First time trying firehouse subs and what a pleasant surprise it is!! I had to stop half way through my sub to write this and let the masses know not to think twice about going here. Amazing!! Service was great, greeted, farewelled and confirmed multiple times what we ordered! Turkey bacon ranch! Bang on!!! Nice work will be back weekly.

As soon as we walked in, we were greeted so professionally and enthusiastically by one of the staff members. He was great! The food was delicious and very, very filling. The facility looked clean as well. Will certainly come back!

Aug. 20 amendment to this post. I came over a week later to pick up (was not going to trust an app) James helped me. As soon as I gave my name he asked about my review in a very very nice way. He then apologized and advised that he had contacted skip the dishes and told them to give me my refund. He asked if I had received it and apologized for the mix up. I also apologized because that had been a bad day for me and I knew it wasn't the restaurants fault but skip the dishes. The customer service at this location is outstanding. I was so impressed with how concerned James was, how polite and nice he was and that he had been the reason I got my refund. Delivery may be convenient but cannot compare to the people that make this restaurant great. Aug 13 -I have been to this location many many times. The staff are amazing. However, when ordering on line gluten free buns is not an option but I have ordered through skip the dishes and never had an issue when I put gluten free bun in the notes. Tonight for some reason it was an issue my order has been canceled, I'm not getting a refund and I'm not able to find a phone number for the restaurant to call and ask why they don't have gluten free buns as an option. Other than the amazing staff.... I won't be going back.

Sub were loaded with meat and ingredients and the staff was great. Can't complain about the size & amount of food. Total of $ 31:00 for two with no drinks a bit pricey, but worth it!!

This was the most delicious sub I have ever had! We went to the Oshawa location. We had the beef brisket and it was absolutely mouth watering!!! The bread was so fresh and the side pickle was a nice touch!! This sub place is a 10/10!!

I heard there was a Fire House Sub near my work and I had to go try it! Got my co-workers to go too. Went there at lunch time for my very first time. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I ordered the large Italian sub and took it back to the office. The line moved quickly, I was in and out in no time. Got back to the office and opened it up. Wow I was very impressed with the amount of meat inside this sub and the taste was to die for. A bit pricey but worth every cent! I will be back to try the rest of the menu. Best sub in town, you got to eat here!

Very disappointing visit had a promo for a free drink they couldn't honor it I got nothing unbelievable the quality of the meat definitely not grade A pre-chopped extra shot no flavor not impressed with the quality not for that money better rip off there's really no quality nothing no taste plus the rip off or the fraud you know you're offered a free drink you show up you get nothing just very disappointing I don't recommend this place I think it's too new not very well organized and definitely overpriced no quality whatsoever very disappointed will not go back I advise anybody if you get a coupon it probably won't get you anything so don't bother I also feel ripped off I don't know how they're going to stay in business not in this town not with that service or that food quality they will not survive nor do they deserve it a bit of a rip-off joint if you ask me. *** No follow up no reply no response. If they don't care why should we even support such a ripoff establishment shame.

worst experience at a firehouse subs I have ever had. I waited 30 mins for my sub with only 5 people in the restaurant as well as 5 employees! Not sure what they were all doing! You’re better off driving down Dundas to the trafalgar location as it would be quicker than waiting at this location!

I ordered a New york Steamer with extra mustard and pickles and got niether the pickles nor the mustard. I was offered the combo which I agreed to for $ 3 to get the the chili ( Which btw...is a tiny cup ),but they don't mention that there's also a $3.59 charge to make it a combo. So the chili full price is $ 4.99 and the drink is $ 2.79.....Where's the deal when it comes to making it a combo? Huge disapointment, I could have stopped at Wendy's down the street grabbed a large chili and a drink and still come cheaper. Not worth the cost at all.

Just opened!!! Great place must go and try it out!! Any company that is just opening now, needs your support!!! Food is good and when we ordered a child’s meal for my son they brought out a little fireman’s hat for him. ( He loves playing with it) really friendly. Food is easy to take on a picnic to Erin Dale park which is a short distance away.

Well, yet again Firehouse has ceased to disappoint. I've had it a few times now, first two times through uber eats, third at this location and this will be my fourth time total. I've had the Turkey bacon, the meatball, steak and cheese and today, the brisket. First things first, I can't speak on other locations, but this one is in tip top shape. I'm a chef myself, and seen dirty, pristine and everything in between. This place is spotless. Tables clean, floor and walls clean. Even the kitchen side, open concept you can see everything. There was not a speck of dust or grease that I could see and believe me, with my experience running kitchens, I can see it all. Second, I walked in and was immediately greeted by the whole team, with a ten twelve welcome to fire house. Smiles and good cheer all around. The entire teams enthusiasm was great and genuine. Not the no energy, I'm just doing this for a pay cheque type vibe. Like actually genuinely cheerful. Now beneficial criticism, not enough to take away stars, as this is more directed toward corporate. The salad, I'd suggest not dicing it as small with the tomatoes and cucumbers. Do bigger cuts, makes it more presentable and hearty looking. So small makes it seem like a spilled bruschetta. The cheese, why not a nice goat crumble or something similar instead of thin strips of what seems to be an original slice. Finally, it seems this company goes the extra mile with everything, why not get your own smokers and smoke your own meat? It's not hard to do and I'm sure would cut costs and increase profit margins. Just a thought, if you need a consultant, hit me up. We can talk. ???? Final thoughts, as I explained everything of my experience was stellar. The whole time, I tip my hat to ya, kudos. To management, whatever you are doing keep it up. I suggest a raise for not just management but the entire team. They are really representing your company in the best way possible. It's so nice to finally have a really good sub shop in the neighbourhood. Excellent, friendly service, short wait for the sandwich because they're making it fresh, sandwich itself - the Engineer - was so good, jammed full of the fillings. Still warm even after driving home. Very impressed, will definitely be back!

Never had hot sub sandwiches as good as these before. Never had gluten-free bread as good as what is offered as Firehouse before. I highly recommend the "Italian" "New York Steamer" "Beef & Cheddar Brisket" Meghan, James and Geoff have exceptional customer service skills. Recently got a job nearby, and after stopping by the place to have lunch about 3 times now I think it's fair to say this is one of the best sandwich restaurants I've ever been to in my life. Since I've never been to firehouse until a couple weeks ago I can't speak of the chain as a whole but this individual location has by far the friendliest staff, you are guaranteed to have great service especially when Charline is at the cash register! Fantastic experience, the boys and girls in the kitchen are always visibly hard at work and new customer's are always welcome with a lively greeting! The large sandwiches are no joke, worth the price but the real deal is on the mediums, they'll be surprisingly filling! As for the taste, they are always incredible and are guaranteed to turn you into a regular! 5/5 glad I got to find out about this place

Always loved Firehouse Subs but this location has exceptional service! Truly service with a smile! I walked in and the whole crew sang, "Welcome to Firehouse Subs!!" I was then greeted by the pleasant Geoff at the counter who just had me excited because he was so excited! My day was a little brighter when I left! And yes the Italian sub was delicious!

First time visiting Firehouse but it definitely won’t be my last. It’s a little more expensive than the competition but the portions are larger, the quality is superior and the staff are fantastic. The only problem is now I want another one.

The food portions are small or large and quite delicious. But found the sandwich buns to be very dry almost stale. A large Firehouse Hero sub, medium fountain drink, and small bags of chips, will run you $21. The wait time is much longer than their competitors (ten to 15 minutes average time) and since you are allowed to eat inside the restaurant, there's a seating capacity for four groups only.
