For the most part always consistent, the one thing you can always expect is great service, even when the service is slow it's still really good, sometimes the food is hit or miss (but that can often happen anywhere depending) and that doesn't mean it's bad by any.means, just not as well put together or as delicious as the time before. Great drinks deals and a really good appetizer deal every night, the bartender/ server girls at the bar are some of my favourites and are worth every cent you tip them.

Food is fantastic, but the service is horrific. My friends and I went in tonight to try their half priced apps- we have been there before but not for apps. The waitress told us we had to order drinks for the apps to be half priced, which we all understood, so we ordered pops and decided on some apps. It took about 25 or 30 minutes for the waitress to come back and take our order, despite the fact that the restaurant was nearly empty. We tried to order but apparently there are some apps that dont count as half price that we had selected, including soup and the quesadillas. There are no signs to say this, and the waitress just huffed angrily and rolled her eyes as if we should have known this and were just wasting her time by being there. When we tried to decide what else to order, she just walked away from us. At that point we just decided to go somewhere else to eat. After about another 15 minutes of trying to wave her down to get the bill for our drinks and her completely ignoring us, we just gave up and asked the woman who seated us for help. Will definitely not be going back there again if she is still working.

Delicious buffalo strips just the rest of the plate was a disappointment there was a lot of filler plant matter. I don't think Casey's is the only place that does this but if you think about it chicken strips are more expensive than steak.

Some of the best food in town for sure, with great service. The place is always clean, you can usually get a table pretty quickly, and the food comes out fast. On the other hand, also very expensive. There are some other problems too, the bar section is always extremely loud, like shouting loud, and they are extremely stingy on the amount of fries they give out with the meals. Come on guys, another handful of fries won't hurt, make it seem like you are giving us a big meal for the amount you charge.

Don't come here alone, you will not be treated nicely. I am a single young male, and despite my best efforts it was impossible to make my server Cindy crack a smile during the entire adventure to Casey's. I have ordered Poutine from here before, so I requested a larger size of poutine as I know the poutine size is small and she insisted we only have the one size thus making me pay for 2 poutines despite putting all in a bowl that was 1.5x the amount of a regular sized poutine. I also ordered 2 20z Heinekens. A simple rectifying problem would've been to offer me a bigger plate rather than make me pay for 2x the regular price of poutine. The service was completely awful, I've never tried so hard to make someone smile just out of sheer curiosity if I could leave a review more than 1 star. There was no friendliness, barely ANY eye contact, not to mention I got cheated out of a decent priced meal. The only time I was capable of cracking a smile from anyone wasn't a simple question of asking the supervisor who my server was. I would not recommend unless you are a big group and are expected to tip. I will be letting my community and workplace know of this. I was writing this after eating my meal. Upon paying for my meal, she didn't say a single word, not a "have a nice night", just a "K" with no eye contact when I asked for the receipt. Absolutely outrageous!

Didnt like our seating placed with a stroller in the large booth directly in traffic way, a table would of been preferred. Brunch was ok, eggs were a bit slimy, the roast and ham were cold, and there was never waffles when I went up, the butter for the toast is always melted because its placed too close to the toaster. On the plus the server was good, coffee was hot Not the best place to go if you have food allergies, eg peppers and pineapple.

Not good food for ridiculous prices. 10/10 would never go back.???????????????? Paid 20.34 for a taco salad with extra shrimp. My taco salad comes out and its small. And im talking like small plate small. Im spending 13-14$ im expecting something a little bigger. And i paid 5$ for extra shrimp and i only get 3 shrimp like really? My bosses meal was worse sad to say. He got buttered chicken noodles and when he gets it the bowl is dirty with sauce that could have easily taken 2 seconds to wipe away, and his food was cold. Now mind you we were in a group of 5 who were all ordering food and my boss wanted all the meals to come out at the same time so no one was left out while the others were eating. But seriously. How long does it take to make a butter chicken with noodles? Not that long, yet with how cold my bosses meal was it suggests that it was prepaired first and left to the side until everything else was ready. Im never going back to caseys. They rip you off and give out bad food. ????????????????

My favorite Calamari is from another restaurant. But now I think it's a tie for fav! It was so delicious. Our group of 8 had many different dishes. We we're all very happy and full. Staff was great. And Matt made sure we were all laughing and having a great time. Recommend highly.

Dining out is about both service and food. I’d give this Casey’s a 5 for the food it was top notch however I’d give them a 1 for service. When we entered it took a few minutes for anyone to greet us and seat us. When someone finally came, we asked to sit on the patio they said there was no room however I saw a few tables. They said we can wait at the bar so someone gave me 2 menus to carry to whichever table pleased us. A few minutes later we were offered a table on the patio. It took a while for us to get our order in and just as long to get our food. We were probably there for almost an hour before we got it. The food was well done and no complaints but I went to Casey’s because I was hungry and having to wait an hour seems a bit excessive.

