The owner of this location is very rude. I ordered 2 souvlakis and asked if i could have rice and potatoes to which he yelled across the counter No!! The rice and potatoes did not come with the souvlaki, so without telling me that i would have to order it separately, he ASSUMED that i was trying to get it for the same price included with my meal. When i told him that i would pay extra as a side dish, he then told one of his staff to get it for me. NEVER EAT AT THIS LOCATION AGAIN!!!!! FOOD WAS NOT THAT GOOD EITHER.

As a chef you have to know how to cook everything properly on your menu! This location does NOT! We eat lamb and fish more often than other types of meat. I usually order the lamb and expect to have a decent looking plate after paying over $16 each. It takes a long time to properly cook lamb. If the outside is burned and the inside is pink, it's obvious you need training! The potato was rotten and the rice was crunchy. The salad has to be mentioned: I got very little lettuce so I requested more. Everything was added and my request was ignored. I asked it once again and was given 4 more pieces only! When we got to the end of the line where the lamb laid, my extra lettuce fell in the chicken bin. It was retrieved and set right back on top of the rest of my salad! If I was ordering chicken, it would be 1% acceptable! I WAS ORDERING LAMB! Does this location even know what is food safe or food contamination! It is NOT up to the consumer to suffer food poisoning, just so they can make their money back from losing sales during these closures. In passing, the only salmon piece remaining in their bin was burnt to a crisp on the edges and dark peach in color. Not an appetizing site! Before you consume their food, make sure you verify what you ingest!

Simply fantastic! Ordered the chicken souvlaki, Roast chicken leg, chicken fillet and spinach cheese pie. The meat was tender and the rice & salad were delicious. Great service & authenticity! My new favourite option in the outlet mall.

We normally eat at Jimmy the Greeks at the Pen Centre in St Catherine's, so we were glad to see the same restaurant at the outlet mall. There was a difference between the 2. Everything that we were served was only about 2/3 the portions that you get at the Pen Centre and there was very little seasoning. The chicken tasted like a roast chicken from your house, the potatoes tasted like boiled potatoes with butter , the salad was lacking dressing, I guess I could have asked for more dressing. The rice was a little undercooked. On top of that the server did not understand what I was asking for. What a disappointment! Maybe they should send the staff to the Pen Centre for more training! Unfortunately if I had eaten here first I would never go to the other one at all!

Got lunch here a couple of times since it opened and I have to say every time, the chicken has been fresh, flavourful and tender. The salad and potatoes are generous portions and have tasted amazing every time. This place has easily become my go to after a long day of shopping!

Have had the chicken souvlaki plate and Gyro on multiple occasions and it was phenomenal every time! Everything tasted fresh and the customer service was excellent.

They were serving rotten lettuce, chicken and potatoes were water logged from sitting in chicken soup base, luckily the temperature was good cause would have gotten food poisoning for sure, this place is trying to serve old food to recoup profit lost do to covid, avoid till over.

Shockingly wonderful fresh food! Lovey patient staff. Greek salad dressing and tzatziki was flavourful. Huge portions too. My guess is this would be the best quality restaurant choice in this food court without a doubt.

Always fresh food and fresh meats and they are following color codes for tongs. Lettuce is so nice and clean fresh as well. I love this place and recommend everyone to try at this place. I enjoy the food. Staff is so friendly and taking care of their customers.

Ordered the shrimp dinner. It came with six small shrimp. It was Flavourless boiled potatoes and a sad excuse of flavourless rice. Will never order from this place again

Had to wait in a line because it was so busy, but wow was it worth it after a long day of shopping. Chicken was so good I had to go get it again the next day! Don't get a lot of great customer service now a days, but they were super friendly and welcoming! Highly recommend this great establishment!

I tried Jimmy the Greek for the first time and was pleasantly surprised with the excellent customer service and how amazing the chicken filet was. My order was taken promptly and the staff were welcoming and made sure to have my meal cooked as I had asked. Would definitely return!

The worst Jimmy the Greek place ever. I love the lamb at Jimmy the Greek and often order. However, although a franchise, the quality differs from location to location. Nevertheless, lamb was good except at this location. The meat was as tough as gum and for the first time I had no choice but to use the knife. Some parts of it were impossible to chew at all. Imagine, this was lamb?!?! The rice was a mixture of new and very old grains, probably nobody bothered to wash the pot at the end of the day.

The worst experience we ever had in food outside. Can't believe I got a iron wire in Salad which my 3 year old kid was about to eat but fortunately I noticed it before he was about to grab it. I went to their store to show it but the lady on the counter was so rude. Instead of accepting mistake she didn't clear anything what she is going to do now and she started adding salad and saying bad words about me to her colleagues in local language. I understand that language and i caught her saying all about me. First of all this is not that way to deal with customer, doesnot matter if u belongs to same County. Secondly it was a wire of metal which my kid could have eaten. Will never recommend this location Jimmy The Greek. After all its matter of your life and health which can be at risk.addition to that their workers attitude which is unbelievable. They should train them for behaving well with customers too.

Just tried Jimmy the Greek for the first time at the Outlet Mall in NOTL and it was absolutely amazing! I was not sure what to order and the workers were very helpful and nice. The food was amazing! My new favourite place to eat!

Horrible experience the food does not even taste the same as the one in pen center... Also the staff that work at this location are so disrespectful they rushed our order and had a lack of appreciation for their jobs! I had also mentioned that one of the salads were made wrong and the lady gave me a stare down and rolled her eyes! Terrible customer service.. ???? Not a happy customer! AVOID! Plus the portions at this location are very small and tasteless.

If you are in Niagara region and looking for finger licking delicious plate, don’t miss JTG @ outlet mall. Warm welcoming and the super friendly service is absolutely tremendous. Chicken is so fresh, yummy and tender and the best tzatziki I have ever tasted. Would definitely return!

From the customer service to the quality of the food, I always enjoy eating at this Jimmy The Greek. I've been here on numerous occasions since the opening and each time I have the chicken slouvaki dinner, I have no complaints. Love it!
