We loved working with Niagara Gourmet for our wedding! Chef Ryan was friendly, responsive, and super flexible about working at an unusual location. His staff were universally amazing, and our guests raved about the food (especially the paella.) We wholeheartedly recommend Niagara Gourmet!

I recently attended an event catered by Niagara Gourmet, and while the food was passably good, the service was anything but gourmet. Some examples: - bartender prepared drinks then directed people down the bar to find their own limes, etc (like getting your napkins and straws at McDonalds) - staff showed little sensitivity to serious food allergies (incl serving nuts on a salad to an allergic person, giving a plate of strawberries as an alternative desert to someone lactose-intolerant) - no tact: barging around the apps table knocking things (and people) while restocking from a Kirkland bag; jugs of water on table but not pouring for guests; not clearing plates in a timely manner; not serving beer in glasses for the ladies The meal and desert were passable, but unremarkable. For a company that bills itself as being "gourmet" the result left a lot to be desired at an otherwise beautiful event.

Thank you Chef Ryan! Planning a wedding during Covid was definitely not an easy one, but working with Chef Ryan from NIagara Gourmet really was a joy. Not only was Chef Ryan incredibly flexible with us, but the food was so delicious. After going through many different options and planning, we ended up doing a very small and intimate reception. We had a few hors d'oeuvres and Chef Ryan's famous paella as the main meal and it was perfect. Our guests are still talking about how good the food was! Thanks again Ryan for everything, we're truly grateful for your professionalism, your patience and your creativity as a chef.

Everything turned out great and was delicious! Chef Ryan was so easy to work with and always very responsive and accommodating to any requests we had. We had so many compliments from our guests about how good the food was and I couldn't agree more! His staff were also amazing and the bartender did a fantastic job as well. Could tell everyone was experienced and knew what they were doing. Our guests with special dietary restrictions and allergies were especially impressed that the staff came over and went over the menu to make sure everything met their needs. Still dreaming about those late night tacos! Would highly recommend!

Staff was extremely helpful (Could not explain enough to them how much we appreciated them and how GOOD the food genuinely was), and Chef Ryan went above and beyond to help us through set up even the day before.

Wow. We hosted our rehearsal dinner for our wedding this past weekend. I can't say enough amazing things about Chef Ryan and his team. We trusted him completely and he planned a fantastic vegetarian/vegan catered event for nearly 30 of us. The food was amazing and there was SO much of it. Him and his team were so efficient, working in such a small area (the exchange brewery in niagara-on-the-lake). Thank you all so so much for your hard work and amazing food!

I recieved the best birthday gift from my partner Evan. I received 20 personalized meals prepared by Chef Ryan. I work many long hours and coming home to a pre made meal that is healthy and delicious is the perfect way to end your day!!!

We recently hired Niagara Gourmet for our wedding, and were blown away. David was a pleasure to deal with from when we first contacted him in the Fall all the way through to our big day. He is prepared, professional, funny and personable. He was open and listened to what we wanted for our reception and also made suggestions. The service was efficient, organized and well executed. None of our 150 guest had to wait for their meals to be delivered or to be cleaned up. The meal presentation was excellent and we are still receiving compliments from our guests on each of the meals served as well as the appetizers served at cocktail hours. As a bride having the open line of communication with David took all my worries away, he always emailed me back in a timely manner, and answered all of my questions and concerns. The day of I was completely at ease and my expectations were exceed. Very impressed and beyond satisfied with the service we received. Thank-you to David and all the staff at Niagara Gourmet!

Niagara Gourmet Catering provided the food and staff for my wife’s 60th birthday. The quality of the food and service was excellent. Our friends are still talking about it. I would highly recommend them any time.
