Horrible company with a worse reputation. Wish I could say the food is good at least but that would be a lie. I would rather use anyone else.

A lot of chef in that company have a really bad lack of knowledge in cuisine in general. I think they fill hole how they can at any price, anyway I don't think any respectable food lover (chef) will want to work for this company. The worst thing about this company is the ménagement...bad ménagement mean bad employees and lack in training and lack in basic food safety. I was working for them and in a year only they did at least 6 mistake on the paycheck, no excuses.....and always late payment. Now I quit, still need to fight to have my 4%... If you're a client I strongly suggest to look somewhere else, if you're an employee don't even think about Dana.

Used their catering service for my daughter's class parent party and the food was phenomenal!!!! It was the second best turkey I've ever had in my life, and the stuffing and gravy were to die for!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is a horrible company to work for. You can't call in or take sick days off without fear of getting fired. Got hit by a car? Nope you can't have any days off for that either. Treats their employees like absolute garbage, DO NOT WORK FOR THEM.

Please hire courteous staff at Apotex, Signet campus. The current lunch menu has gone downhill. The management needs to spend time developing better menus and get rid of current staff who are responsible to create such pathetic food menu.

One of the very few food service companies that priorities offering food prepared by scratch and made with high quality ingredients. The food is fantastic and the menu is vast and open to many accommodations; I was pleasantly surprised that there are even halal offerings as well! The staff is always friendly, helpful, and lovely to work with. Happy 30th year in the industry, and here's to hoping for another 30 and more!

The Dana employees that prepare the meals at the office I work at are fantastic. The people are friendly and courteous, they offer a variety of food (always offering both omnivore and vegetarian options), and accepting of the various green initiatives (doing away with single use plastics, making sure the takeaway containers are recyclable, promoting the use of travel mugs instead of single use cups).

The cooks at our location (Blount Canada) have been doing a superb job for the almost eleven years I've worked here. They constantly are coming up with new dishes, often triggered by head chef changes every few years. The place has undergone large renovations and seems very well stocked. They always have a variety of dishes every single day, including two main entrees, two soups, sandwiches, cheese platters, pizza, etc. Best is the big breakfast every Friday! Thanks Dana for making our lunch more enjoyable.

Worst company I have ever worked for. They don’t care about you. You are just a number to them. They will owe you money and you will never get it. Food isn’t even good. Also good luck ever contacting their HR department. if you think about hiring this company for anything I would think again as they will continually screw you over. I would rather walk through a mile of glass with bare feet than ever have to deal with this company or buy any food from them ever again.

I have worked for two other foodservice companies operating in Southwestern Ontario, and I wish I had found Dana ten or twelve years ago - I'd still be here! I feel like my contribution is valued and appreciated every single day. Local management, and upper management are very approachable and responsive on any issue. I absolutely have all the tools necessary to do my job well, and any request I have had has been fulfilled in a very timely manner, with little or usually no questions or pushback! I strongly recommend joining the team at Dana if you have the opportunity. In my time here, I have seen many people advance, and I felt that I was already on an advancement track almost from day 1!

Dana Hospitality food quality is bad. Really bad!!! They kept raising their prices so the employees at my workplace stopped buying all their meals. Now they are vacating the premises after being on site for approximately 40 years. This is what happens when you become complacent. Good ridence to them.

This is a wonderful company to work for. I was employed with Dana Hospitality for 15 years. I have seen the company grow because of the quality of foodservice by their Chefs, and service staff. They have a dedicated training program at each unit. Their managers are working front and center with their staff. The managers are always available to clients and guests to rectify anything that is brought to their attention. Their fresh, local and innovative approach is unique in this industry.

The caliber and passion of the chefs and teams at the units are second to none. The creations are incredible! The company is rapidly growing, the people are great, and recent changes are definitely for the better - to another 30 years of Dana!

I have a Dana Hospitality Cafe in my work (the closing GM Assembly Plant) and I have personally complained to the head (Sue) that her employees are poorly trained. Just again today I stopped a lady from handling COOKED Food with contaminated Gloves. The lady went to serve someone and make my sandwich with Raw Bacon on her gloves. She touched all the tools and counter and pretty much everything before I could stop her. Not sure the requirements to work in food cafes but I would think that cross contamination is basic knowledge. Does this lady do this at home too? Probably not or maybe she does and is that clueless. Never the less......horrible service provider and you can't even complain and get results so you need to resort to public slamming the company like this before something happens or do I need to first become seriously ill for changes to happen.
