As hospital cafes go this is perhaps the best I've been to. Although the coffee and food is a bit more expensive than other cafes, the quality is very good. They have some great tasting food including their stews, sandwiches and oatmeal.

I visited during a hospital stay. I dragged myself down to Good Earth, painful but glad I did. Excellent selection of hot and cold foods, friendly people.

Tried a stew, it wasn't good at all, was more like mush! I went back to ask if they would please exchange for something else or refund, but they refused and offered me a free cup of coffee card instead. Sorry but if you're in a restaurant/food establishment and aren't liking the food, they try to make it right.

Ordered my regular coffee the way I always do, fairly straightforward order...half coffee, half hot water with a little room for cream. Girl got it wrong and when I politely tried to get it corrected, she gave me attitude and then slammed the cup on the counter without even looking at me (still getting the order incorrect). When I said "Excuse me" she wouldn't even look at me and I finally just walked away and left the coffee there. I guess the customer is never right. Fortunately, there are lots of other places to stop for coffee.

Great tuna sandwiches (sun-dried tomatoes and capers) and always good cappuccinos! They are friendly and courteous, you have to be patient though as they make to order.

Good Earth is in the cafeteria section of the Patient Care Center lobby of Royal Jubilee Hospital in Victoria BC. They serve great coffee, snacks and light meals, all tasty and healthy, and the service is friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended.

Attractive set up,always very busy so it's worth the wait because they have good selection of goodies as well as all of the standard coffee drinks. Lots of seating and friendly staff and it's in the new wing. information booth right across the concourse and a gift shop..

I love that Jubilee has a Good Earth Cafe! It is much appreciated to be able to get a good meal and a great cup of coffee in a hospital. The staff actually try to get to know you and your usual order (especially if you're a regular), and there's always a lot of laughter and smiles behind the till.

So gave them another try today. Ordered a large mocha, had to wait 7 minutes while 3 people stood around talking...wirh multiple people waiting for their drinks. My food I ordered was cold by the time my drink arrived, and it was omly a medium, though I paid for a large. They said they would make me another one, but with a 15 minute break, I wasn't going to wait another 7 minutes. This is the third time my drink has been wrong. Multiple times I have ordered food, like a grilled sandwich, and it has always been cold. The food and drinks are overpriced as well, so having a cold so'called grilled sandwich that I have paid too much for is so disappointing. I paid $12 plus for my drink and food today....and so not worth it. I have learned my lesson. It is just a rip off

I found this coffee house to be too expensive. 1 coffee for $5.00. It's at the Royal Jubilee hospital but at the other end of the dining area is Subway. Better price and better tasting coffee.

Felt I had received food poisoning after purchasing the ‘wild rice and edamame salad’. Health inspector has gone in and has relayed a new hot water tank is needed (inadequate hot water can directly affect cleaning of facility). A few days after I reported it there was a sign displayed saying there may be delay in service as they were having ‘refrigeration ‘ issues. I felt extremely undervalued when reporting this to their team as I was told... ‘well I eat that salad all the time and did as well on Thursday and never got sick’. I am disappointed in the customer service regarding this. I was VIOLENTLY ill and missed work. I thought it at least warranted taking my name and number for follow up.
