopes.
