They have the best sandwiches in the city.???? I was overseas for a couple of months. I couln't wait to come back and try their sandwich again. They also have a good reward system so you can save money. The only thing is the portion used to be bigger, now it's smaller. I wished they keep it the same as before. It's understandable during pendemic, and I read another comment that was surprised with the big size. I'm sure they can save it for later, and adjust the ingredients after one time try.

Food was delicious! I got a meat pizza hot and crispy, was my saviour. I am bit bummed they didn't let me eat in the store, I had my pizza done at 10.30 and they close at 11pm plus they already had other guests eating. Anyways I had it at the bus stop outside so it's cool lol

Staff are friendly and caring. I had a grilled chicken and a roast beef sandwich at Haida Sandwich. I liked the roast beef more but both sandwiches were made of fresh ingredients like fresh bun and crisp head lettuce. The only thing that I didn't like about grilled chicken sandwich was that the chicken more tasted like roast than grilled. But still the taste was good and it melted in mouth.

I ordered a medium pizza and 2 sandwiches today The Pizza quality was not good at all and not enough toppings even the size of pizza was same as the small pizza. dough was too thick compared to toppings. I felt like you just eat bread and also the taste of the sandwiches was different from the 6 months ago. The sausage was not good I spent 58$ which is not good for quality and portion sizes.

I’ve been twice and the Hot Grilled Chicken Sandwich was good both times, but the restaurant could be cleaner and there was 2 staff members taking up 2 of 3 benches just sitting on their phones. Really good food, not perfect service.

Needed a place to eat between a hike and catching the ferry at Horseshoe Bay. My fiancé and I chose the right place. Very friendly service and an absolutely delicious chicken and beef sandwich. The hot sauce available to put on it made it unreal and the potato sticks are super enjoyable.

I recently tried this place, the quality and taste compared to the price are great. I tried a roast beef sandwich with mushroom, yam fries, roast beef pizza and fries. I think this is a great choice in the north van for fast food and pizza. Thumbs up. Keep the good work.

Pizzas and ht sandwiches are really nice. You can call them 10-15 in advance so they make it ready fir you once you get there, which is really nice if you're in rush or really hungry :-) Don't expect to get a super healthy sandwich. It has lots of meat, sauce and chips! Prices are reasonable comparing to quality and portion you're getting. Keep in mind that sometimes the pickles don't taste great, so we just take it out to enjoy the sandwich. Their special sauce is really good.

A cozy fast food with a great and delicious menu. Exactly what I expect from fast food, fast, delicious with good quality. It was my first experience there, I usually don’t give a review on the first try, but its food was excellent. I ordered a beef sandwich that they nicely asked me to change because they finished the beef( it was 9 pm and reasonable), so I switched to a roast beef sandwich with fries. Both taste great, especially the fries. Because of the lockdown, the indoor was closed, but there was some table outside. Another nice thing was the stuff that you need in fast food to be easy access such ketchup, mustard, tissue, etc that was in the front desk.

I love their food so fresh and tasty. But their customer service pisses me off every time I go to this place. I don't blame girls who stand behind the cash because this place is busy especially on the weekends, and they try to do their best. The owner need to evaluate the staffing needs during peak time. Other than that this place is my go to for fast-food.

***Highly Recommended***I have been trying Haida Sandwich from the time I moved to North Van in 2019. It definitely brings one of the most delicious moments for you. The quality is great, the taste is fantastic. Haida is a savior restaurant. They offer some awesome sandwich platters. I had to order something for all my friends at my workplace and luckily I was suggested about Haida Sandwich by one of my colleagues. We ordered Warm sandwich platter from Haida which was delivered within 40 minutes and I kid you not, it was awesome. The sandwich was fully loaded and 7 of us were quite happy with it. The platter also served soft drinks for 7 people. I was satisfied with what I received. Thanks, Haida

Very large sandwiches! I've just started going here and, for the few different menu items that I've tried, I will say that I've been pretty happy. The staff has been friendly and the wait not too long (for the baked items, they tell you 10 min and you really do not wait longer. Cold sandwiches are ready almost immediately). The sandwiches are HUGE. I've ordered full sized ones 3 times now, and each time they have ended up being more than one meal. (Considering I can eat more than 1 sub at a time from their competition, that is saying something!) I have not tried customizing anything yet, so I don't know how that will work out, but so far I don't see it as being a problem. The ingredients are generous, especially their signature sauce and lettuce, but also the meat and vegetables do not disappoint. I'm interested to see what their pizzas are like, and the new burgers they have - so I will be going back again to try more!

I ordered for pick up and drove over 20min to get Haida sandwich in North Vancouver, when i got home the food was completely different than what I ordered and it looked absolutely awful. The staff didn’t care at all and the manager was not responsible and he was so rude. They didn’t apologize and they did not give me any refund. The worst customer service that I’ve ever seen.

I tried them as they are next to my bus stop. I picked up the special and pizza sub and split half of each sub with my wife. The pizza sub was good and I would say better than what subway offers. The special had way too much sauce and wasn’t something I enjoyed. I will definitely come back time to time as their prices are okay and the service is good.

First and last time trying this place! I never thought a Haida sandwich could taste this bad! I couldn’t even finish a half of half sized sandwich and ended up throwing it away! It has passed 4 hours from my food and I can’t stop drinking water with level of salt it had! Also the pizza tasted awful! Extremely overpriced for the low food quality you get and very rude receptionist! I have no idea why others are giving 5 star and saying the pizza is tasty! Thats definitely misleading customers and causing others to waste their money! They claim that their food is halal but trust me the money they charge is definitely not halal with the poor food quality and customer service they have!

Ordered a sandwich and is was the worst thing I have eaten in a long time. Bad quality fatty deli meat, way too much sauce, tasteless, dry crumbling bread, it was so bad it made the subway around the corner look like a 5 star Michelin Restaurant. Won't be going back there again. The only redeeming point was the staff person at the counter was nice.

Chicken pizza was pretty good with a pesto like seasoning and Chipotle and without pizza sauce but loaded with mushrooms, chicken, green pepper and both black and green olives. An interesting and tasty combination. The sub sandwiches looked awesome and big. Pizza dough could have been a bit crispier but the chicken was very tender.

Their cheese sausage sandwich is a glorified hotdog which I paid $11 for. Putting a 2 star rating only because they have an interesting variety of food. Willing to try something else and maybe would change rating. I highly recommend that you stay away from this sandwich. Feeling scammed at the moment.

A very nostalgic place for millennials! The Haida sandwich was exactly what we used to eat on our way back from school. I preferred a bit more sauce in my sandwich, but yet acceptable. And the pizza’s toppings... So Persian! It throws you back home!

Yummy with verity of burgers, pizza and sandwiches available. Nice sitting area inside and out. Pendamic SOPs were in place. Just tables didn't get cleaned quickly after each customer. Might be a one off, but that was the worst sandwich I've ever eaten. The meat was VERY processed, and there was an insane amount of mayo on it. Even after wiping a significant amount off it was still too much. The fries were also very under cooked. I ended up not eating the sandwich at all, but put the fries in the oven for a bit and they were fine after that. Would not recommend this restaurant.

Placed an order here... showed up and the worker told me he had forgotten to put my order through to the kitchen and it would be another 20 minutes. I decided to go elsewhere instead. I have ordered chicken wings from there once before and they were below average so I probably wont be coming back.
