The BEST Persian food you can find in GTA. I order food from Tabriz Catering every now and then and it always tastes deliciously. In my last order, I had Baghali Polo and Koobideh Kebab for main course and Barley Soup for appetizer. Barley soup was So good, it always makes me speechless. Barely could you find such a smoothe and tastey Barley soup in Canada. Fava beans were so green and fresh, they were well-cooked like homemade and exactly as much as they should. The Lamb Shank, also, was marinated and slow-cooked perfectly. The quality was like a fancy restaurant in Tehran. Koobideh Kebab was cooked Moderately juicy (the way I prefer) and beautifully designed with Saffron Rice. Hope these guyz keep up the great job and stay at the first rank of my Persian restaurants in Toronto and area. Honestly, as long as the quality of Tabriz food remains as is, I will not waste my money in OTHER Persian restaurants.

wow! Great value and amazing taste! I was in the area and craving some Persian kebabs, and just stumbled upon this spot. Drawn in by the name....rumi? chams of tabriz? Huge portions, friendly service, top quality! Many other persian spots I've been to have dinky portions and you feel like you're being ripped off. Definitely will be back and highly recommend if you are in the area and down for eating takeout....maybe in your car. Just need to go get my cholesterol checked now!

Hands down one of the best kebab place I’ve visited and I would come here every time when I crave for kebabs. I’ve tried over 10 different kebab restaurants and from both food and service they’re the best. I had a fantastic experience ordering takeout from Tabriz. The ordering process was easy (call the store) and the rep was very nice explaining the dishes to me. The store and kitchen were hands down the cleanest I have seen in a while for restaurants, and the food packaging was carefully done. Their portion sizes were lovely and the kebabs and dishes tasted great. I am so glad I tried this place out!

I placed my order for pick up through phone and it included 2x of “Barg Kebab” -without rice and “Koobideh Kebab” (with rice). I was told it takes 30 minutes for my food to get ready and when I arrived, it was ready and packed for me. So, I didn’t have to wait. The food was perfectly packaged and it was warm enough when I arrived home. Both kebabs tasted good and were made of fresh ingredients.

On Monday, April 22 at 14:10 My family (my pregnant wife and son) and I went for lunch to the restaurant. We ordered 2 foods and a drink and because there was no place to sit we had to wait for 30 minutes to be seated. During this time we notice that we were charged for a soup which we did not order! I to the chaser who was an old man! In response he said you have to take the soup otherwise we do not give you any food. I asked him why? He simply said we do not have food for you!! Anyway, I told him why?! I just said refund the fee and I will complaint because of your unprofessional behavior! He said you can do whatever you wish! My wife was pregnant and hungry. My son was also hungry! I did not discuss with them because it was not appropriate but I want immediate action for this bad behavior. why should we wait for 30 minutes and then they refuse to serve us simply because of asking why we were charged for something which we did not want?! The restaurant usually serves free soup for the number of the foods you order. He said we do not give you food because you do not want to pay for the third soup! I told him we do not want the soup at all!!! Why should we pay! Finally, he said we do not have food at all! I was really shocked!!

The reason I am giving you a 2 star is bc of your terrible customer service. I have to say your food is beyond great but your customer service is absolutely not! everytime I call to place an order, someone just picks up the phone, and then puts the phone on the counter and does other things. Then I have to wait for at least 15 min, for this person to say how can I help you! and while I am talking to her, she is taking care of other customers in the store! and I experience the same thing as well when I go to pick up my food. The person helping me, is doing lots of other things. I always call in advance (1 hour before) to make sure my food is ready at a certain time, but with all that, I still have to wait for 30 min to have my food ready. I know you guys are so busy and I am so happy for you because your food definitely desreves that, but maybe you have to hire more pepole to make sure you take care of your customer in a proper way. The person who takes the order in the store, takes money from people, hands over the food, can not answer the phone as well. It is really annoying and disrespectful. Wish you all the best.

I had a Koobideh the other day, probably one of the worst I’ve had in a very long time. It was very greasy, like oil was flowing from the kabab when slightly pressed. Also, bits and pieces of bone in the kabab. The presentation was ok, the rice was good, but served in plastic containers. Staff were polite and friendly. My biggest issue yet is the smell of that kabab. I made a mistake and ate in my car which now smells like a dead raccoon. It’s been 24 hours and the smell is still lingering. At this point I’m thinking of selling the car! ????????‍♂️ What was in that kabab??? Or, I don’t even wanna know.

