We had the BEST time at the Preserve Supper Club Event held on Vday. Truly a breathtaking food & dining experience, amazing conversations, inclusiveness and community really shine here. Chef Cindy is a true creative visionary, every single dish told a whimsical story. The 7-course menu was intricately created, the presentation was immaculate... If your looking to have a food EXPERIENCE, this is a must try for you and all your foodie friends. The food, the event ideas, the creativity and for course the obvious hard work that goes into making the delicious food look so attractive! I can totally appreciate all the hard work that goes into feeding such a large group of people and making the experience entertaining and memorable.

I never write reviews, but for good reason I want to put forward some feedback because the people running this group seem like such good people, and they should know if a client is unhappy with their experience so they can learn from it. Me and a group recently went to one of their pop-up supper clubs. The overall idea was neat / innovative, and you could see a lot of time went into the little touches (the menu curation, the story, the decor, gift bags, etc.). However, what was supposed to be a 3-hour dinner / experience, turned into an almost 5-hour 'experience'. There were a number of obvious issues with organization (which they did apologize for, re: missing staff), but we did not get our first (of seven) courses until almost an hour in (that culminating with them feeling uncertain about whether to start because one pair of guests was running extremely late; that's a judgment call where they should have considered the larger group at hand). What was a bit more frustrating was that we had to sit through them taking pictures of their food for the 'gram' before we actually got some courses - sometimes behind the counter a bit more subtly (but you could still see), and then other times very obviously at the table. Given their shortage of staff, you figured that they would forego things like posing their food for pictures to put more effort into keeping the experience flowing - like a plan B for a tough situation. What we later heard was supposed to be a warm first course was lukewarm. And truthfully, out of the seven courses, we only had one course that was actually warm. The flavours were good, and you can tell there was creativity behind each dish, but the temperature was definitely a turn-off. This continued throughout the night, frustratingly watching the hosts take pictures of the food, stop to talk to people mid-serving while we sat there looking longingly at the food in their hands, with increasing hunger and impatience. Given the price tag associated with the event (fine for the quality of the ingredients they used, but not the pace of service or the fact that the food was cold), we hope that they will have a little bit more concern about the client going forward than the gram. A suggestion would be for the photographer to be served last versus having half the table wait for the pictures to be done, after having waited a long time already in between courses. One more thing is that the server should be more on top of getting cutlery out as each plate is taken away, as this was another 30 seconds where we were waiting for our food to get colder and colder. Understanding this is a lot of negative feedback for a group that appears to be just starting out, hope they take this as an opportunity for improvement and a chance to improve for clients going forward. All in all, we do hope they do well if they improve on these kinks.

Preserve Indulgence catered our wedding last May at Pray Tell Bar. Not only was it the best food any of us had ever had at a wedding, but it was probably one of the best meals my husband and I have ever had in Toronto. Every course was fine tuned to perfection and looked absolutely stunning. Chef Cindy is a truly gifted and skilled chef and we were so blessed to have her and her team celebrate our special day with us.

The Preserve Indulgence team and I worked on creating a very special dinner for a bachelorette party. I had a specific vision in mind but couldn’t have executed on it better than Cindy and her team did. The decorations were exquisite and so tastefully done and wrapped the curated menu in an incredible experience that delighted not only the bride to be, but all of our guests as well! Cindy and her team truly came through. In a flurry, our clients requested fine dining delivered to them. These awesome caterers prepared an amazing feast for 50 people in approximately 12 hours. staying on for the rest of the shoot, they delivered new, delicious, and fine service. The food at the Garden of Eden supper club was really interesting, complex and tasty! Fun experience and a great send off package. Really good job hosting by Chef Cindy. Only comment which I hope is altered for future events was that there were 1 or 2 people (of a group of 16) that were running late and delayed our first meal by about an hour. This was very odd given everyone was given instructions that we needed to show up on time or else we'd miss the first course...I just think the people who are late should be penalized by eating their missed courses upon arrival vs. people who actually showed up on time getting penalized by having to wait longer than expected

I took an amazing cooking class with Chef Cindy where she taught me how to make macaroons. I tried to make these in the past but was unsuccessful. However, with Cindy's help, I learned to make these at home on my own and she provided tons of tips to help me improve. I highly recommend her services!

She's extremely creative with her food and the way she displays her masterpieces. We couldn't thank her enough for taking the time to make the displays relevant to our theme and she even brought along decor items that we forgot to purchase ourselves. Throughout the event, the food displays were never empty. We've received so many positive feedback on how delicious everything was. Not only is Cindy professional, she also makes you feel really comfortable throughout the entire planning process from contract to the end of the event. My Partner and I ordered the "Oui are Grateful Menu" special for 2 this past Thanksgiving weekend. Ordering online was quick and easy. Delivery was prompt and Cindy was very friendly. No contact delivery is also available and instructions to reheat was given. Food was amazing (just like the service), the home cooked family vibe was very welcoming especially as were away from loved ones this Thanksgiving. Can't thank Preserve Indulgence enough!
