Kindred Kitchen prepared a week of meals for myself and my husband to give us a "stay-at-home" break during this pandemic. The food was excellent; top quality ingredients, beautifully prepared. Portions were ample, which was a concern since my husband is a (very thin!) big eater, but there was plenty for leftovers! The meals were delivered on time, efficiently and were practically organized for the reheating. I can't say enough good about this service!

Joelle was well prepared and with a hands-on approach she taught us about thé selection, history, nutrition, and chemistry of the ingredients and of the Coq au Vin dish itself. As a French tutor she also easily adapted her Parisian French to our varying levels and gave us an immersive french culinary experience. Thanks Joelle. I really enjoyed it and got a lot out if it. I particularly enjoyed the information on the preparation and use of fermented rice, and on the many options to salt a dish. I will never wet a mushroom again before frying!