Hands down the best persian food in Toronto The location is a bit packed but the food is well worth it. Price was reasonable, it is run by a Tabrizi family, and man the food is DELICIOUS Not to mention the soup and the tea you get extra if you eat inside????

The food is good but the service was absolutely horrible. The workers are very racist - they treat their Iranian customers very well, but their other customers are treated very badly. The first two times I went there with my Iranian friends the workers were very friendly, but when I went there today on my own, they ignored me for five minutes while I was waiting for my order and they were talking to other Iranian customers who came in after me. When I complained to the worker, she didn’t even apologize. She just said, “oh you ordered food? There you go” and then she turned away to keep talking to the other customers. I will never come to this restaurant again.

We usually go to this restaurant for persian food. The food is good and portions are pretty big. The only big issue with this place is the wait time. No exceptions, every time its takes 30 minutes for preparation. Other than everything is good.

I know Persian food very well as I am from there, this location adds huge amount of salt to Kebab or stews to give flavor so they don't know anything about flavor of Persian food. It is awful, you have to wash the chicken bbq before eating it. This location used to be Ok, from now on look somewhere else. I wish there was negative rating I would click on it.

Let’s be fair and give them 4stars for the quality of their foods, though today was the only time I was disappointed with their chicken breast. Otherwise every other time I visited the place both food quality and the price is much better than similar take out places across city. constructive feedbacks: 1. Pls remove items that you say you are not serving for the past few months from your menu. 2. For their front line to be more active. When a client places order pls prepare everything completely. I remember I had to ask for utensils in past, and a time like today when I was rushing I realized it’s not on my order till I got to work. The same goes for the sides (somak, onion, pop, ...) pls have them ready for clients & be generous about it. This does not take you much time to prepare them but it goes long way in your customer service.

However they increased the prices each 3 months but its ok everything is getting expensive.but no restaurant in toronto makes barg kebab in this small size. the size is half of regular spoon lol.just magnify the pic you can see the spoon size or compare it with butter in pic.tbats a shame, Do you fool people!? Its expensive like other places but the size is half,even less than half.the owner is getting greedy because they have alot of orders. This place is great, we ordered catering for our party of around 40 people. Joojeh, Koobideh and Kashk Bademjan, which were all tasty. The food was delivered on time and set it up professionally. We live further away in Mississauga and we had to pay delivery fee which is acceptable. They gave us some free drinks, yogurt and salad. Overall, it was a great experience dealing with Tabriz.

I asked for a food and they gave me similar food . for the same food in other restaurant with more meat and quality they charge 10 dollars. I paid almost 15 dollars for 3 small piece of meat, one egg plant and a pile of split peas. it was my last time to visit this place

Hard worker people!! Very delicious food! The tah digggggggg they give is sooooooo goooood! I wish i was able to get more than one!!! Also they koobide and barg is such a professional kebabs!!! At this store used to be Javan restaurant! But since Tabriz people get it, its always crowded!!!

Wonderful fresh food. The menu is a little bit difficult to figure out. I suggest googling the menu items to figure out what you want because there is a language barrier. The food and service makes up for the hard time ordering. Also they brought soup and tea for me when all I ordered was the chicken leg. It was great and filling!

I used to go there once a month. The quality and the portion was good. They also brought tea after the meal with some sweets for free. First of all, gradually I realized that I should call for the tea. Then they replaced sweets with sugar. The last I time I was there surprisingly I was told that the price was raised for 3$ although the price on the menu was the same. I think that they use customers trust. I do not recommend this place anymore. To the manager: This is a typical procedure in our back home but it wont work here in Toronto. If you want to flourish your business, keep the quality and service as good as the first day.

Today My wife and I were going to a friend's house and wanted to buy kabab. We ordered Vaziri. What we got was amazing, specially the Joujeh Kabab part was soooo delicious. We also received Soup without ordering and the soup was fantastic. I defiantly recommend this place.

Great food, cozy place. It's a bit small but staff are very friendly and accomodating and go above and beyond to cater to your needs. The cream soup was very good and food quality and portion sizes were good. Would definitely recommend it specially for smaller groups. (Might be longer wait for larger groups due to space issue)

Great fresh food. Friendly staff. The owner actually walked around tables greeting customers and making sure they are happy with the food. I also liked the fact that they use aluminum package for takeout foods. This is the place I always recommend to people who like Persian food.
