The service, food, portions and quality was excellent!!! Our guests loved the BBQ chicken. Our meal was completely gluten free for my celiac guest. Also my toddler said: "Yummy chicken" unprompted. I just loved working with Mauricio. He accommodated my timeline, budget and dietary needs. I cant wait to order again and I highly recommend his catering services!!

VERY DISAPPOINTING FOOD AND VALUE - WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! Placed an order for approx. $600 worth of food and received the below. Food might have fed about 10 people (as opposed to the 30 requested). Appetizers were miniscule. We had to order pizzas in order to properly feed our guests. Reached out to the caterer to share my feedback and the caterer refused to provide any compensation or credit for the order. Would not recommend working with this caterer. I recommend finding a caterer that provides better value and is open to rectifying situations where the food ordered is not as expected and sub-par!

We had two business meeting dinners in one week catered by Ma-Ro. The food was delicious, the portions were generous and all delivery processes went very smoothly! They not only covered the delivery all over Ontario but also found the solution to deliver to other provinces. 10 out of 10!

Ma-Ro has delicious food, thoughtful and efficient service, fine dining feel with artistic flare, and goes above and beyond to help you have the exact event you were hoping for. Ma-Ro went above and beyond with helping us have the backyard wedding we wanted. The food. Have not stopped hearing great feedback from our guests! The food was flavourful, fresh, tasty, and artistically displayed, adding an extra element of class and fine dining to the event. We had hors d'oeuvres, two food stations, dessert, and a late night snack menu! Ma-Ro was incredibly easy to correspond with and very accommodating to our changes/dietary restrictions. There were many things we hadn't thought of for our event that Ma-Ro was able to provide tips and advice for like: seating, lighting decor, and floral styles, to fit w the layout. These things were essential to our wedding's success! The catering truck was perfect so that our kitchen could be used as common space in case it rained. They also have great foresight, we had underestimated how much beer and ice we would need for the unusually hot day, and Mauricio did a quick trip during the wedding to ensure we had enough for the rest of the night! Finally, the staff during the event were truly thoughtful, dedicated, and energetic. They quickly transformed the rentals and backyard into one beautiful wedding venue. They were quick to serve, clean up empty plates and dishes, and provide professional fine dining service that was happy and fun. I particularly loved that they made sure we, the bride and groom, were always taken care of and always had everything we may have wanted. I had a really great experience with Ma-Ro Catering: I ordered food boxes for a holiday dinner with participants spread out across the GTA. Ma-Ro Catering made sure that everyone received their meal box on time and accommodated all our special needs. They made sure there's an option for everyone (vegan, kosher, halal, etc.) Not just the delivery went smoothly but also the kits were so thoughtful arranged. But what was the most important was that the food tasted amazing!

We recently ordered a corporate lunch with Ma-Ro. The food was absolutely fabulous and having it all individually packaged made everyone feel safe and secure. The team accommodated dietary requirements and were responsive, courteous and professional. I would highly recommend them.

I was in Toronto for a wirkshop with landscape network in One hôtel. When we bought the ticket in the price the meal was includes and I think à flat sanwitch will be served. No sir I M a Meat lover and when I saw that..a salade. ...I was ..desapointed is the Word. .but I open the wax cartonboard package everything was perfect and teasty and I promesse myself to give them à review to thanks them to make me discouvey a teasty salade can be ma de. We were extremely pleased with our entire experience with Maro Catering from start to finish. Mauricio was flexible and accommodating in creating the perfect menu for our bridal shower. His team arrived slightly earlier than planned (which was great!) and we’re willing to help with things like setting the tables and running items from the house down to the lawn where the event was taking place. The on-site supervisor, Ramona was phenomenal; I suggest asking for her specifically.

We used Ma-Ro Caterering for our daughter's wedding reception and all our guests raved about the food. We started with a cocktail reception with outstanding hors d'oeuvres. The meal was plated with amazing presentation and the courses were delivered on cue. The staff all worked in concert with on another and the organization and execution was like that of a fine time piece.The desserts/pastries were as delicious as they were beautiful. I hired Ma-Ro Catering for my mom's 70th birthday at home and they were truly a delight to work with from beginning to end. Shelby was knowledgeable and coached me through creating a menu, scheduling and rentals. She was only a phone call away when I had questions and even showed up at the start of the evening to ensure everything went off without a hitch. We first spoke just 2 weeks before the event and she was quick to respond and provide a quote. The delivery was right on time as were server Eva and chef Irene. They were professional and courteous, asking questions to ensure their service matched my expectations every step of the way. Guests glasses were always full and food was served perfectly warmed and on time (even adapting to our shifting schedule). The food itself was delicious - generous portions and so tasty there was nothing left on guests' plates. I really recommend the Ahi Tuna Taco, Spinach Artichoke Feta Tarte Tatin, Shrimp Romesco Flatbread Pizza for appetizers, Pan Seared Branzino Fillet with Sage Butter Sauce and Roasted Potatoes with Caramelized Onions and Leeks. The fresh bread display with incredible dips was an unexpected delight and the lemon tart made for the perfect summer birthday cake. To top that off, chef Irene graciously jumped into the role of group photographer in between cooking. She guided us through a couple fun photoshoots that captured the evening. Server Eva ensured everything was cleaned and left better than she found it. I could not recommend Ma-Ro enough. It was really important for me that this event went off perfectly and I truly couldn't have done it without them. I will definitely be using them again and you should too!
