Small menu, offering simple italian pasta dishes. But don't be fooled, to make a simple dish delecious, it has to be done to perfection, which is what you get here. Some seriously good and generously portioned servings. The pesto was hand made and tasted fresh! As for the burrata, it's the real deal, do get the salad! Really easy to order on the website for pickup, my only negative would be the auto default 20% tip when you order online (you do have the option to change it).

We've ordered meal kits twice now, and both times were fantastic. The owner was super accommodating with our delivery. The pasta has an incredible texture and the flavors in the amatriciana, puttanesca, and the pesto dishes are all great. Definitely the best pasta I've had since I was in Italy. Thank you Eryn!

The best pasta in town as far as I am concerned. The owners are super friendly and accommodating. The meal kits are straight forward and they always turn out great, even for those of us (like me) who are deficient in the kitchen. I highly recommend the Pesto or the Amatraciana

Both times that my partner and I have ordered from here have been incredible. The first time we got a double order of their weekly special, which was a wild mushroom on fresh pasta (pictured). It was jaw-droppingly good, with perfectly cooked mushrooms that were the star of the dish and elevated by the pasta. The second time we came we had a traditional Puttanesca on linguine and Pesto Liguria on rigatoni. The classics were just as delicious as the special. This place is a hidden gem in North Vancouver.

Vancouvers newest pandemic business is between two distilleries and kinda close to two breweries also. In the Lower Lynn neighborhood or what the developers in my building keep pushing as Lynn Creek or BrookLynn but i will never call it that. Everything on the truck is made by hand and delicious. I am told that food in Italy is also delicious so i would say this truck is on point. The woman making pasta is also a babe! I first found out about the In Vacanza Pasta truck (On Vacation in Italian) on Facebook. I was pleasently suprised it is located in a dark alley very close to my appartment. This is great because i like to hangarly complain about the selection of fast food and lack of real food in the neighbourhood. My personal favorites are Ligurian Pesto and Puttanesca. I was here while they were still in a Soft Opening and only sold Pasta. TIP: Get there when they open or before 5pm it seemed like a lot of the people lined up were regulars and they sold out around 9pm

This place serves the best pasta on the North Shore (and quite possibly the best pasta in the world). The ingredients are fresh and the quality is incredible, every time. Do yourself a favour and order the Cacio e pepe or the Amatriciana with burrata! You will not be disappointed.

Really good pasta. Had the cacio e pepe with extra arugula (love the stuff) and it was awesome! So creamy. Will definitely be back for more. Side note- they do take credit cards, and one can also order through doordash. The packaging is all recyclable.

Honestly incredible. My partner and I often venture to North Vancouver to visit the distilleries and have been eating In Vacanza every two weeks or so since it opened. Every week we try something new, and it's always fantastic. The ravioli is our favourite. The staff is friendly, talented, and kind. The ability to have such fantastic food with such excellent cocktails is turning this area into one of Vancouver's best-kept secrets. So shhhhhh... Viva la Pasta Rebellion.

I'm writing this while sitting on my couch reveling in the delicious experience that my taste buds just recieved. The pasta was PERFECTLY cooked. A beautiful bite, but soft and chewey. The sauces were delectable. We had the Amatraciana, and the daily special salad and pasta. If you are looking for the most affordable and delicious pasta in North Van, make sure to stop by here. The portion is perfect, and I highly recommend sharing plates because the pastas are so good you just want to share them. This photo does not do justice to how delicious this place is. I can't wait for them to open for Lunch and really make this quaint area perfect for working in.

If you’re looking for authentic, hand made delicious pasta this is the place! Located between 2 distilleries in North Vancouver, In Vacanza does not disappoint! Great food, super friendly service and you can even enjoy cocktails in the tasting rooms while you devour your tasty meal! I had the special which was fresh linguine noodles, oyster mushrooms and basil tossed in a coconut Alfredo sauce. Simple and incredible. Can’t wait to go back!

Rainy Juneuary Sunday afternoon stop at our favorite distillery The Woods became a culinary event with the addition of great appetizers of Prosciutto di Param and Burrata salad with artichoke hearts and burst cherry tomatoes! We shared the Putranesca & the Amatraciana with Smoked Pork Jowl, wowww. The fresh pasta was so delicious, we tried the bucatini and the fettuccine. Just perfect ???? The flavors of both the sauces were incredible. The smoked pork jowl is so tasty!!

Decent pasta but you get a very tiny portion considering how expensive it is. The portion i recieved would fit in a 250 ml measuring cup and with a $2 tip cost $25. I personally wouldn't go again, as there r many italian restaurants in the area that has pasta just as good and u get about 5x the amount

After having pasta many times in Canada I was skeptical (I'm born and raised in Italy) but In Vacanza's food truly tastes like the one I've back home. Delicious fresh pasta and super authentic sauce (I had the puttanesca), and on Wednesday they have a great deal with the close-by distillery. Prices are way lower than any "italian" restaurant in Vancouver and the food is much, much better. Will be back very soon!

When your pasta first shows up you might think it's a small portion. It's deceptive. Reach down in the bottom with your spoon and drizzle the sauce back on top. The noods are al dente, and the sauces are fantastic. Tried the Amatraciana with bucatini. The smoked jowl was fatty and delish. My friends polished off their pesto linguine very quickly. I recommend you add burrata, it's worth it. Great new local find. Interested in buying noods or meal packs off them. I ordered from my table at the Woods distillery.

This pasta is the best - super fresh, perfect portions, and delicious flavours. I've tried almost everything on the menu and will continue to go back, especially for the ravioli special. Having an option to dine-in at the cocktail bars located on either side of the In Vacanza, cocktail in hand, couldn't be better. Friendly service, impeccable food & drinks, and a relaxed atmosphere make In Vacanza a hidden gem - but likely not for long. I'm a convert to the pasta revolution. Viva!

Tonight we tried the pasta flight, and I had a hard time choosing my favourite, every one of them was amazing!!! I can’t say I expected pasta this good From a food truck. Staff is very nice and this place is amazing. Hidden gem of North Vancouver!

Tucked away between two distilleries is this wonderful hidden gem. I’ve ordered from In Vacanza a few times now both while eating at the distillery and take away. The pasta is fresh, tender and the sauce to pasta ratio is perfection. Don’t skip out on the other menu items either! The burrata and grilled artichoke salad is my personal fave. We also ordered a couple of charcuterie boards for Christmas Eve and they were very impressive — a beautiful array of meat and cheese and very fairly priced. I highly recommend In Vacanza for anyone craving a taste of authentic Italy.

Tried the Amatraciana and was surprised by the quality of this! Can clearly taste that the pasta is freshly made, ribboned almost like lasagna sheets in spaghetti form. The spicy pomodoro sauce cling to the pasta so each bite was packed with flavour. Definitely try this place if you’re in the area!