Servers are really nice! I was in town for business. Got in late, Casey's was recommended by my hotel. Great setup for a sports bar. Burger was terrific. But the best was the local suds and service. I sat at the bar, and was treated really really well. I will definitely return!

Hands down the best steak that I have eaten. The 12 oz New York is complete perfection. The waitress was amazing and checked on me at the right times. Right, meaning I got to enjoy my meal without being interrupted every five minutes. The downside was being in North Bay for six weeks before I heard about this place. Micaela recommended this to me and she hit a grand slam with this recommendation. They do have a Saturday and Monday night special on this steak for 25 dollars. I encourage you to give it a try.

The worst experience ordering the most simple food. Nachos. It was wrong the first time around. When the corrected order was delivered it's was so soggy they were inedible. All in all it took an hr to get the corect order that was delivered with little cheese or toppings. Terrible experience avoid the nachoes and this place if you have allergies. In the end I was compensated which was the least they could do.

Absolutely horrible customer service. We ordered delivery from Casey’s in North Bay. When we received our order, half the order was missing, and the items we received were completely undercooked to the point that we had to throw everything out. The calamari was raw (see photo) and not fried and the quesadilla was filled with uncooked onions and was uneatable. We called the restaurant and spoke to the owner, who took no responsibility for the situation, refused to believe that the meal was not properly cooked, and did not offer any sort of solution. We will never be going back to this Caseys - worst food and service we’ve received in a long time. Shame on this restaurant for serving uncooked seafood to its customers and then not taking any ownership or accountability for the mistake. Disgusting to be charging clients and then sending food that will likely make them sick.

Went in for lunch and ordered “gluten-friendly” options and told the waitress that I have celiac disease, which she did write down for the cook. Ate and everything tasted fine, but of course ended up sick 15 minutes later from some sort of gluten contamination. Guess my health issues weren’t taken seriously. If you have celiac disease or gluten intolerance, don’t trust this place. I won’t be returning.

Ordered takeout for a staff of 7 during lunch time - absolutely delicious. Everyone was extremely pleased. The fried chicken sandwiches were thick with the perfect amount of breading. The salads were fresh and crispy and the caeser dressing was so good, HUGE chicken tacos and juicy burgers!! The staff was very happy - and the recyclable takeout containers and utensils?? Awesome. We will be ordering again.

We like their apps and taps deal. We have come for lunch on Sundays before while they had brunch on, but last time we were turned away and told they weren't serving food until after brunch, which wasn't until 1:00pm. Kind of miffed at that. That's a long time to not let people just come in and order or go up to the bar. Food is usually great, but the last 3 times I ordered the veggie tacos, they tasted so salty that they were gross. I guess they must have changed the recipe. Too bad. Also, the pogos aren't homemade, they were from a box of frozen ones. My daughter was a bit disappointed. Our servers have always been super nice, and one always remembers our daughter.

I can't understand why it wasn't packed because the food and selection was awesome. The price and service was on point as well and the restaurant is very nicely decorated and clean. I'm actually surprised by the reviews on here for Casey's, I thought there would be a lot less 4 and 5 stars. I've been here quite a few times and every time there is some sort of let down. It's either the food takes way too long or the service is bad. One time we ordered and saw our food sit by the kitchen for at least 20 minutes until a server brought it to us, and of course by then it was cold. We couldn't tell them we saw it because they never came by in those 20 mins. For those of you thinking, why didnt we just go tell someone? Well that isnt our job to do, we pay to come to a restaurant so why should we have to do a servers job? At my most recent visit I did the both eat for 45$ deal. Spinach dip was good. Salmon dish was a let down; it was over salted and tasted like they marinated the fillet in soy sauce, the "rice pilaf" was just plain rice with the common peas and carrot bits that was not seasoned and super plain, and the zucchini was just grilled and tasted like nothing, and I am not exaggerating. Butter chicken was bad, it did not taste good at all. I also found a bone in my chicken. All in all the taste of everything was just so basic and amateur. You pay a bit more to go out and get service at restaurants, but I was let down on service and extremely on food.

This was my first time at Casey's and it was great. My Mom got the chicken fingers which were hand battered and fresh not frozen and there were 8 medium sized fingers. She had enough food on her plate that she took half home and had for supper the next night. I had a chicken caesar salad which came in a bowl the size that I would for 3 of us at home. It was perfect, nice and cold and crispy just the way I like it. The chicken was so flavorful and tender and you could cut it with your fork. I would definitely order this again. I got cheesy garlic bread to go with my salad and WoW was it good. You definitely have to be a garlic lover to eat this which I am. I most definitely will be a returning customer. Well done to the staff at Casey's. Our waitress was Billie and she was fantastic!
