At first we were hesitant to go with non-traditional catering for our Niagara wedding day but we are so happy we did! The food was delicious and we had rave reviews from all of our guests. They also made the planning process seamless, which was especially helpful since we live outside of Niagara. Would highly recommend Redline BBQ!

Matt does an amazing job ! We recently ordered a catered lunch for staff and everyone was blown away at the quality of everything he had prepared. He delivered it hot and on time, with all the necessary accessories. He even went out of his way to provide a gluten free option for one of our staff members. We all recommend Redline hands down!

Excellent food. I have an extremely picky family when it comes to catering foods. Not one single complain. Showed me that I definitely made the right choice. Service???? All I can say is that the staff went above and beyond to make my wedding special.
